Although it has aesthetic benefits, I have been going for almost 16 treatments and it has changed how many body feels after intense workouts. After multiple sessions I am a firm believer in Endermologie. For multiple reasons. I workout 4-5 days a week and constantly have tight quads and muscles and since coming to Angie I can feel and see a HUGE difference in my muscle recovery through out my entire body. My skin is so much smoother and my quads are no where near as tight anymore.
