I wish this place was half as good as I'd expected. everything about this place was unfortunate. The call with the sales person was professional and good. However, the day I got there, the office staff came late and I was waiting outside for some time. Once I entered into this eerie office with terrible branding, no aspirational artwork, terribly painted walls and and service staff, I knew I'd unfortunately signed up for a scam. As I knew it was too late, I gave it my best effort to enjoy the experience I'd paid for prior to my visit. The staff person asked me to answer questions for her intake form. She could barely pronounce some simple medical terminology. Poor thing wasn't trained well. But I overlooked this as she was very sweet. Then I tried the light therapy and lymphatic drainage. Although the lymphatic drainage suit was interesting, the red light therapy was just warming my body to sweat. I lost some water weight that I gained right back as soon as I replenished my water intake. After my session, I asked if she could provide data of other customer's journeys with them to prove their technology works but none was available. Lesson: The best way to lose inches on your body is by eating healthy and exercising. This will not replace any of the daily healthy choices you have to make. And if you want lymphatic drainage done there are other places that cost less and have much more spa like feel. read more

BLUF: If something sounds too good to be true, it's because it is!! Please avoid making this expensive mistake! I just completed a course of treatment, comprising 4 Ultraslim and 4 lymphatic massage sessions. While I did see a slight reduction in weight, I attribute this mainly to diet, as I had been restricting my caloric intake over the month that I was receiving treatments and my weight loss is on par with my prior dieting cycles. Further, I am highly skeptical of the "inches lost" as indicated by the apparent difference between my initial and post-final treatment measurements. The margin of error for manual tape measuring is quite high and can easily be gamed by having the tape slightly tighter for the final measurements. In fact, the tech sees the initial measurements on the same sheet where she records the final measurements, which common sense tells you results in a bias to make sure the final measurements are smaller. To say I'm disappointed in the services I received is a gross understatement, and I would not recommend Body Contourz or Ultraslim to anyone! I even indicated this on my exit survey and the tech did not ask me any follow up questions or ask how they could improve - which tells me she: (a) wasn't terribly surprised by my poor impression, and (b) probably knew there was nothing they could offer to improve my experience. This speaks volumes... My time and money would have been MUCH better spent on purchasing high-end home gym equipment - which I'd then be able to use indefinitely AND I'd still have money to spare! **To the business owner/manager: please don't bother suggesting I need to complete more treatments to see suitable results, as I wouldn't even come do them for free** read more
