After the treatment, my eyes felt irritated and burned, and they kept watering. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend this location. Another issue was their aggressive upselling and inconsistent pricing. Be very careful with the promotions advertised on their website. I strongly recommend taking screenshots of the advertised offers and bringing them to your appointment. Otherwise, you may be quoted a different price, told about additional conditions that weren't mentioned online, or hear excuses like "every location has different promotions." Personally, I would avoid LaserAway altogether. However, if you still decide to visit because of one of their promotions, make sure you know exactly what treatment you want, what the advertised offer includes, and how much you're willing to pay. Be prepared for them to try to sell you treatment packages costing thousands of dollars or pressure you into purchasing an entire vial of Botox, even if you only came in for a specific promotion or a small amount of Botox. Overall, I was disappointed with both the treatment experience and the sales tactics. I won't be returning.

Had that been clearly explained upfront, along with realistic expectations about the amount of hair reduction I could expect, I may have made a different decision.
