I'm no longer anemic. My liver is filtering. Iron accepted. Bye bye also last mo month my antidepressant I've been on for 20 yrs (8 mo of slowly cutting back). Things don't happen overnight. 6/23/24 I walked into the hydration room after letting them know I was on my way, I arrived at 11:47AM and they did not allow me to get an IV hydration their policy is very strict and you must be there before 11:45 AM so staff can go to lunch on time. I think their policy is way too strict my IV treatment usually takes about 45 minutes from the moment I walk in and the IV is inserted to the moment I am paying with the receptionist. I have a membership and I usually go to the location in Villa Park which is amazing and I have walked in 30 minutes before lunch and they're still accommodating and go above and beyond with the best service. I was in Newport having brunch and thought I spontaneously to get an IV I am stick with going to my location in VP and I recommend anyone thinking about going for to go to the location in VP. read more

Whenever I visited CA, I stopped at the Hydration Room to get some IV vitamins, this place was good until they started to add TIPS to the credit card machine!! the minimum you can pay is 10% and it can go up to 30-40% tip on top of the $300 you pay for the IV vitamins!! really!!!!!!!!!! is this a restaurant or starbucks? since when we pay receptionists and nurses tips? They actually show you the tip page before you even insert your credit card, they are trying to play mentally with you, like they want you to feel embarrassed, and end up by paying $$ tips. I have been to so many IV vitamins places, NONE have ever added this tips thing, this place seems to be going downhill or why adding the tips to the credit card machine? if you can't pay your employees then close down the place instead of keep opening a brunch after another. read more

It has been said that the customer experience is king. However, it feels more like an obligation at this point with how long we had to wait for our appointment last time around! Make sure you hire some new staff members or adjust your system so everyone gets what they need when there's space available instead of mobbing walk-ins who don't make appointments. I'd like to consider myself a regular I visit 2-3 times a month. For the past few visits I feel like they might be overbooking with their walk-ins vs people who make appointments. At my most recent visit my fiancé and I had an appointment. We ended up waiting 50 minutes before we left with out service. I understand if it maybe tough to turn down customers who walk in over ones who make appointments... but those who make the appointments should not have to wait at the repercussions of those who walk in. Fix your appointment system and or hire more staff members to accommodate your business flow. read more

Came here two weeks ago with DH and we're glad we went to this location. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I got skin health IV and he got wellness infusion. Parking was a bit hassle (we managed to find a street parking), but overall it's a great experience. Highly recommend this place. read more

This is not only for adults, but it can be used for geriatrics too! My grandmother is frail and has a cancer that has her deteriorating because it's hard to take in a lot of food and water like regular people. Because she is frail, it is very hard to find her veins, Lauren was so awesome and determined to help us. She did the maximum amount of pokes to find her veins, unfortunately it is very hard to find a working one on her so we couldn't get an IV bag done that day. However, Dr. Florie told us that he wanted to meet us and do it himself. Lo and behold, he actually finds a vein and makes it happen! This was our last resort on getting her hydrated and with vitamins without oral intake, we are all so happy that everything worked out. The staff gave us a private room, with a few chairs, a tv that actually has Netflix working, and even raised the temperature in our room to a warmer temperature for her. There are pillows and blankets to make everything so comfortable. read more

