I've been to this Hydration Room location several times now, and it's been consistently excellent. One thing I really appreciate is that the experience is the same every visit, with friendly staff, a clean environment, and great customer service. The front desk team has always been welcoming, professional, and accommodating. They check you in efficiently, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and have even offered me water while I wait, which is a nice touch. If you're planning your first visit, I'd definitely recommend making an appointment. This location can get busy, especially during peak hours. Also, be aware that they close for lunch from 1:30-2:30 PM, so it's worth planning around that if you're hoping to walk in. For anyone considering coming regularly, I think the membership is the best value. I've found it pays for itself pretty quickly if you're getting IV therapy on a consistent basis. Another thing I like is how customizable the IV treatments are. For example, when I get the migraine IV, I don't like glutathione added, and they've always been happy to leave it out without any issue. It's nice that they tailor treatments to your preferences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The clinic itself is spotless, comfortable, and feels very patient-focused. One visit stands out in particular: I came in with a migraine, and they offered me a private, dark room so I could rest during my infusion. That level of thoughtfulness made a noticeable difference and really showed they care about the patient experience, not just getting people in and out. Overall, this has become my go-to Hydration Room location. The staff is genuinely kind, the space is clean and relaxing, and the care has been consistently excellent. Came here after a weekend of doing the most and have been feeling like complete shit for 3-4 days. Came across the hydration room and decided to call and make an appointment. Jesse was very helpful and pleasant on the phone in getting me scheduled for an appointment. Upon getting there, he checked me in and had no wait. Stephanie was my RN and she was just as great! Very informative, patient, and super sweet. Whenever I am in need of an IV, I would definitely return to this location with their friendly staff. Thank you Jesse and Stephanie! I swear by IVs when you get a bug. The Hydration Room is so relaxing, the staff is so friendly, and it cuts my time of feeling crummy from my cold/flu in half. I highly recommend the procedure and I especially recommend the wonderful team over at the Hydration Room. Been going here for months, at least once a month since I'm a member. I went last Tuesday and I have never had bruising like this before. She struggled to get the iv line in and was wiggling it around. It's been getting worst by the day. I had to cancel my membership and try a new place because of it. Honestly, lately it feels like there are so many narcissistic organizations out there. Everything is about money, locking people into memberships, making cancellation difficult, continuing to charge people after cancellation, and creating systems that benefit the company while exhausting the customer. It starts to feel less like care or service and more like manipulation and control. That's part of why I've appreciated my experience with the hydration room so much. Everyone there has been genuinely kind, helpful, transparent, and caring. I never felt pressured or manipulated. They were upfront about pricing, told me ways to save money, offered discounts when they could, and overall treated me like a human being instead of just another customer or dollar sign. Definitely a reliable spot to come to! Anytime I start feeling under the weather or if my workouts were a little too hard, I come straight here to get an IV hydration cocktail made for myself. My favorite IV to get is immune support just to give me a boost Since I travel a lot. The nurses are so patient and exactly what they're doing. Never had an issue here when they inject me. The front is really cool too! If you have any questions, the quick to answer it if they don't know the answer, they'll make a call to the doctor. But that's rare! The seats are so clean, comfortable, they hook you up with some tea and some nuts if you're feeling a little woozy, there's but it's so quiet and so chill. Very enjoyable! read more

10/10 experience. My husband booked us the appointment after he wasn't feeling so great on Monday (I myself felt fine). He got the hangover and I got the regular with the shot of B12. We both definitely saw results. He was able to get through the rest of his day and I felt hydrated and had more energy than usual. I didn't feel that 2pm struggle which is a miracle for me - I wake up around 4am most days. Our nurse (I believe her name was Erin?) was nothing short of an angel sent from heaven! The hydration room on Golden West does not take minors. I had a very positive experience personally at the Golden West location. The Adams location in Huntington Beach does take minors. So I took my son to get him set up with an IV. I was pleasantly surprised that Lexie is a traveling nurse between several hydration room locations in North Orange County. Lexi is a great nurse. My son didn't even flinch when she was applying the IV connection/catheter. She's very professional, compassionate and knew what questions to ask. Also the two people at the front desk that morning were very helpful and friendly and professional. Both my son and I will be going back to both locations for more IVs when issues come up. And probably to do some maintenance on IV as well. I highly recommend hydration room. read more

i had the best experience here. i was so hungover, dehydrated, and nauseous. i found hydration room through classpass and was able to book a spot 2 hours out - at 12pm. they have a nurse speak to you briefly about your medical history and what you're here for. she got me all set up for the hangover detox basic. the IV cured me pretty much instantly-- i was no longer nauseous, lightheaded, etc. i was still tired after but that was to be expected. i seriously felt soo much better after the IV. Isabella, my nurse, was the sweetest. she made sure i was comfortable, asked if i wanted some tea, and offered some advice on how to treat the hangover. read more

Anina was the sweetest and most welcoming when I arrived. She was very accommodating and helped me get checked in as a new patient. My nurse Sean was the one to assist me in choosing the best service for my needs and concerns. We decided on the Wellness Infusion and it was a great choice. I feel a boost of energy and definitely feel more hydrated and restored. It was very relaxing and comforting. They played relaxing music, dimmed the lights for me, and offered hot tea to make my experience even more relaxing. OMG! THIS CLINIC SAVED MY WEDDING!!! We drove 6 hours for our wedding weekend. I started feeling possibly the flu coming along. I went through an entire box of tissues on that drive, sneezing, nose running etc. All before one of the biggest days of your life! I was stressing now... I frantically searched for anywhere that would have same day IV treatments which wouldn't kill the bank. My family had their doubts, as they typically do. I came in getting a Cold and Flu Remedy IV Therapy, and an add on of the Engystol. Within 90 min... color was coming back to my face, and my head stopped throbbing. My congestion decreased quite a bit...by noon the next day, it was gone. I went on to enjoy my wedding day with friends and family in peace and happiness. They called me 8:17 to cancel my 8:20 appointment. I was already standing outside the door of the office and the whole place was closed. So unprofessional. They asked if I wanted to go to a different location. Of course not, if I wanted a different location I would have scheduled there in the first place. Not to mention that I planned my other days appointments around this one. So disappointing when people are so inconsiderate of your time. I would not recommend at all. read more
