I did have my tear ducts done in hopes to get rid of the under eye bag area and it came out phenomenal I do not need to wear under eye cover up anymore I look rested I feel great and it was such a safe environment. I felt no pain the next day just a little sore and I was told exactly what to do to treat the swelling in that area, I can't wait for my next round! I definitely love the fact that this process last six months to a year and being a grandma I am just so grateful to have a better outlook towards my aging process in the future. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. Can't wait for my 2nd session.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with LazerAway has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and frankly, appalling. I underwent four treatments for a very small finger tattoo, totaling $650, and saw absolutely no visible improvement. From the start, the experience felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a professional consultation. I initially signed up at the Tustin clinic, where after my first treatment, a nurse casually informed me that the machines at that location are not high quality and recommended I go to the Orange clinic for better results. That should have been my first red flag, but having already committed financially, I continued--hoping for improvement. Sadly, even by my third session, there was zero visual progress. It's hard not to feel like this is nothing more than a sales-driven operation rather than a results-oriented service. When I attempted to request a refund, I was told flatly that I would only be issued $250, and only back onto the original card--a card I had since paid off and closed. When I explained this to Karina in customer service, her tone was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that the refund method was "non-negotiable" and that if it bounced back, a check might be issued--taking up to six weeks. There is no direct way to contact corporate, which seems intentionally evasive and leaves clients completely powerless when something goes wrong. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered as a paying client. Not only was there zero accountability for the lack of results, but I was also met with demeaning treatment when trying to address a valid concern. Karina's conduct was especially alarming--rather than showing empathy or basic professionalism, she embodied everything wrong with this company's approach to service and resolution. I will never return to LazerAway, and I strongly caution anyone considering this company to think twice. A business that takes your money without delivering results--and then stonewalls refund requests with no accessible oversight--is not one to be trusted. Let this be a wake-up call to your leadership: The customer is not the enemy. When someone has paid in good faith and is simply asking for fairness, your staff should know how to respond respectfully--not with arrogance and indifference. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with LaserAway in Orange, CA. From start to finish, this place over-promised and seriously under-delivered. I was sold on a package that was supposed to include lip filler dissolver. During the consultation, I was assured multiple times that this service would be available and that I was a great candidate. Based on that promise, I paid for the full package up front. However, when I arrived for the appointment, I was suddenly told they couldn't perform the dissolver at all--something they conveniently failed to mention until after they had taken my money. I was left completely blindsided, frustrated, and with zero solutions offered. This wasn't just a small miscommunication--it felt like a bait-and-switch. The staff gave me vague answers, showed no accountability, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's unethical. If you're considering going to this location, be very careful. Ask a lot of questions, get everything in writing, and don't fall for the high-pressure sales tactics. Gigi and the rest of the girls at the Orange Ca location have got to be the most welcoming and down to earth people. A lot of time you can face a little pretentiousness when you walk in places likes these but not at this location. I highly recommend go to the Orange location even if its a little out of your way. You won't regret it. They really do treat you like family and the skillset form the nurses there is unmatched. Unfortunately, after Jasmine left Belle Vie, I decided to give NP Jessica a try since I still had my membership. After my experience today, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I got AquaGold microneedling done today and felt very undermined and blindsided. I arrived at 3:05 for optional numbing before my 3:30 appointment, but when I asked about numbing I was told they don't numb for this procedure because 1) it doesn't hurt and 2) it's much quicker than normal microneedling. Both of those statements turned out to be false. I was seen at 3:15 and finished my session around 3:40. At first the pain was bearable, but as the procedure continued it became increasingly painful. After I repeatedly told NP Jessica how much it hurt, she asked if it was my first time microneedling--even though I had already told her it was my first time when she walked into the room and that I was excited to try something new. Her response of "ohhhh I'm so sorry" made it feel like what I had shared beforehand wasn't really taken into account. For context, I have a very high pain tolerance. I've done multiple sessions of PRF EZGel under my eyes with NP Jasmine (formerly at Belle Vie and now at Intemporel Clinic). I've even been told I'm an easy patient to work on because I really do not complain. After the appointment, I called immediately while sitting in my car to be reminded of the post-care instructions because I was honestly so discombobulated from the experience that I couldn't recall them. I also got a second opinion from another NP based in Newport, who told me they absolutely could have numbed me rather than telling me the procedure wouldn't hurt and was quicker. I called back again and ended up getting connected to the receptionist at the Cerritos location, which was bizzare because 22 minute prior the Newport receptionist picked up. She was very apologetic and helped answer all of my questions. I mentioned that for future reference, I believe NP Jessica could be more mindful and transparent about the pain level and the fact that everyone's tolerance varies. I even said I would have gladly paid extra for numbing if that was the issue. She informed me that numbing is actually complimentary and that if I arrived early and asked about it, they could have simply asked if that was something I wanted rather than dismissing it. I will say that Z is the absolute best, and every facial I've gotten from her has been so good!! Although I won't be returning to Belle Vie after 3 years of coming here, I do wish them the best!!

I had enough units to last about a year and each time the injectors were very clinical, the receptionists while very kind, its obvious they earn commission based off how they push sales, (not holding that against them). This last appointment I felt squeezed in and rushed. The injector laid me down, which has never been done. This particular injector didn't ask me any questions except where I wanted the injections. My reply was crows feet. I left the location and I came back about 10 mins later due to a seemingly growing bruise at the injection site which is not normal for me. S he said that was completely normal that she it hit a small blood vessel. Below is my face a couple days later. While I understand, bruising happens I have never bruised aside from a tiny bruise perhaps at the injection site, nothing visible. When I went back to talk to the injector, I didn't feel comforted and it showed me how clinical they treat their guests. And the receptionist's are a different story but personally, I do not recommend LaserAway for Botox injections, especially invisible areas.
