I was treated to an 80-minute lymphatic drainage massage at Lymph Bright and it was such a nice gift. First-timers get a great deal - $145 instead of the regular $185 for the 80-minute session. The booking process was smooth and the staff member who scheduled my appointment was friendly. One heads up though: the building entrance is a little tricky to find. We initially went to the wrong door - you actually need to go around to the right side. Also, the elevators were out of service during our visit, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. Plan to arrive a few minutes early for the intake forms. My therapist was running slightly behind schedule, but honestly, it was worth the wait. She took time to ask about my specific concerns and really focused on those areas during the massage. She used coconut oil throughout and applied arnica to specific painful areas, which felt great. She also did cupping on my upper back using soft cups that didn't leave any marks, which I appreciated. You could tell she was experienced and knew her stuff. I went with a friend who had a less experienced therapist, and our experiences were noticeably different, so I'd definitely recommend requesting someone with more time under their belt if you can. They have an in-house herbalist who makes all their products, which is pretty cool. My friend ended up buying some Easy Digestion and Get Up and Go teas to take home. If you're interested in becoming a regular, they offer membership rates that bring the cost down. There's also a first-visit membership deal where you get a free mug and warmer with peach teas, plus a complimentary 30-minute add-on to use after three months. I submitted their online form as a new client and I received a text soon after from the front reception to get me in. They asked what I was looking for and they got me booked. For first time clients, it is $95 for a 50-min massage which is reasonably priced! The parking lot is large with many open parking spots. I took the elevator to the third floor and went all the way down the hallway to suite 330. I was greeted right away and I was told to fill out an intake form. My massage therapist, Karina, came right at my scheduled time to take me to the treatment room and discuss any complaints I'd like to address. She knew it was my first time doing a lymphatic massage and explained the process and any areas I was extra tight that could use a little more support. I was pleasantly surprised that there was some cupping involved with the general detox MLD massage. Once my treatment was over, I was in such a state of zen. Wow! All the pain points I had were addressed. The office staff is completely new. It was much more pleasant and positive when I called to make an appointment. She is top notch in her craft and very knowledgeable about the body. I feel great when I leave. What I am most thankful for though, is that she noticed an enlarged lump and suggested I get a doctors opinion on it. I had always been told was a lymph node. I was taking some medication that made me swollen in my face and body. I booked myself for a 80 min lymphatic drainage massage. It was super relaxing nothing hard or aggressive. It's always best to drink lots of water before and after. I never done anything like this before and was recommended to do so by a few of my clients. I went for my first post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage today. I am 8 days out. I am swollen and bruised and sore. I have not been sleeping well and am generally uncomfortable with 3 drains in. (I had a full lower body lift.) I really didn't think they'd be able to do much; I went in so sore and hoped that any touch would help. Holy smokes! Gabby massaged me exactly as I needed! All I really know is that I was never uncomfortable, my drains are filling up, I slept harder and better than I have in a week, and my skin is glowing! I have had good massages but each therapist is different. I also was shocked when, at my first massage I was not given forewarning and that therapist removed the towel from my breasts and massaged on top of my actual breasts. It was uncomfortable to me and I was never given the option to not do that- it was never discussed prior to. Oddly, no other therapist did that that I saw after in that office as I assumed it was part of th normal massage. The office is in a building on a third floor but parking isn't an issue. I found a different therapist that made me feel more comfortable. Massage is lighter and in your armpits, clavicle and tummy because that's where there are lymph nodes so it's a little different than traditional massage. read more

I just left Lymph Bright this morning and I want to let everyone know how amazing they are! I have a very affordable membership with them and always see Mahubie. Massage has always been important to me, but since my journey with breast cancer (14 year survivor) and then lymphedema in my arm after a double mastectomy, massage is also now a crucial health treatment to prevent cellulitis, which requires hospitalization and can be life threatening. Mahubie is the best massage therapist I have ever had, she asks before every session what my particular needs are that day. I went today for the first time- great front office , very friendly. Sandra was my therapist she was wonderful. Currently an employee of Lymph Bright but I just had to share my experience from last week. We book very quickly so it's hard for myself to get in for a massage. I pride myself in taking care of my body. I eat clean, drink tons of water, and workout at least 5x a week. I had the opportunity to be a model in one of our owners training class and WOW.
