Horrible Groupon experience, with the Irvine location. The Huntington location doesn't even return calls, (I left 2 messages with my phone #) so why would I expect the Irvine location to actually leave me a message informing me that they can't honor my Groupon. Last time I checked, all iPhones have a voicemail option. A professional business person would have left a message instead of ponding me off with their opening employee knowing I had booked their first 10 AM appointment. Already in route from Anaheim. As I am being courteous to be on time for my 10am appt, I get a call at 9:26. Only to be canceled, how rude and inconsiderate!!!! Does CryoUSA think gasoline grows on trees! When I scheduled my appointment I informed them that I had purchased thru Groupon, (I will share a picture how the Groupon fine print states: ...not valid for customers active in the last 12 months", which I have not been. When I was a customer over 12 months ago the service was very mediocre. I purchased the BOA compression massage, they basically zip you up into some snow pants and you're laying on a massage cot in an open area where everybody walking in and out of there can see you. There's no privacy there's only one person handling the desk so if she's busy helping someone else you have to unzip yourself or lay there and call out to them, which is what I had to do several times. No one came and checked on me during those visits so it's not like they're giving excellent customer service I'm not sure what they really pride themselves on other than they have the machine customers wanna use. Either way super frustrating for me as a paying customer. I had to turn around and come home, reach out to Groupon and request a refund. Thought the sauna was decent but the lady at the front (rahl or I have no idea how to pronounce it) was so awful to me. I bought my second Groupon, and was already undressed and in the sauna, and she knocks on the door to tell me I ran out of sessions. I used my Groupon with my gf last time. I love coming to cryocare. I initially brought my niece in for a cryo when she broke her arm. She left feeling wonderful, I took her in a total of 5 times to get her arm to heal faster. Bought a CBD cream that my niece uses everytime she feels pain, I go there now for Iv drips. I've done NAD iv , Myers, I've also added Glutathione to my ivs (really good anti-inflammatory) . I am now scheduled for Microchanneling facial with PRP. Would definitely recommend to try it out. read more

