I was embarrassed to take off my clothes because I was insecure about my body but she made me feel comfortable. Dr. Chung is an amazing doctor. He explained everything so detail as he was marking me to start. I was so nervous so scare of the pain and both Kathy and Dr Chung made me feel at ease. They explained everything before they continue to do different things. They make you feel comfortable and take care of you. They make sure you are comfortable. Dr Chung takes his time so you are not hurting super kind and carrying!!! I can't explain in words how gentle he is. I recommend Dr Chung..... if I ever need any further cosmetic procedures he would be the only one I would go to. Today is my post op day 1. Last night Dr. Chung text me to ask how was I doing. Let me start by saying I'm a very Type A, high-anxiety person with 10+ years in the industry--so I came into this experience both informed and skeptical. I've lost over 35 lbs on my weight-loss journey but couldn't get my arms to budge, which led me to awake lipo. I had my virtual consultation with Summer, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She answered all my questions and made herself available, which I really appreciated. I do wish I had received a follow-up from her after the procedure, as that's something I always do for my own patients to build rapport. Still, she was great overall. I chose Dr. Andrea McNab after doing my research, and I'm so glad I did. She even texted me before our video consult to say she was running late, which instantly put me at ease. She took time to assess me properly, answered all my questions, and gave her honest opinion. The procedure itself (arms, bra roll, flanks, waist, and back) was shockingly smooth. Cathy, my pre-op and in-room nurse, was fantastic--warm, funny, and made me feel completely safe. The numbing process was the worst part, but the rest felt like vibration and pressure. I didn't even need the nitrous oxide despite my anxiety. Post-op, the swelling and leakage were intense for the first 24-48 hours (be prepared--it looked like a crime scene!), so I highly recommend extra garments, pads, and dressings. I took a few extra days off work just to be safe, and by day three I was showered, more mobile, and feeling surprisingly good. I do have to add that the soreness they said would feel like you had an intense arm workout. Definitely was worse than that but again everyone is different. I'm currently on day 3-4 post-op and already seeing huge differences--especially in my arms and back. I know final results take months, but even now I'm blown away. I 100% recommend this location, Dr. McNab, and the entire staff. They handled my anxiety like pros, made me feel cared for, and gave me results I'm already proud of. I had my procedure done in January. I expressed I wanted equivalent to sculpting Lipo 360 and believed thats what I was getting based on my conversations and quoted price, hence the name Air SCULPT . I only received the procedure to my abdomen my neck and flanks. 360 should be all around the mid area not just abs. This is plain and simple, lipo, no sculpting. My initial experience was ok, but very uncomfortable.. had to use laughing gas so much I was completely out, woke up in the recovery room. There really was no follow up or concern if I was doing well, once I left there office . Also, please know the importance of lymphatic drainage. Do your research before you get the procedure done. You are paying for the name here. I did do some research and received 2 other quotes/ consultation with other doctors prior to my procedure. I believed I was getting the 360 here at airsculpt. I came to Jade and Doctor Roham after having not the best past experience with another surgeon who had left an odd shaped pocket of fat on my stomach. While taking care of that I also decided to correct my arms and chin. I am so grateful I did! First and foremost the experience was night a day difference! I had an amazing experience and amazing results. I can't even say enough how much more happy and confident I feel. I'm 3 months post op from Lipo and mini tuck. I'm down 2 inches from my neck and 8 inches from my waist. I went from a size 18/20 to a 10/12 and hopefully will go down a little more. Let me start off with no it's not cheap and yes you can find less expensive but the recovery time here v regular Lipo is huge and someone like me who doesn't have luxury of weeks on weeks of recovery time this was perfect. For me time is money. I met Jade who did my consultation she was amazing and so sweet. I legit could hang with her outside of work. She always answers my questions and replies in a timely manner even after my surgery. The nursing staff is always friendly and answers my questions before and after Dr B is hands down amazing surgeon. I would definitely hang with her as well outside of work. I see others complaining of her bedside manner to that I say she's not Willy Wonka and doesn't sugar coat things. I like straight forward especially about something like this. I have never met a physician with this type of horrible bed side manner ( and I have seen many providers) they're method was a manipulation tactic that tears down self esteem to make you feel like you need work that you really don't need. Dr.B couldn't even make sure I was decent with a robe on before leaving opening the door wide open leaving me naked for anyone who crossed by to see. