On Saturday, I tried an NAD+ IV therapy, the results have been life-changing. After a couple of days of low energy, I woke up today feeling incredible! My energy was through the roof, my vision was sharper than ever, and my thoughts were clear. I can't remember the last time I felt this good. I even got out of bed early and took my dog for a walk--something I haven't done in a long time! She asked me what I needed and I explained I'm going on a trip and wanted to be sure my immune system is functioning well among other things. So she gave me her recommendation, I also found out she used to be an emergency care nurse, so I figured I'm in good hands. Cherry was super knowledgeable and made me feel like we have known each other for years. The care and patience she provided is above and beyond. I trusted her and decided to stay and get my very first infusion. Because of my positive experience with Cherry, I'm planning to come back and would refer friends to this location. I then called last week to see if Ron the original owner was there and that's when I had Regine starting off being short, condescending & rude. I booked a float to use up my 2 credits, as my home had burnt down in a horrible fire and I hadn't been in the area for 2.5 years. After my recent float she proceeded to say I owe $60. Now let me tell you, first time new customers get $10 off and the float is $50. I only found out the next day about her new client policy upon going online. I told her I had 2 float credits and that's when she became manic, raising her voice & irrational. I still didn't know she was the owner and she was still pretending to be just an employee and then picked up the phone and dialed 911 to involve the cops!!!! 911, you have got to be serious!!! She wasn't trying to be accommodating by any means. My 2 credits were there and I believe she deleted them once I had started my float because she knew who I was based on the phone call three days prior when I was asking about Ron the owner & if he had finished construction on adding 2 new tanks. He was a good man & a great owner. I proceeded to have her call the owner and then she non shalantly told me she doesn't tell anybody she IS the owner and that I WAS GOING TO PAY $60 for my float before I leave or else! My original 2 credits that HER EMPLOYEE told me I had less than 2 weeks prior were all of a sudden...expired. Then she told me she purchased the business in 2024, but actually it was 2025. I checked in August 2025 about my 2 credit floats & they were still there. Magically they disappeared while I was in the tank. Regine is a thief! A bad, poor business owner who had the audacity to call me belligerent on the phone when I was inquiring about Ron. I don't drink alcohol, so therefore I could not be belligerent but she was extremely insulting, disrespectful and a basically an unhinged c***. She removed my 2 credits to be spiteful & she purposely charged me $60 when her policy is $50 for a new client and if I was a new client to her, she should have honoured what she's putting out there. $10 off $60. Her hours keep changing online, just in the last 2 weeks. No one answers the phone on a regular basis matching the hours. She has poor business practices and she will not sustain her business with her rude attitude and disrespect plus being a thief and stealing from a customer. I was a long-term client of Newport Float when Ron owned it and he had a strong following. The 4.9 Star reviews are from Ron, NOT Regine & her lack of manners, self respect & her condescending attitude. There are other float companies out there and I definitely DO NOT recommend this one. The float tank isn't clean and has a musky smell proving she is not keeping up with the health code cleanliness, I'm sure CDC would like to see her tanks. Upon reading some negative reviews about her, I see that she steals from other people as well.
