Service? They are wonderful, top notch! All their staff is well-educated. I have had an IV Glucothione push, IV Hydration, all wonderful. I started here as a first timer about August and re-started up again for their Glucothione. There are membership cost and pay as you go cost, the difference is about $15-30 with memberships for those who go often, yes it charges automatically if you go that route to save money Skills: I have had Katherine forever and they also have alternative days another well-skilled nurse, both know how to give injections/Iv' as even for small veins. To me this is important as I have small veins that are hard to find. It's a very clean, sanitary place and everyone is professional. I prefer going here than a hospital for what you need on IV's and vitamins. My only disappointment is that Glucothione from August last year for 1,000 mg was $60, then it changed again a few months later to $65 at 1,000mg in September 2022. It is June 2023 and the Glucothione is 500 mg for the same cost but half the dosage. I could feel the difference in effectiveness as it did not last as long as before, now Glucothione at that dosage stays for about 2 days versus the week. I came here because the dosage had to be right at 1,000 mg to help rebuild my health after Covid breathing issues. This saddens me. And I have loved this place being affordable where I could come often. The Memebership costs also went up a lot from $49 to $69. I now have to canvas around again. read more

The people who worked here were kind and weren't judgmental. They patiently tried to find a vein since his were all collapsed. Truly disappointed in the inconsistency and all of a sudden being so difficult with a paying customer. A returning customer here. called yesterday to book a sauna for my husband and a b12 shot for me (im 9 months pregnant). At first the front desk lady said: "we dont have any policy against injecting pregnant women with B12" knowing how businesses are scared of liability I asked her to kindly confirm with the nurse and of course the nurse said "you need a doctor note" I went ahead and got the doctors note. I call today to tell them that I have the doctors note but told by a different employee that their "Doctor" has to review it first and the doctor is "sooo busy and might not be able to respond today". "We dont want to harm your pregnancy" you have to be crazy to think you care about the health of my pregnancy more than me! I let it go. I found another spot near by with an MD on site who will give me the shot but guess what, I got a call from the same lady asking me for a credit card on file for the Sauna. I told her that Im a returning customer and that they have my card on file and she said "no we need a card for your husband" seriously?? Why not ask for a card yesterday? How do you think I can get you a card with my husbands info on it at 10am? I have gotten service there (both him and I) since wevitalize opened and never been faced with this difficult attitude. First time visiting here and am definitely returning! Read a lot about this place on their website and from so many options/services to choose from I went with the infrared sauna. This is 40 minutes of heat that was up to 174 degrees. It took some getting used to but I felt so good afterwards! The place is super clean and Marissa was amazing in explaining the paperwork to fill out beforehand and how everything works. Will definitely be back for more sauna time and to try the other services. I also loved the fact that they don't try to hard sell you afterward. They mention what they offer in the buying of packages but don't push it on you. That's one of the main reasons I'm coming back. I'll most likely end up buying one now. read more

Went in for compression therapy love it so much came back two days later for a sauna. First thing the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. The cleanliness and setup of services is 10 out of 10! The compression therapy was great. I had my own area in which they gave me water and guided me through the experience. Once I was completed they informed me to drink extra water to ensure the therapy gave me the best results. Sauna was another 10 out of 10. Had my own private sauna and room with Tv and was able to watch Netflix! Awesome! They provided towels and water! I loved it so much got a membership! read more