I came here a few days into a cold before a trip for the cold/flu IV package. I'm a medical professional myself and never had any problems with having an IV started. The woman in training apparently was nervous upon hearing that I was a PA and really massacred my arm. She made a comment after that basically I shouldn't tell people I'm a PA bc it makes them nervous, but that really isn't my issue. I have to treat people all the time the are medical professionals. She attempted to flush the line while the tourniquet was still on at first so that's why it looks so bad. The other nurse started a flawless IV after and it had no mark. For 165 dollars I would have rather not had someone new to the company. They can and should start IVs on the staff or maybe volunteers for a discount. Mistakes happen, I get that but I really have never had this big of a bruise from an IV (even new nurses who I've let practice on me) and I'm now on vacation with a huge mark on my arm. Like I said, the other IV was flawless and you can't tell. As for the actual treatment, I think maybe if I came in sooner it would've helped more. I always take vitamin c and zinc at the start of my symptoms orally so I had been doing that already- but a big IV boost at the start of symptoms would work better. They called to check on me which was nice but I told her it hadn't made a difference which was true. She asked if she should call the Doc but I said that was okay, it was a last ditch effort to try and get well before my trip. It seems they offer a lot of good services. As a migraine sufferer I know how much fluids and Toradol help. And I've heard good things as far as getting more regular IVs with supplements and how it can really improve energy. I'm giving 3 stars but am very disappointed in the lack of concern over the initial IV start which I mentioned when the girl called me. I felt she just wanted me to say that I felt so much better from the treatment. read more

Howdy to all of you who need a little physical boost, I had my first experience at the hydration room for a lingering bout with the flu. Let's say I had hit the wall. I didn't know what to expect. I met two lovely professionals, one to take my info and one to hook me up. The place was immaculate. I was given a mixture of vitamins , hydrated water and whatever other goodies they put in my IV. My friend treated me so we got to sit together and sip on our beverage. I woke up today like a new person, more energy than I have had in months. I would do this again and recommend it to a friend. I have been coming here since May 2021 pretty regularly and my life has been way better. Since I'm dealing with a lot of people and children most of the time, I am exposed to all kinds of germs you can think of. This place is so nice, clean and they never try to sell you anything, nurses are nice but especially Shannon is a "Rock Star" she has such knowledge with anything you can think of, I feel blessed when she is there, and to be honest I do my very very best to do my IV therapy while she is in Newport location. 99% I do skin health IV 99% and my skin looks amazing 24-36 hours after the treatment and the effects of it last about 4,5 days. Other than that, I did try the regular B-12 shot which gives incredible energy I feel like I can press hundreds of pounds. read more

