I was in the Newport Beach area and really wanted to get a lymphatic massage, so I found LymphGlo and I'm so glad I did! They're located inside Optima Salons, and getting there and parking were both super easy. The building itself is light, bright, and very clean, and I had no trouble finding LymphGlo once I arrived. My masseuse was Michelle, and she was wonderful. I told her it was my first time getting a lymphatic massage, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was very kind and calm, answered all of my questions, and explained things along the way. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. When I say head to toe, I mean literally head to toe! I don't think I've ever had such a thorough face massage before, and it felt so good. The massage was also different from traditional massages I've had because we started with me lying face up instead of face down, and she worked on all the different areas of my body. I especially loved the stomach and tummy massage. I told Michelle that I had never had my stomach massaged before, but surprisingly, it felt SO good! We ended with a small back massage, which was the perfect way to finish. Even better, toward the end of the day and into the next day, I could actually see and feel that I wasn't as bloated as I was when I first arrived. They send you simple and clear instructions to follow of where they are located and how to get into the building. My massage therapist was Jessica and she was fantastic. New patients currently have a special rate so I signed up for a lymphatic massage for 80 minutes for $120. They do accept credit cards. Jessica first explains what a lymphatic massage does, how it works, pressure points, etc. Next she will ask if you have areas you want to focus more on. She was great, made me feel comfortable.