They have Hyperbaric Chamber Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy, Contour (RedLight) Therapy, Cryo Facials, NormaTec Compression System, Infrared Sauna and healthy shots. B-12, Vitamin D, Lipo, Biotin and Glutathione. I'm a big fan and have tried everything. This place is amazing! I went for the infrared sauna room because I saw a deal on Groupon. It was super worth it. I purchased a 3 session groupon deal. Loved the sauna because it felt like a stress reliever being able to sweat from inside out. On top of that, at this location, you get a whole room to yourself so you can come out and rest if you needed it. There are also a couple features in the sauna room such as lighting and you can control the temperature if you would like. They also offer so many services such as booster shots, cryo facials, whole body cryotherapy. They are adding vitamin C shots on Mon/Thur at this location. I've been coming here for whole body Cryo, the red contour light and also Cryo t-shock treatments. The service has been great so far. I LOVE Amanda! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and so personable. Her, Arusha and the other ladies are amazing. They're all super friendly and will be very up front and honest with you about the treatments. They also ask how your lifestyle is and about your diet because they truly care about your health. Sam is the owner and he's also super nice and professional. You can tell he believes in his products and what they can do for your body. He will also say what you shouldn't try if you have certain health conditions. My favorite so far are the Red contour light treatments and the whole body Cryo. The red contour light treatment is 45 minutes of peaceful relaxation time wirh a super warm (but NOT hot) blanket that melts your fat away and leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed. I feel like I got a massage when I leave. Also, I LOVE the fact that all I have to do is just lay there and listen to relaxing music as it melts away my fat and I sweat out toxins! . Afterwards I stand in a machine that shakes/vibrates and that wakes up my muscles. They recommend doing the whole body Cryo after the red contour light and I like it since it wakes me up and energizes me without the need for caffeine or adderall after just 3 minutes of prancing in a sci-fi looking tube. . It helps my aching muscles after a hard Pilates or other gym class. My muscles weren't as sore and also I noticed that my mosquito bites didn't itch anymore as well. . The cry t- shocks are easy and I'm doing them now so I'll update. I feel like it's helped a little but I just started it so I'm not sure how I feel about those results yet. So I was a new customer here was told I'd get a discount for IV hydration and free trial of compression device which I was later charged $240 upon check out. My biggest issue was the lack of educated medical staff, one nurse only there on Thursdays and it was not very professional looking looked like a teenage kids room not quite clean. This review applies to any of the locations (Huntington, Irvine, Laguna). Today I experienced scheduling mishap and frustration for the 4th and last time. Because this has happened in the past, I set a reminder to call the Irvine location and confirm an appointment I made with Deanna over the phone yesterday while she was at the Laguna location, when I called Irvine to confirm, I spoke with Sedra who said I did not have appointment, so I made another for today at 4:45 pm. Whew, glad I called, right??! No, not so fast... Upon arrival I learned they were running behind and accommodated another client who was 30 minutes late and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for the service. The owner was there (Sam) and was apologetic and lovely, offered a cryo facial, and other services free of charge while I waited (or) to make-up for the inconvenience, but it wasn't good enough because this has happened before and one too many times for the excuse to fly. This is incompetence. It's not brain surgery to manage a schedule. Sam offered me his personal number so I could make future appointments with him, but that doesn't give me back the time lost, or many frustrations with this business. Every consumer has a frustration threshold that when crossed, it becomes too late to make it right. Outside of appointment mishaps where I've either had to leave or kill 30 minutes to start a session that was booked (or not booked), there's also the frustration that the phone is rarely picked up (at any given location), and or calls not usually returned. The last person who saved my opinion of this place was Charlene in HB, who went out of her way to ensure appointments ran on time and calls were returned when I experienced a previous frustration, she was fast and always efficient. But she's in HB, and that location no longer works for me, so the frustration starts all over again and only after the 3rd time returning from a break. A trip to this place was wasted today, AFTER I called to confirm my own appointment (no greater irony...). When you call to confirm your own appointment and it still gets screwed up, you know there's a problem and this business has no respect for the one thing you cannot buy or return; TIME. Walked into Cryo Care without an appointment and was quickly helped by Andrea. I let her know of my right hamstring pain and was directed to a 2.5 minute cryo session followed by leg compressions on the Normatec. The entire experience was great. I was given gloves socks slippers and a towel to change into. Andrea stayed with me during my entire cryo session and talked to me in order to keep my mind busy and not fixated on how cold it was. I'm hoping that this helps me get back to normal asap, I have a marathon to run in 4.5 weeks. I will definitely be back and include these treatments into my recovery. read more

So far I've been here 8 times and have gotten 7 shots. Why? Because I scheduled for an appointment for Monday on a Friday and no one called me to notify me the nurse called in sick on Monday. Then they tell me I can't schedule anything the previous week for the following week?! There was one nurse that was really good, but she quit. Then I got Fedra twice and both injections were extremely painful. I told Fedra both times the injections were bad and she kept blaming the needle. I don't think so! The second one was so bad I went into the office and told another nurse and she can still see the bruising. However, that nurse doesn't get scheduled at the Irvine location so I still have one B12 shot left and no one capable to give me the injection at the Irvine office. Also with their impossible scheduling, I can't even get another appointment. Lastly, they are pushy at getting their LivingSocial/Groupon patients to buy more packages. At this point, I'm giving up on getting my final B12 shots at this location. I'd rather lose money than get injured. read more

After finishing our therapy session, he lured us into trying the other cryo services without being clear that he was going to charge us for those. Be careful if you use a Groupon deal! He may want to show you other services, then force you to pay extra! He was mean to my friend and unfairly charges me at the end. 1/5 because owner wasn't fair about the pricing and charged me extra, and disrespected my friend. He even told my friend he wouldn't amount to the same success as him. I dont trust bigoted people and i will not be coming to this business b/c of the bad customer service here. I came in this morning around 11 a.m. knowing nothing about Cryo after talking to the really friendly lady behind the counter I found out this works for more things than just your "looks" The sign they have outside it's what trigger me to go in ("you want to loose weight?")
