But, since it was my birthday, I decided to give myself a gift. But, with my nervousness, a lack of signage I almost bolted out the door. Cherry was very patient with me and assured me that I am in the correct location. So I started easing into the conversation. She asked me what I needed and I explained I'm going on a trip and wanted to be sure my immune system is functioning well among other things. So she gave me her recommendation, I also found out she used to be an emergency care nurse, so I figured I'm in good hands. Cherry was super knowledgeable and made me feel like we have known each other for years. The care and patience she provided is above and beyond. This was my first time getting an IV hydration service for myself. Being Memorial Day, nobody was open so I began googling. Luck was on my side today, as Nate answered my call and was happy to come in and accommodate myself and other clients needing assistance today, while on call. I have notoriously difficult to reach veins. So bad, that I typically need an ultrasound into places like my shoulder when an IV goes in. You might see where this is going, but Nate got it on the first try! No crazy flexing, heat pads, etc needed! I didn't even know he hit the vein until I turned my head to look. I had assumed he missed because he suddenly got up to get something. Turns out that something was some tape for the vein catheter (hopefully that's the right word). He got it first try, as he said he would! Nate spoke with my fiancé and I for the entire time, and where his conversational skills were excellent, his knowledge of medical and holistic practices were even greater (somehow!) Great guy that truly cares about his clients. My fiancé did not get a service but he was happy to talk with her as well and give her a b12 shot. My fiancé is in remission from Hodgkin's lymphoma, and is a holistic person herself, and Nate gave her plenty of resources to research tonight! I work in sales, finance, am self employed. I can tell you, unequivocally, Nate is at the upper echelons of work ethic and his product knowledge. I went from thinking this would be a one and done thing, to now looking forward to routine services done by him or his staff. Their prices were cheaper than the competition, their lounge and IV area were extremely comfortable including reclining chairs, and he has a passion community health. Even my fiancé, who has trauma with IVs after going through her chemotherapy, is now interested in trying this service next time.
