Update to my review: First apologies for getting names mixed up, I'm so bad with Names. I believe Xanthia did my consult and the subcision review while Annie did my Micro-needling. I've been reading through some of the other reviews here, and I noticed a few people had a very different reaction than I did, especially around Xanthia being direct or to the point. I understand that everyone has different expectations when it comes to bedside manner, customer service, and how much explanation they want before making a decision. That's fair. But I also think it's important to separate someone being direct from someone being dishonest or trying to scam you. My experience has been the opposite. Yes, this is a smaller shop. But that does not take away from the quality of care they provide. If anything, I appreciate that they are more straightforward. Could something be explained for 20 minutes instead of 10 seconds? Sure. Some people may prefer that. But personally, I would rather have someone tell me directly what they see, what they recommend, and whether I want to move forward. In this industry, there is a lot of fluff. There are a lot of places that make everything sound amazing, sell you packages, push products, and promise results that do not always show up. None of that matters to me if the results are not there. I will take directness and real results over polished sales talk any day. At no point have I ever felt pushed into doing something I did not need. I never felt like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. In fact, one of the things I appreciate most is that they seem much more focused on what actually makes sense for my skin than on trying to sell me everything possible, even when I inquired about a service that was more expensive. My results speak for themselves. I've had two subcision sessions and two microneedling session, and I've already seen real improvement. After years of trying Fraxel, microneedling, and other treatments elsewhere, that matters to me. So I understand that not everyone may like a no-nonsense style. But for me, I value honesty, skill, and results. And based on my own experience, OC Spa has delivered exactly that. read more

Horrible experience with Xanthia Tran. I've been to many places over the years for Dysport and Botox and the injections have *never* hurt like this. I'm not sure if she uses different needles or what, but it was way more painful than any other med spa I've been to. Xanthia also pushed me hard to get a micro needling facial, telling me my skin was saggy for my age. When it came time for payment, Xanthia told me I actually still owed her more for the past treatment. I told her no, look at the receipt from my last visit (see photo), which said I have additional units left over. She told me her son made a mistake and the receipt was wrong. She charged me $512 for 40 units. Tbh, I don't even think she truly gave me 40 units--at first she tried to say she gave me 50 units and then said actually 40. I have no idea how much she truly gave me, but even it was 40 that is the highest price I've ever paid. All in all, just a warning, ask her to actually show you the units to make sure she is giving you what you pay for. And don't go for the "$400 for 150 units" deal...it felt very unprofessional and scammy. read more

I can't thank Annie and Xynathia enough for giving me the opportunity to do my acne scar removal. As Annie's first client, the results were successful! One week later, I noticed quite a difference in skin texture since i had alot of orange peal post teenage years due to incorrect and rough face wash routine. Im amazed at the workflow. To see them working along side, Xynathia was very elegant and firm in her techniques using her fingers to make sure I wasn't going to bruise. Quick and subtle, quick and subtle as she's dropping medicine in and compressing the layers. I can hear the pop and they reassure me those are the layers collapsing. Soo interesting as it's explained! And that's when I knew, Annie is learning from the best!! During the whole procedure, I felt very comfortable as the numbing medicine takes effect. Post treatment, there was this nice and unfamiliar soothing sensation like ice bits on my face as you walk outside to your first wind breeze. Very relaxing. If you were to ask me overall how acne scar feels, to me it's like a bee sting but then you don't experience that excruciating chronic bruising that hurts for days... Later that night washing my face, I only felt a light brushing sensation so pain rating, 5/10 during procedure. 0.8/10 post procedure, very very low for me! Moving forward, This clinic will be my go to for future procedures! If you're planning on skin car cosmetic and aesthetics, I really recommend them for achene scar removal. Came across this medical spa and called them for an appointment for picosure laser. Located around Saigon town, it is easy to find with plenty of parking in the lot, tucked in a little plaza. I just wanted to say that I'm glad I made an appointment here with Xanthia. Aside from her professionalism and years of experience, Xanthia was extremely kind, funny, personable, and caring! I had picosure laser done, and she was so detailed throughout the entire procedure and applied a cooling mask on my face after to reduce redness and the burning sensation... something other places do not do. I've gotten picosure elsewhere before and when I was done, they just sent me home. Xanthia applied numbing cream since the procedure can be uncomfortable, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. She even gave me a sheet mask to go, which was so nice and generous of her because I can tell this one was more on the pricier side tailored for post laser treatments.
