I really appreciate the staff and their friendly demeanor. There is quite a turnover of nurses to administer IV's. Hope you get a good one. After two years of regular monthly services I showed up for an IV and was turned away because I now needed a Doctors clearance. No apology No attempt to make it right. No refund of some $500 of unused credits. Lots of other options around these days read more

This business is a scam. I prepaid for packages in San Diego and then they closed all their SD locations for nonpayment of rent and told me to go to Orange County instead. I have a judgment against Marc Thomas, the owner and franchisee, who refuses to pay. Don't buy packages from this business. They'll take your money and may close their doors overnight and then Marc Thomas will taunt you to try to go after him because he sets up shell LLCs that take your money. Even their corporate office refuses to intervene. They just let this scammer steal your money. read more

Love this place. IVs, Cryo, I'm shots, saunas. All types of recovery modalities. Ask about their Pep 19

The stuff is very friendly, informative and helpful. The nurses are great And make you feel comfortable. I did an IV infusion and the cryotherapy which was the first time I've ever done that it was intense, but the staff made me feel comfortable doing it, and I will definitely be back for more. read more

I've been coming to this location since September 2024. For the past few months, I've been a member since I see personal value in getting once/monthly IV. My go-to is lysine, glutathione, and/or Vitamin C. IV's take an hour and Nick is my usual RN and he's great. I've also gone here for hydrafacial and and infrared sauna. Typically, I book in the Restore Hyperwellness app. Ease of use is high and I can typically even book fairly last minute depending on my busy schedule. Something to note, note all Restore locations are the "same," in that if it's outside the "franchise," you'd have to pay an additional $30 out of pocket even if you're a paying member! So, I just default to coming here to the Tustin location! It's in the Marketplace at Tustin and parking is usually easy. read more

Dominic I like to thank you for showing me the entire facility and explaining to me in detail what all the options are helping me with my follow-up questions I also spoke with Scott the manager. Scott was actually folding towels and helping staff and we had a brief conversation and laughed. Scott you offer such a great platform for your associates to thrive and promote wellness... $63 no-show charge because I had to drive my Wife to Urgent Care. I've been a member for more than a year and never missed an appointment. Management has no compassion and wasn't willing to do make an exception. read more

I have been a member since before this location even opened. They charge $159 a month. I've had nothing but issues for over a year now trying to come in for services. I actually cancelled my membership back in July and they charged me for 2 months when I noticed in sept, I went in to talk to the manager he refunded 2 months and cancelled any further new charges, but I believe I still had 8 credits to Use. And I just not noticed they charged me AGAIN for October, November and December even tho I submitted my cancellation request back in September! So I've tried to use those credits I still had remaining and they NEVER have availability when I want/need. Today, i called in with the hopes of coming in for a last minute appt and they told me I need a new telehealth appt in order to administer the IV. No one had warned or told me this was a requirement after 1 year! I would not suggest becoming a member. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because usually the staff members are very friendly even tho I can't get the appt times or services done when I need them, they are generally very kind and always have a positive disposition. But management and appt availability have made me want to cancel membership and not return. Plus, I mainly use this for IV treatments and THE HYDRATION ROOM membership is now actually $10 cheaper every month and they don't nickel and dime you for the vitamin and additional IV ingredients. read more

I am the kind of person who loves to maximize spending money, particularly in the field of health and wellness. At first glance, the per-session costs at Restore--for things like cryotherapy, sauna, and red-light therapy--seemed really high. But as I dug a bit further, I realized there's really so much more to the story. A membership at Restore does more than just slash the prices of services; it changes fundamentally how you approach your own health. These affordable treatments really encouraged me to use them often, which is key to really seeing and maximizing the benefits. There's real science behind this stuff, and regular sessions really do help cut down on inflammation and speed recovery. Well, truth be told, a single day of cryotherapy, red-light therapy, and time in the sauna, is nothing more, than an enriching experience, even more so because I got all those services bundled together. Unlike a lot of other gym memberships, where you feel trapped with a financial commitment that keeps coming up--at Restore, it's different. They focus on a healthy life that really can make a difference in such things as mental health and physical strength. Add to that the community feel at Restore. It had that feeling right now in places like Orange Theory, but a little bit of wellness mixed in. It was not just buying a service; it was becoming a part of a community all committed to helping each other reach health goals. Big shout out to Tristan at OrangeTheory and Dom, Zack, and Nick at Restore. Their real commitment can be the difference that steps the quality of the service forward. Writing this under an alias to keep it impartial, but to be honest, from my experience, Restore is a really great place. They keep crushing it. If you are considering a membership, think of it like an investment in a healthier and fuller life. A couple of active members, in fact, note that the membership there is their passport to a health journey free from further costly injury expenses. read more