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Prices are ridiculous considering they don't use general anesthesia. Getting set up for the procedure was quick. Beautiful facility, caring nurses and surgeon. Dr. B is great! Unfortunately, seems after follow up/check in calls were made the next day after my procedure, attentiveness diminished when it came to getting a call back from nurses or rescheduling my post op appointment. Even though I experienced some side effects, they are still requiring to change my appointment due to vacation. My experience so far with AirSculpt/Elite Body Sculpture has been great so far. I researched a few options for liposuction alternatives for my arms and came across AirSculpt online. I submitted a request for a consultation and was contacted pretty quickly and discussed a few options for a consultation which I was able to opt for one by submitting pictures of my arms and did not need to come in person. I'm pretty introverted so I hated the idea of going in to a consultation and liked that I was able to answer a few questions about what I was looking for and submit my pictures directly to them. The next day I was contacted by Jade with a quote that was definitely out of my budget but she was able to work with me and scheduled me for an appointment within a week. Prior to my appointment, they called me twice to let me know that they had called my prescription in to my pharmacy and then again the day before to ensure I was prepared to come in for my surgery. When I arrived at the office, it was very nice and serene. I was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist and also, by Dr. Davis who was going to be the one performing my surgery. I completed a few additional forms and was taken back and prepared for surgery. Everyone was very nice and informative and made me feel comfortable. Once Dr. Davis came in, she explained the process and asked me if I had any concerns and I did let her know that I am pretty sensitive to medications, so we discussed that she would give mild doses of everything. I took the antibiotics, 1 mg of Xanax and an anti nausea medication and within 10 mins I was ready for my procedure. They had nitrous oxide laughing gas if I needed it but I didn't need it...and honestly I wasn't nervous and did not feel any pain. I felt a few pricks of the lidocaine and within minutes she began the procedure. It went by pretty fast and what felt like only 10 minutes. Once I was done, they made sure I wasn't in any pain and that I was able to walk on my own to the recovery room. The entire process took approximately 2 hours and my sister was able to drive me home. I slept pretty much all day, and Dr. Davis called to check up on me and also responded to a text message that I sent her that night about a question I had about my meds. I didn't have much pain but decided to take 1/2 a pill of the pain meds and felt great after sleeping for 15 hours. The next day I was able to wake up and went to work with a little soreness from the bruising and swelling but no significant pain or any limitations. I'm on my 3rd day and was able to shower and took off the compression shirt for a bit. The swelling and bruising is pretty bad today but still not much pain since the procedure. Every day since my procedure, someone from the office has contacted me to see how I'm feeling and they have been great so far with answering all my questions. I'm very happy with the results so far and will post an update once I'm healed. read more

I wanted to update my review since I've now been seen by 2 other physicians at this location for 2nd and 3rd opinions. The conclusion is that i will now need a neck lift and/or buccal fat removal to fix the issue that was created from my air sculpt procedure. Mind you, I'm 40 and my skin texture is not bad in a normal sense. This place is a scam. They tell you air sculpt is a one and done treatment but that is simply not true. Dr Bouglazou deformed my face, removed too much fat from my neck and left me with sagging skin and dents in my jawline. Do not come here for your procedures. Seek out a specific provider and go to their personal practice. This specific location clearly doesn't vet their practitioners and the worst part of it all is that Dr. Bouglazou is not affiliated with air sculpt/elite anymore so there is not a bit of accountability. The physicians i saw were kind and the manager as well, but it doesn't change the fact that my neck and face are forever deformed due to a physician hired by this company. read more

I'm super sad to leave this review. I got my procedure done 6/18 at the Irvine location. I got AirSculpt with skin tightening. My total was 22k and I thought that was amazing considering I wouldn't have to put my body through anesthesia. I could feel majority of the insertion and sucking of the fat during my procedure I was in so much pain throughout the procedure, which I was told it would be PAINLESS. I was told during procedure I could use laughing gas to limit my pain. I used laughing gas throughout the entirety of my procedure. I was asked frequently if I was okay during my procedure, yes I was okay meaning I wasn't going to die, but I was hurting so badly. To add, I thought the lipo and skin tightening happened stimutaniously, that did not happen either, after about 2/3 hours of lipo I then had to go through skin tighenting which felt like a shock and snap with the smell of cauterization. I had made comments like " f that's hurts" I jerked and overall was just horrible. Immediately after my procedure my blood pressure was through the roof reading at about 190 systolic and would not drop. I was given ibuprofen for the pain, and a Gatorade and was sent home within 30 minutes. I was also told about 2/3 days downtime. I was to return to work the Friday of which would've been 3 days post op. I went to work as a RN, without being able to barely move from pain, and continuous oozing from my incision sites. As happy and excited as I was to be fixing my insecurities, I am sadden by my experience and agonizing pain I am still continuing to have today 6/23. The procedure DOES HURT, downtime is more than 2 DAYS, pain is not controlled, and numbing is not sufficient. The advertisement of this really did work on me but I would have rather been out under anesthesia if it meant I wouldn't feel the pain of the lipo cannulas. As nurse myself I am very unhappy with the quality of care I received. I paid 22k for agony. Please reconsider if you're thinking about getting this done. For reference.
