I am devastated. I recently had an eyebrow transplant and it was healing nicely. I needed to have a tattoo above the transplant removed by laser and my surgeon said it was fine as long as i cover my transplant. So i told the girl that took the before pictures and applied the numbing cream about this. I used to love this place! I was late today so i had to wait too long to be seen, they were busy (i understood) so i rescheduled because my mother drove me and was waiting in her car with her dog and it was just too hot. when the girl wiped the numbing cream off my brows, it was painful- she pressed so hard that she ripped my transplant hairs out and the site is bleeding. i am still in shock. The area was hurting since i left but i didnt look at it until i got home as we had some errands to run. As soon as i saw the transplant had been ripped out and on my left brow , the site was bleeding, i called immediately to cancel my rescheduled appt . I also told the lady on the phone what happened and she gasped and said "oh no , i am so sorry ". I appreciate that but it wasn't her fault. Id like an apology from the actual girl that hurt me and an acknowledgement of her mistake. I messaged them on instagram and they keep saying she applied gentle pressure and worked there many years. I can guarantee you , it was anything but gentle and the picture shows where the hair is missing and where i was bleeding. I really did like this place and referred a couple friends. I just wanted to share this experience because this type of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable. Mistakes happen! But when they do, accountability is everything without it, trust is broken. I went in for a consultation, and the PA Johanna told me that my mole and brown spots could be treated with PicoWay laser treatments. She estimated I would need about 4-6 sessions. She also recommended using a melanin inhibitor beforehand because it would make the laser treatments more effective. I asked whether the products were vegan and cruelty-free. She said she'd go ask, but she came back without an answer. Before leaving, I scheduled my first PicoWay treatment for the following week. When I returned for the appointment, I saw a different PA, Sheri, who gave me different information. She told me the brown spots on my leg actually could not be treated with the laser after all, and that I would likely need 6-12 treatments rather than 4-6. She also did not know whether the recommended products were vegan and cruelty-free. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation. The first PA had mentioned the products, but never explained that pre-treatment use was required before starting the laser. Sheri contacted the product representative to ask about the vegan status of the products, but the rep was unsure and could not provide any timeline for getting an answer. At that point, I left without receiving treatment. Both PAs were friendly and professional, but I was frustrated by the lack of consistency and communication. I would have appreciated someone following up about whether the products were vegan before I came in expecting to begin treatment. Instead, I wasted time coming to an appointment that ultimately could not proceed. It also concerned me that the providers were not on the same page regarding what could actually be treated or how many sessions would realistically be required. It has now been about a month since that appointment, and nobody ever followed up regarding whether the products were vegan, despite assuring me that they would. I ultimately went to a dermatologist, who explained that the mole and brown spots should not be treated with laser in the first place. She excised the mole for less than the estimated cost of four laser sessions. Got Botox done for the first time because I could see the number 11 coming in strong between my brows and some crows feet creeping in. Sheri was so nice and reassuring when I mentioned that I was a little wary of the idea of toxins going in my face and needles. Luckily, she was soft handed so I barely felt the needle go in. The procedure left me with burns on my face, and instead of offering support or taking any responsibility, they blamed me and my skin complexion. There was no apology, no accountability -- just excuses and deflection. It wasn't until I came back with hospital records confirming I had facial burns that they even acknowledged something had gone wrong. Until then, they insisted the damage was "normal" or due to my skin type. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they respond negatively to honest, critical reviews, often trying to silence or discredit unhappy clients instead of improving their standards. If you're getting tattoo laser removal I recommend requesting Melissa. She is amazing. The other nurse I've had do my tattoo laser removal needs more training. I've done 4 sessions. 2 with Melissa (1&3) - no problems. 2 with another nurse (2&4) - too painful (2) and hypopigmentation (4). And before I left she told me it depended on me how it healed. Which I found odd but now I think it's because she knew she went too high on the laser. I had more blisters, which yes higher wavelength it's expected but the hypopigmentation tends to be from the laser being TOO high. And before they blame me, I kept my tattoo out of the sun. This was not my first session, I know the postcare. Not sure if I'll be back but if I am I will make sure to schedule with Melissa. read more

Very Disappointed! I went to get some skin tags and bumps removed and their communication was terrible. I was scheduled for a follow up after my treatment and one of the bumps didn't come off which is only a result of their bad job. Because of that, I was there for a touch up but I was never notified that I was being charged $75 for "each" until the treatment was about to start. It was very disappointing that they were not transparent about the fees and that if I needed a touch up was because the inicial treatment did not work. I would not recommend to do any treatment. Everything was different from previous places I've gone to, I really liked the numbing and then the ice roller device they have. It felt like it was cooling/numbing my arm instead of the normal ice pack other places give you. Also after when I was done Sheri taped my arm up with small little ice packs I've never got sent off home with that before. After going to laser away 6 times and not seeing results I wanted from my tattoo removal I decided that I needed to go somewhere that had better technology and who wasn't just about taking my money . My tattoo removal procedure was incredible! I got the belly like square that goes over the tattoo to help with pain and also able to remove the tattoo quicker. I was able to see the actual ink come out if my skin and instead of being grossed out I was relieved that I was seeing it work . She was able to go over my tattoo three times in one session . Yes it did hurt , of course it does because it's a laser zapping at your skin but the more she went over the tattoo the pain minimized surprisingly. After: She provided two ice packs, added a bunch of cream to prevent infection and wrapped up my arm . I left it in the wrap for 2 hours and changed out the ice packs to keep the swelling down . I took a few photos to show the process and will continue to add to this review so you can see my overall tattoo removal process. Cost: it's was about $500 for my tattoo but all tattoos are different based on measurements. And the fact it was a advanced pico laser I was totally fine with paying that ! read more

The nurse that helped me didn't seem like she was too thrilled to be there, more interested in being on her phone. The process took along time. And the price was too much . It was such a relaxing experience and I could easily see an improvement even weeks after the treatment in terms of texture and hydration. I went through a 3D skin analysis which measures certain "stats" of my skin before the treatment, such as collagen and elastin levels relative to my age group. This skin analysis is quick but can be very helpful in what you could improve even beyond the in-office treatments. All of my interactions were pleasant, and the facility is very well equipped. You can get all kinds of recommendations even regarding your skincare routine at home - from peptides to Vitamin C. I was even advised to use a thicker moisturizer during colder months since the skin analysis earlier highlighted a lack of hydration. They sell selection of medical-grade skincare brands such as Zo Skin Health, Skinbetter, and others directly in-office. There are some pamphlets available on the wall about some products as well as other treatments. Hint; Keep on the look out for seasonal specials from this place.
