More extreme measures needed to be taken. I found PurIVy on yelp and decided I would give it a try. Peeling myself off the couch, I made it there and was suggested the Meyers IV. During the process, I was explained each step before anything was performed. There was such care taken by the team and I felt so comfortable the whole time. I was able to choose a movie to watch on Netflix, in which I chose "Big George Foreman". The entire process was about 45 minutes. I made an appointment today at 1 for 2:30 because they told me they closed at 3:30. I arrived at 2:10 pm and the office was closed. I sent texts and got an automated response. I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.
