Having recently tried hydration therapy for the first time in Las Vegas (not the first time actually, I had a beach house rental in the Jersey shore 20 years ago and 2 nurses in the house would bring hydration IV bags every weekend) I'm 100% behind the practice. I've always been rotten with trying to drink enough water throughout the day and a few days before Thanksgiving I was feeling a bit burnt out and gave Boost Hydration a try. It was a little hard to find the place the first few tries driving back and fourth on Newport Blvd but I'm glad I did. Owner Jennifer was awesome and explained all of the options thoroughly. I did the large IV Infusion Cold & Flu and relaxed for 30 minutes checking up on emails. I found this place by accident and I'm so glad I did. Just opened a month ago and I must say it's really chic and a great representation of the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach lifestyle. This place was a life saver. I called on a Saturday morning to make an appointment and they told me to come right in. I filled out a little paper work and minutes later, my hangover was disappearing. The RN was so sweet. I was nervous because I've never done IV treatments before and I'm a big baby when it comes to needles, but I hardly felt a thing. They put you in a cozy little room with blankets and pillows during your treatment and she even brought me and another girl who was being treated bagels. Overall, this place is fantastic. I went to boost hydration for the very first time , the customer service was really poor. The nurse called me in order to get a shot and she didn't even put me on a stretcher to give me the shot, I had to receive the shot standing up, it was painful and I understand that part it is ok but when I told her it hurts she answer "you asked for it ". My wonderful husband took me to Boost Hydration the day of my birthday to have the "Party Prep" IV Therapy to help prevent a hangover (and it worked). I reactivated my Yelp account to share about this place! I had been sick with a high fever and terrible sore throat for about 5 days. I had to do something to get back in track and knew my body needed a huge boost, pun intended. I received the large Vitamin C IV (which is not GMO, they use the good stuff) and was clearer and more hydrated immediately. They were professional and caring as I sat in the lovely infusion room - they popped their heads in to ensure I was doing okay at just the right intervals. If you are unaware of why Vitamin C infusions are helpful, you may want to do a bit of research (Suzanne Humphries on YouTube is a good place to start) as they can really pull you out of a slump! read more

I had such a great experience at Boost Hydration! I had been suffering from a bad head cold and needed to get better quickly to get back to my internship. I found Boost Hydration on Yelp and after looking at their website I decided to give it a try. I called in around 2pm and asked if they had any openings the rest of the day and they were able to accommodate me quickly! The environment is very clean and chic with great views of the city. The IV stick was very easy and painless (she used a numbing spray which was great). The IV treatment only took maybe 20-25 minutes total, I got the Cold and Flu treatment. The next day I felt so much better and I'm so glad I went in to get the extra boost I needed to get better. I just only wish it was a little more affordable! read more
