I also feel that the laser settings were kept very low, because the results have been nowhere near what I was led to expect. What frustrates me even more is that I was never told when purchasing my package that I would need to buy additional maintenance treatments afterward. Had that been clearly explained upfront, along with realistic expectations about the amount of hair reduction I could expect, I may have made a different decision. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but after spending $3,600, I expected a significant improvement. Instead, I still have to shave and feel like I spent thousands of dollars for almost no result. I'm extremely disappointed and wish I had been given more honest and realistic information before purchasing such an expensive package.

Today, I receive a voicemail around 3pm saying that their nurse practitioner has gone home for the day and that my appointment has been canceled because I didn't submit my forms. Because of their mistake, they weren't able to do all the services I had originally booked. I've never had these issues at the other LaserAway locations I've been to. Unfortunately, this location has been a completely different experience. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location. I definitely will not be returning to the Orange location.
