I love coming to Perspire Sauna Studio to watch tv and sweat! It's a personal sauna experience, so you get your own private room, which makes it feel super relaxing and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is that they track your personal settings for next time. The sauna temperature ranges from 140 to 175 degrees, and I usually like mine around 160. They make it really easy to customize everything. There's a built-in timer, red light therapy options, and different light settings depending on your mood. I wasn't feeling well enough for a full work out but I still wanted to do something healthy for my body. While browsing ClassPass, I saw Perspire Sauna Studio Crossroads and thought that would be aligned with my mood for the day. This location has 12 rooms. I have been to other locations of Perspire Sauna Studio and this one lives up to their branding. For those who are not familiar with this business, they are a luxury private sauna experience. They have a $30 First Session promotion for New Guests. I came to my appointment a little early and was able to refill my hydroflask before the session. Reese helped me check in and welcoming me back as soon as my room was available. Each treatment room has its' own private sauna, tv, speakers inside of the sauna, hooks for you to hang up your clothes and belongings. Staff sets up the room with 4 towels. One is at the feet area for you to step on, there's a big one for what I assume is wrapping your body, a small one maybe to wipe your sweat on demand, and a cold fresh eucalyptus towel recommended at the end. Per their educational materials, benefits of the infrared saunas are detox, relax, burn calories, recovery, boost immunity and improve sleep. They also have red therapy function that promotes skin rejuvenation, reduce inflammation, boost collagen, ease chronic pain, support hormonal balance and muscle recovery. They also have color light therapy where certain colors promote different wellness objectives. The TV started off with an introductory video explaining the whole process for any first time clients. Afterwards I switched over to Netflix to catch up on my latest drama as I enjoy my sauna experience. Time flies when you're enjoying your experience. I felt refreshed and reinvigorated after my session. Teah helped me check out and she was so sweet. My monthly renewal was on 2/18. I submitted a cancellation request through the app dayssss before the auto renewal. And after submitting it even noted that a team member was renewing my request. Came here as I'm a huge fan of saunas -- go frequently at my gym and wanted to see what the fuss was all about w/ infrared sauna's. Making an appt was super easy -- i actually had to revise mine after booking and they were very helpful and no charge. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, was greeted by Taylor and was given the run down. Room is super nice, sauna is hot (max out at 170 but takes a bit to get there) Has a tv, Netflix, 4 towels, you name it. I read a book and watched sports highlights -- incredible. Came here to sweat on New Year's Eve. I walked in, checked in with Savanna at the front desk who gave me a tour of the facility, a water bottle, and answered my questions, and went to my sauna room. The rooms are clean and private but a litte cozy, with just enough room for the sauna, a small counter and chair, and room to change. Love that they have a large TV and speakers within the sauna so you can watch whatever you like for the 40 minutes you're schvitzing in there. You can also change the lights in the sauna and turn on the red light therapy. I used their $20 new client special but will be back using ClassPass next time I'm in town. read more

Wow, I don't know why I waited so long to check this place out. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at my first visit. The ladies who helped me schedule an appointment and walk me through everything were so nice and welcoming. I added the sea salt steam treatment and it was very nice. What really helped was the calming sound bath video options available, so I didn't have to think or effort to figure anything out in order to relax and unwind. It's quite saddening I have to come on here and leave a sour review based off my experience with this company. I enjoyed my time here until they continued to charge my card even after cancelling. Katy - who apparently works at the corporate office 'promised' she was refunding the card on file. Only to tell me she couldn't process the payment so she'd be sending a check via mail. Which sounds incredibly archaic for 2023. After weeks of nothing in the mail, Katy began ghosting emails. It's clear this company is ran by children and they have 0 ethics or morals. The facilities are sub par, although fairly clean. Leaving this review when I am because I'm closing open loops and although it has been some time - I don't believe this companies ethics have changed as I've heard similar stories from friends/colleagues using these locations. Hi there, I'm writing to let you know about a bad experience I had at your studio today. I visited your Irvine location at 5:10 on Sunday. I always look forward to coming here but this completely ruined my experience. Toward the end of my session, your front desk person starts banging on the door that I was "way over my time." I had set my timer for 40 minutes exactly, and since it's difficult to even last that long in the sauna, I do not go over the time or wish to try to take advantage of it. I have been coming to the studio for months. It always takes me about 10 minutes to go to the restroom, wash my face , change out of work clothes and prepare for my session. I have always been told I can take my time and do that do get ready for the sauna. There was also absolutely no one in the studio, so there was no need to rush me out before I could finish my 40 minute session. To be undressed and have someone banging on your door is very alarming and unnecessary. read more

I really want to see what long term benefits it brings. I'm hoping for some relaxation, pain relief and better sleep habits. I already love saunas and this is so much more than that. Hi to anyone that stumbles upon this page!!! I never ever leave yelp reviews. I've only left a few...the last one was probably before the Anthropocene, when dinosaurs roamed the earth. I have a tendency to look at yelp once in a while before bed to drool over photos of food that I can't eat, but that is all. That being said, perspire sauna studio in Irvine is the only place where my brain felt it was absolutely necessary to leave a review because I LOVEE this place. I am trying to recover from chronic Lyme disease and an auto immune disease, so detoxing in an infrared sauna is a must. The red light feels amazing. Its very nice to have something to watch on tv as well while you're sweating out your existence. The best part of perspire Irvine though, is the STAFF!!!! * clap * Everyday I roll in there looking like I just came out of a dumpster, but everyone is so kind and welcoming I feel comfortable letting them see me that way, a struggle bus. I was given a informative guided tour and was able to see a sauna room. When I came back for the appointment a couple days later the staff was very friendly and once again answered any additional questions I had. Perspire called back instantly and apologized for missing my call. I inquired about pricing and was informed a first timer special was $20 and they had same day availability. Well my card was stolen by some criminals than they want to take away your visits when my card just needed to be updated. While Newports location they must have slipped on the electric bill and closed one day. Then they close out of out the blue for 2 weeks for a remodel. Then your visits are deducted from your account when prior they texted me how many visits we had. Terrible management ran by some young kids that are clueless.
