I've been going to CryoCareUSA in Huntington Beach for two years. I used a Cryo T-shock Groupon for my first visit. At this point, I want to point out that I was very clearly told on that first visit that only one Groupon could ever be used at the center. Remember that as you continue to read the other reviews. Over the years, I have tried many of the services, but as much as I would like to basically live there, I have had to prune my list down to just the services that make my body and brain feel better, and set aside the services that are more focused on appearance. Initially I came in for Cryo T-shock, BOA and Contour Light as I was focused on losing the covid weight that was, literally, hurting my knees. These days my paired down list of services include BOA, NAD IV, vitamin injections and the occasional Toradol shot when my back decides to fall apart on me. I also bring my teenage daughter in for Hydrafacials. I love, love, LOVE how the PRP injections lightened sunspots on my face, but I can't afford that service as often as I would like. Sam (owner), Aroosha (manager, aesthetician) and Greta (nurse) are all fantastic people that are always willing to explain all the services, even over and over as was the case for me! They took me in as a walk in and I immediately was greeted by Savannah who guided me through all the services and answered all my questions/concerns. The reason it doesn't surprise me is because of how rude you were to not even call me from Tuesday till my 2nd appointment (yes, the girl already let me use one on the previous visit because she was cool) and you don't even have the common curtesy to call me and let me know that you wouldn't allow me to use my Groupon. UNPROFESSIONAL DUDE!!!! I actually have back and leg problems and you made me wait 4 days and then you come outside your office to tell me I cannot come in and that I was "cheap" for buying 2 groupons. Yes, I bought 1 other groupon in 2016 for something else and only used 1 out of the 3 sessions. Take your business off Groupon if you think everyone that buys them is cheap!!!! I mentioned to your wife who called me back that I might be interested in continuing BOA after I tested it out (which is true) and then you two came up with the master plan that I had to spend at least $300-$500 on 10 BOA's before I could use my last 2 groupons that you already said I couldnt use because of the 2016 purchase. WHAT A JOKE. It's obvious from the other reviews of you, that you are a complete Buffoon and have no idea what customer service is. You could have just handled this professionally as Groupon did. They said no problem, we will credit you and I am sorry for the misshap. I am so thankful to find this place! The whole staff is so sweet and helpful. I pulled my quadricep muscle playing soccer and wanted to do everything I could to heal as fast as possible and stumbled upon Cryocare USA. I did local cryo on the injured area and then a lymphatic drainage massage and woke up the next day feeling 50 percent better just from that. Then, I continued with the full body cryo chamber for several more sessions and loved not only how fast I healed but the way my whole body felt after. I'm a little skeptical about the huge amount of calories you supposed burn in the 3 minute cryo chamber but either way I feel great after doing it and so does my body. I have been to CryoCare twice now for their whole body cryo. The staff I've encountered at both their Huntington and Irvine locations have been friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. It's only a couple minutes in their cold chambers, and definitely beats the inconvenience and suffering through your own ice bath at home! Wow just wow. I was in HB visiting. I went into a Cryocare on Saturday when I heard the owner speaking to a customer outside. The owner (Sam) was very rude to the customer about a conflict of Groupon that I am not sure of. But I did hear Sam say something to the customer about you cannot just be cheap and buy Groupon after Groupon for twenty dollars!!! The argument went on for 5-10 minutes, and I still am having a hard time believing any business would talk to a customer that way, even if the customer could be wrong, which he didnt seem to be in my judgment. I then overheard the owner talking to his staff and then the phone rang and it was the customer that Sam kicked out on the phone. I heard the woman on the phone being very nice to him and she had no idea of what just happened because Sam didnt feel the need to explain anything to his employees apparently. When I was in the back room during my session I could still hear Sam and the woman in the front fighting over how to handle this unhappy customer. I could hear Sam calling him CHEAP and the word GROUPON over and over. To this I will not return as a customer because I too purchased a groupon to try out a product for my bad ache in my legs. I will find another groupon for the same thing and take my business elsewhere. The owner should be ashamed of himself! read more

Huge fan of Cryo. I mainly come to this location (and Irvine) to do the full body cryo alongside local cryo. I'm training for a half marathon and find that the full body cryo helps me recover exponentially quicker. Last week, I injured myself doing a long run and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I woke up to sharp pains on my left heel. I went to the podiatrist and they told me I need to rest for 2-4 weeks. I was deeply saddened by this news because my marathon is coming up in 2 weeks. I thought to myself that I'd do an intense session of local cryo. So that same day, I booked an afternoon session in Irvine for local cryo. Then, I booked a night session for local cryo in Huntington Beach. I booked another on the following day during lunch...so 3 total local cryo sessions in 1.5 days. I kid you not, this stuff is like black magic. By day 2, the swelling was gone. Day 3, I wanted to run, but I told myself I needed more rest. Day 4, someone had to restrain me from running. Day 5, I bust out 6 miles as a warm up session. Easy breezy. No pain. What usually takes 2 weeks to heal only took me 4 days. Make cryo a part of your daily routine. I've been going here for a few months now. I actually fractured my wrist a few months ago and my doctor said I wouldn't be able to play tennis or basketball for 3 months. But after receiving whole body cryotherapy once a week for 5 weeks, my wrist was back to normal in 1.5 months. Besides not doing anything stupid to hurt my recovery, I credit a big part of my recovery to CryoCareUSA. If you come between 2 and 5 on Tuesdays through Friday, they have a happy hour where you can get a decent discount. They also offer 20 sessions for $200 which is pretty great. Just finished my 3rd cryotherapy appointment and I was offered a complimentary Normatec compression leg wraps session. I'm new to these types of treatments so I wasn't sure what to expect. I definitely think the cryotherapy relieves soreness from heavy workouts because I was able to recover sooner. I will update on how these leg wraps help out or not when I get out of them. I love doing Contour Light it really helps me with my lower back pain and also keeps me stay in shape, it does make me really thirsty but definitely worth it plus i get to drink way more water. I booked through classpass. They have multiple times and dates available. I drive all the way there, and they said they no longer use class pass. Young lady calls her boss Sam, and he says even though it's on there clearly showing they are a part of the program, they ask me to pay $35.00 on top of the 15 credits I used through classpass. Pretty much sending me on my way. Embarrassing place. I drove to Surf City Cryo, and on the way booked through classpass, got there completed the treatment and was on my way.
