Jennifer is wonderful! She's super caring and accommodating. She gave me an appointment right away and knew exactly what I needed. The immunity boost started working almost right away. My body was aching so badly I couldn't hardly move or drive (likely from combination of Flu and heavy strength training) but within about 10 minutes I started feeling it working. I couldn't even open my eyes when I walked in and in 15 minutes or so I felt human again. Jennifer checked in on me several times and gave me lot of helpful tips. Boost Hydration did not honor my time, my safety, or my dignity today. I want anyone reading this to understand you have a choice where to receive care and if you want quality and compassion from someone injecting substance into your body- do not come here. My Physician referred me to Boost Hydration, and I took the three hours off work, arrived 10 minutes early, and walked in precisely 5 minutes before my appointment. There was an empty reception desk with an out to lunch sign, but Jennifer LaBanca was in the adjacent Boost Hydration room; the giant Boost Hydration sign behind her indicated that I was speaking to the right person, despite that she kept telling me "you're not here for me," I said I was here for my appointment after trying to get her to make eye contact with me, she said "they were at lunch" and come back in two hours.  I said there must be a misunderstanding; I have multiple confirmations. At this time, I asked Jennifer, a nurse, if they don't wear masks here - she was not wearing one (note Boost's policies on this page, but prescreening did NOT occur and the staff was NOT wearing PPE) - and she said she was on personal time. I said that I was here for my 1pm appointment, though, and she told me to leave and call later - she then shut the door on me. I was shocked and on the verge of tears. This person was supposed to be helping care for me and my high-risk condition, and she shut the door on my face. when Jennifer finally opened it, she said she looked at the schedule, and I was not on it (she never asked my name). I then showed her my three confirmation messages and it was only then that she said, "oh, ok, well then come in, I thought you were here for somebody else."  Thoroughly freaked out at this point and questioning if I should have this person performing a medical procedure on me,  I asked if I could step outside to call my referring Physician, and she agreed. The very moment I opened the door to outside, Boost Hydration sent a cancel text [I guess Jennifer found my appointment, after all, see the timestamp of 1:03 pm]. I went back in, had to beg her to open the door again, and she said I'd have to schedule another appointment. I asked why she was treating me like this? Is it because I asked about the mask? I even said I was sorry to her, I explained I have this condition, and I'm just scared. She shut the door on me again. I was informed that Jennifer immediately contacted my Physician, probably to get ahead of the feedback i'd provide at my next appointment. My physician was so disappointed about what happened. She referred me to high-quality facility, with safety protocols and the kindest nurse! read more

I went in earlier today with the beginning symptoms of a cold- sore throat, a bit of a headache, achy body, ecr. People around me have been sick lately so I was trying hard to not get sick. Jennifer was very kind and informative, she explained the whole process as I was a little nervous. She was very gentle with injecting the needle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The bottled water and trail mix was a very nice touch. The space was very clean and modern, chair very comfortable. Atmosphere : really clean it's at the back of a wellness center. Clean environment. They access your line in one room then take you to the relaxation room somewhere else. What I had : I did an immune IV with a boost of pain management because I had cramps. I felt sooo good all day. Just over all improves mood and function. My sister n law SWEARS by IV hydration therapy and upon feeling under weather, I decided to give it a chance. My husband was sick the week before, newborn baby at home, I was willing to try anything, even if I hate needles. I drove from Irvine to Costa Mesa , spent $175 and it did not work. I was still sick for the following 4 days (including Christmas which was 3 days after I got the bag) even though they said I would feel like New the next day. 1 star was for the lady who helped me over the phone and while I was there. She was very nice and helpful. 1 star was for the nurse who actually put the IV in. She was super sweet and the needle didn't hurt when she put it in. Overall I'm pretty disappointed I didn't feel better after spending so much money on the service. Maybe I just got a faulty bag but I'll have to give somewhere else another try. read more

Was not even asked if I was ok with the IV being inserted here -I am disabled and brought my service dog and Jenn the owner very rudely announced she would allow my service dog this one time. I told her he was a service dog and she said she did not care it was their policy to not allow service dogs in which I told her that was illegal.