The staff here is incredible. Melyssa and Angel are the sweetest. Everyone is so attentive. The facility is so clean. They are extremely responsive. I don't know where these reviews say people don't answer. They always answer when I book my appointments or need to cancel for personal conflicts. One time I even came when they were closed and the girl saw me at the door, literally unlocked the door and helped me with a question when she was off the clock!. The manager here takes pride in her facility and always asks for feedback. You cannot go wrong with this place. I have done cryo, oxygen chamber, compression , hydrafacial, red light and IVs so far. 5 stars all the way. read more

Restore Hyper Wellness - Tustin - Compression - IV Hydration Near Me - Tustin, California

Had a deal for a "squeeze and freeze" through a partnership between Restore and my gym - one full body cryotherapy session and one 30 minute compression session. They recommend a low setting and 2:30 for your first cryo session - you're in a little room that's blasting at -165F that you can walk around in until your timer is up. I felt pretty good until the last 15-20 seconds or so - I think I could've handled another ~30 seconds before it would've started to get not fun. My surface body temp dropped 36F which they said was pretty good. My skin was tingly and felt great when I came out so I can see the appeal. The compression session was great as well - 30 minutes lounging in the sun while large air bags massage my legs. I might actually look into these machines for my legs/hips in particular - I was walking to my car afterwards and I genuinely felt looser compared to when I got there read more

Had a bunch of sessions that I hadn't used. I called to cancel my membership I was told I still have access to unused sessions since they don't expire. I called about 2 months later and the guy said they expired once I canceled. I told him that's not what I was told otherwise I would've used them before I canceled my membership. He said no, I was given wrong info and basically too bad. Perry shitty for customer service. Anyways, I was really busy with my business and couldn't go as often as I would have liked. Now that I have more time I'll take my business elsewhere. Do better guys. read more

I stopped by for my first visit yesterday and was impressed by how sweet and helpful the staff is! I purchased the founding member package and just did the compression and IM shot. The compression was awesome (you are given the option to pick your legs, arms, or hips for this treatment) and I'm still watching to see how the IM shot reacts with my body! I picked the lipo IM shot and the head nurse (Brian, I believe) said that he lost some weight when using it regularly! This place is great for preventive care and making sure you really take care of your body. That being said, I'm excited to continue my visits and treatments here! read more

I agree with the person that left a one star review here. Been calling to ask a few questions prior to making an appointment, but no one is picking up. Granted, I called probably 10 minutes before they close on a Sunday, but still. If you're still open, you got to answer the phone. You don't just wait for time to pass so you can finally clock out. read more

Title: Misleading Billing Practices Rating: Horrible billing practice and one sided management responses, this is not customer service focused ( Scott and Paula)! I joined during the soft opening in Sep 2022. It was normal to verbally communicatr with the staff to place my membership on hold since with the original manager/staff. During my last hold I. April 3023, the staff verbally stated my membership would be canceled due to placing my membership on hold multiple times. Scott billed my credit card based on their one sided notes. I did not visit since April and they billed me for the last 3 months of this review. So they bill you and don't send you an invoice to inform you of them charting your credit card. Customer are forced to leave a credit card on file! When I informed them of this miscommunication, that I had not visited the Tustin office since April because the front desk said it would be canceled and I was ok. The IV therapy was the reason I joined, required the staff to poke me 2-3 times, leave bruises and painful because this is not the treatment that was promised when I joined. You are supposed to feel well not leave in pain. The lack of understanding from the management left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer. The main issues I encountered were: Inaccurate Service Description: The services provided were not in line with what was originally discussed, and the discrepancy was not rectified to leave me felling well after IV therapy. . Billing Transparency: Transparency in their billing process was lacking. I found it difficult to know when they bill you because they do send you an invoice. Customer Support: When I tried to reach out to the manager Scott and Paula for resolution, the response was not to hear the customer explaination. Stop billing people when they don't visit your office. Overall, my experience with left me feeling unsatisfied and wary of their billing practices. I would recommend potential customers to exercise caution and perhaps seek alternatives with more transparent and customer-friendly billing procedures. I believe that businesses should prioritize honest and clear communication with their customers, especially when it comes to billing. It's essential for maintaining trust and credibility in the long run. read more

The manager, Scott, was so helpful and personable. They all made us feel welcome and special. What a great business!

Had a rough workout and noticed a new store opening in my area so thought I would check them out. Really glad I did because it's only been a day but noticed great improvement in with recovery time and muscular discomfort. First time doing cryo and I might be hooked, Brian the lead nurse did an amazing job with my IV and Jo was great at answering all of my questions. Aurica at the front desk was very informative and I can't wait to come back for my next session.