Long story as short as possible - I LOVED this place, until we signed up for a 3 month membership - upon the end of the 3rd month my wife didn't see much value so she decided to not renew hers - spoke to the girl on her last visit and confirmed we would (both) cancel the membership. Next month we found we were charged for both memberships - contacted the office asap and were told a refund would be issued asap - OK, sounds great..... BUT THEN...... Next week, no refund and we called - "they made a mistake, but it would be done in 2-3 business days. Ok, people make mistakes no problem. Next week, no refund - called back in and asked for a manager (total Karen move but had to I guess....) then were were introduced to SHAUN who (side bar - total jerk, kinda bully and definitely not a person who should interact with the public) had the balls to tell us "PER THE CONTRACT, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL IN TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP SO WE WERE NOT IN THE WRONG FOR CHARGING YOU, HOWEVER WE ARE GOING TO APPROVE YOUR REFUND" - seriously, our fault????? Going to approve our refund????? Made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Next week, no refund so we got ahold of Shaun again and he said "the gals in the office made a mistake, but he fixed it and should be in 2-3 days...... 2-3 days later, no refund so I got a hold of Dr Florie (very nice dude) he listened and apologized and said he'd get this taken care of, should see the refund in 2-3 days, if not contact him again. 2-3 days later, no refund - he sent a screenshot of something that showed a refund, problem was, it was not our account........ on 12/28 I sent Dr Florie a email stating we are no longer anticipating a refund and that he should be ashamed of his company and Shaun in particular - again he (Dr Florie) is a really nice guy but in his rely said "ok, we will issue a 3rd refund" which I took offense to - if they are issuing a 3rd refund that would mean we got a 1st and 2nd refund - which never happened. on 12/29 (today) Bryan Godber emailed (and left a voice mail) stating he spent a few hours on the phone with their credit card company and found out the refund was NEVER issues (duh, we have been saying this for almost 45 days.....) and that he got it fixed and that we should see the refund in (gulp) 2-3 days......... He did offer 2 free IV Therapies, which is very nice but we will not take him up on it, once trust is lost its gone and once you are stolen from (after 30 days of no refund its stolen) and having Shaun (the guy with little man syndrome.... ha) tell us we were in the wrong for canceling in person and NOT VIA PHONE (which the gal we spoke to would have been the gal we called into... BTW, not angry at the gal at all, mistakes happen) I don't even want to get any "favors" from this place. As it stands, we still DON'T HAVE A REFUND - this started on 11/18, its 12/29. If you go here you will prob be fine, just don't commit to a membership unless you are good with "mistakes" that never get fixed with your money. Stopped in here on Aug 16, 2018 after seeing a sign saying they were offering free B12 shots. A nurse came promptly to talk to me. I really only wanted to know one thing, the TYPE of B12 they are using. The nurse was very polite and professional and indicated its Methylcoblalmin to which I said GREAT, as I would only ever have either Methylcoblalmin or Hydroxo B12 injected into me as opposed to Cyanocobalamin, which is a synthetic isolate. So I let the nurse know I would be back another day for the shot. I did not want the shot right then as I'd not eaten all day and so thought I'd do it another day. On Aug 23, 2018 I was again next door to The Hydration Room and so I decided to get the B12 shot. I opened the door and right away before I could say anything the receptionist said the nurse is at lunch and gave me the time when the nurse would be back. So I went to Cafe Gratitude and ordered lunch so I could wait it out. Thirty minutes later I returned and asked for the nurse only this time a different nurse was working. Wanting to confirm the info I'd previously got from the nurse the week before, I politely explained that I was interested in getting the B12 shot and asked what type of B12 it was. This time I was met with a completely blank stare and the nurse said she didn't know what I meant! I further attempted to expalin, saying, you know, what kind or type of B12 is it? And the nurse said she couldn't give out the brand. I then told her I was not asking for the brand, just what kind of B12 it was and again I got a blank look, but then when I started to name the isolates she responded, Methylcoblalmin but due to her hesitation and inability to answer the question in the first place, I asked if I could see the B12 product (to confirm) and I was told NO, and then she told me that clients/patients can't see their formula's for fear people will steal their formula's. Huh? What the cr_p! Then I ask how much is injected and again the nurse stated she is not allowed to tell me. I said well I have eyes I can see the size of the syringe, is it 3cc's and she is like oh no its 2cc's...so I guess she was thinking I was asking how many mg's of B12, but knowing the nurse was going to refuse to tell me that info and my experience to the point was actually making me stressed and dizzy. Her whole attitude and treatment towards me was demeaning...as if I could somehow still a secret formula by knowing basic details. At that stage I had to leave. I don't care if shot is free or I pay for it...fact is I have a right to know exactly what is being put into my body, plain and simple! Following this I emailed the company and now three days on and no one contacts me after I stated I was totally uncomfortable with the situation I encountered. I guess they expect people to walk in like an ignorant non-conscious, non-thinking humans and say, give me B12 without me wanting to know anything! Wow! This is the height of Idiocracy! read more

Had a bit too much to drink the night before and wasn't able to keep anything down (even water) Gave this place a call, they were able to get me in right away. Got their hangover detox IV drip. I was literally able to taste/smell the vitamins once they were injected, and my dry mouth suddenly felt satiated. This place is amazing. My daughter suffers from IBS and becomes severely dehydrated and can't keep food down. She becomes very weak, light headed and nauseous. I bring her to the Hydration room when she has a really bad flare up. The GI Cocktail helps rehydrate and helps with her nausea. It keeps her out of the ER and away from the other patients who are sick and contagious. This is a safe way to help her and get her what she needs. Not to mention no ER bill and waiting in the waiting room for hours on end. Everyone is so nice and the nurses are amazing.
