However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna. I only lasted about 40 seconds lol but plan to continue adding on more time once I'm used to it and mentally prepared. It's a great way to bond, recover, and relax. It's definitely a VIBE! Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. And having a TV to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix, YouTube, etc. is amazing. I've gone back and forth between having a monthly subscription with a set number of passes to the unlimited pass to buying individual packs of passes based on how busy my life has been getting. I used the sauna for a large portion of my life. I love the heat. I got sick and tired of having to do the communal sauna including the one at the globo gyms. Those are gross. I have had everything happen to me in those saunas. This place is different. Here is what I do... Daily: 5AM- 1 hour Strength Cross Training; 0620- 1 to 2 mile cold ocean swim with no wet suit; and 0730- Come here and reap the huge benefits of the infrared, heat, goodness. I figured out to put the channel with the ocean waves and wave music. Then I jump in the Saune at 160 F. It takes me about 2 minutes to knock out. I awake from a blissful recovery sleep and then........ Then.... The party really starts! The cold eucalyptus towel! Damn! Be here or be square:) Heaven Sauna...
