Love this place. I mainly use the hydration room for the cold and flu IV. I have always been told I have tricky veins on blood draws and at the hydration room they never miss. Whenever I feel something coming on I spend 45 minutes with this IV and spoon the hot lemon tea they have. I always add their anti viral on to help move anything I have along faster. I travel a decent amount and this has been a life saver for me. I have taken my husband and daughter when they aren't well and turned a number of friends in to it. My caution is, you will feel great after your IV so don't over do it and delay your recovery. read more

Twice I've been here and there isn't consistentcy. Place inside is ice cold. The nurse who helped me , Cynthia was a new grad and butchered my veins. As a professional, I told her where to go and showed her the veins. Unfortunately she enjoyed hitting tendons. Not only did she probably barely pass anatomy but her knowledge of vitamins was poor. I draw my own blood to monitor my vitamin levels, and asked her not to include Vitamin b12 as my body doesn't need it according to my results on Thursday morning. She missed my veins and wanted to "compensate " me by giving me a vitamin b12 that I would have had to pay for with a discount, after showing her my test results. Poor bedside manners and listening skills. I imagine the company is trying to cut back and save money by hiring anyone who barely passes their NCLEX like Cynthia. This place is amazing! I got the antioxidant shot and because I was a first time client I got free B12 added. I struggle with inflammation so they recommended this shot. The girls here will insult you to your face and use terminology to upset the client They will not say anything to a man on the phone but if a woman is on the phone they'll pounce They make remarks inappropriate and the three month commitment gives them the green light to abuse their clients by speaking in insincere tones and condescending attitude Making offensive comments and acting unprofessionally . Having the nurse step outside to chat on the Phone . asking me . The client . if someone calls if I can answer the business phone . Bc they need to talk to their college admissions office about medical school ?!?! Wow The nurses openly discuss their education and business very loudly in front of the client . What the point of not allowing the client to be in the phone when you have nurses standing by rubbing their Buisness in our face and subjecting us to convos we don't want or need to hear ? The rules don't apply to everyone, just who ever they decide to push around and devalue . I wish I never got the membership and I can't wait to cancel and take my business elsewhere . There's other places who actually treat their clients well like royalty or like they exist in the room where they paid to be . I'm astounded by the ignorance but I remind myself this is Orange County and people go into the medical field bc their family is medical and has nothing to do with patient care and they just treat client disposable . This place is a hidden gem. My daughter has the flu, yes people the flu still exists! So i decided to bring her here for a cold/flu IV since she was very dehydrated and fatigued on day 4 today. We were in luck they have an IV specifically for this issue. My guess during Covid this spot was jam packed. You make a make a reservation online, I made one 1 hour before our appt. We checked in at the front, filled out paperwork (they are very friendly) and proceeded into a back room to talk with, I assume was a medical tech. We chatted about what was going on and she checked with the nurse online, probably the one on call for the hydration room as a company to see what dose to give my daughter since she is only 16. She put in the IV and we walked out to the main room and sat in comfy chairs while she hooked the bag up and got everything rolling. The girls working were very on top of it and friendly. I literally could see the color returning to my daughter's face right before my eyes. We spent about 45 minutes there and literally she couldn't barely get out of bed today and looked terrible and by the time we got home I fed her a full dinner and your cheeks were puffy and Rosie again. I don't want to say it's a miracle but hydration and vitamins are no joke and this is the spot if you want to feel better. Totally worth the investment! read more

Attending weddings? Great. Being part of the bridal party? Ugh... haha *cringe* So many things leading up to the big day and so much things to do for the bridezilla or groomzilla and their cray cray family and friends. Constant putting out fires?? Well that was part of my perfect storm when it was followed by upcoming work plans with a duffy boat outing and trade show with my team. I know I know... first world problems. Anywayssssss... I REALLY NEEDED A BOOST!! In this case an IV boost. These IVs are extra effective since the nutrients are absorbed directly into the blood stream and doesn't need to be broken down by digestion like vitamins do. The day after the wedding and before my work week, I got a Myer's Cocktail ($180) which contains a mixture of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin Bs (including B12), calcium and magnesium. It helps replenishing electrolytes and fluids, enhances the immune system, improve energy levels and reduce stress. All the things I need. McKenna administered my Myer's Cocktail and she was great. Very knowledgeable. We went through some questionnaires to check to make sure I had no allergies or prior bad reactions. She checked my veins and identified the best spot. It was painless and she was very sweet and professional. The reason why this is a 4 star and not a 5 star is because the seats seemed to be designed for esthetics and not function. Other IV businesses I have been to have arm rests that would have been better for my arm to rest on during the IV process. Instead they grabbed pillows to stack on me and I awkwardly put my arm on the pillows. And also the prior IV spot I've been to had private rooms and even personal TVs in each room. I felt better quickly after the Myer's Cocktail treatment. My body really needed it after a really exhausting week of wedding happenings. 08.04.23 This is my second visit and this time I tried the IV treatment instead of injection. The IV took about 45 minutes because the nurse suggested a slow drip since it's my first time. I could tell the nurse does her nursing duties so expertly - she's pretty good and I wished I remembered her name. There were about three or four customers on the lounges getting their treatments. This is the only hydration room I've visited and it's pretty clean and nice open place with pretty reasonable spacing between lounges. I also stopped by without an appointment and thankfully got in pretty fast. This treatment was a little on the $205 pricey side so retail therapy is totally out for now I hope the nurse got some of the tip. That was a shocking option to be asked for what percentage for tip. I'm certain it's the programming/software vendors who came up with this tip idea and unfortunately it puts some businesses on a very interesting "I don't know what to call that feature" - I'm totally not for it. Four stars because of that pay feature, but excellent service overall. My first visit was two or three months ago and that was to try glutathione and I receive free B-12 shot as first time customer. I drive there to be told no appointment are available but literally one person is there getting an IV it's clear that no manager is around definitely no owner I'll only drive to newport now it's awful to have no hope to even try to get in even when you take time to drive because nobody answers the phone. There are other facilities that charge much less and you get way more. Also the tipping thing is awkward. Can't thank the staff at Irvine Hydration room enough for bringing me back to life. Called late Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in before closing. Staff were all sweet and attentive. My RN Erin was very caring and made sure to address my aliments. There was also another male attendant ( I didn't catch his name) but he also was very mindful and checked in with me during my session. The process from start to finish was seamless. today is my second time I had my high dose antioxidant at the Irvine location. I had my first 3 sessions at the Newport Beach location. The front desk employees were cheerful and responsive. They would normally offer clients with water or tea and ensure that clients are comfortably seated . The licensed nurses are knowledgeable when it comes to IV insertion. all the nurses who did the IV insertions and drips were accommodating and nice including Alexa, Ron, Meena, JJ and Tencen, (hope I spelled your name right). I never had any unfavorable experiences of the 5 IV drips I had. I even recommended Hydration room to my friends and colleagues. I will say our nurse was very skilled at finding the vein in my arm and the procedure didn't hurt at all. The employee's lack basic customer service skills. I booked in advance my session on the wrong day (by accident) and arrived early. They couldn't find me in the system and advised that I booked the wrong day.
