I've been coming to this place for Botox for quite some time and have always been a loyal client,…read morewhich makes this experience especially disappointing. My sister recently won a giveaway here. At the last minute, she found out she was pregnant and understandably couldn't use the services, so she gifted them to me. I took time off work and drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told after arriving that they would not allow the service to be transferred. What bothered me most wasn't just the policy, but the complete lack of compassion or effort to find a solution. There was no empathy for the situation, no attempt to accommodate, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after I had already made the trip. Customer service matters, especially for a business built on repeat clients and relationships. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I will not be returning or recommending this place.

I was so impressed with the on boarding and the care taken before getting any type of treatment here. I happen to be in the California area for a girls trip and was in need of some laser hair removal. I am a hairy girl and so I definitely need to get my face smooth and hair free. Once my appointment was set, I went through all the on boarding paperwork on site. This place does not mess around and they really do wanna know your medical history, because this is truly medical treatment. After getting my on boarding paperwork completed, I participate it in before photos. After completing my Photo Booth session, I went into my treatment room. In my treatment room was a nice television that had access to Netflix. I enjoy a cup of coffee and waited for my service provider. I enjoyed that the nurse practitioner/owner took the time to really explain the process of laser hair removal with me and then also discuss some of the ongoing issues that could occur because of hormonal issues. I really appreciate it that Lee took the time to discuss other treatments. They had available at the facility as I would love to do a VI peel here to take care of my hyper pigmentation. My laser hair removal went off without a hitch, and I didn't even need any numbing. After my procedure I took my after photos so that that's a part of my medical file. All in all, I was very impressed with this rejuvenation center and would thoroughly recommend that you check them out. I did notice that they do have some packages and specials, and everyone needs a little refresher every once and again.

The front desk staff were kind and friendly, offered me a beverage right away, and made me feel comfortable immediately. As a guy coming in for my first facial ever, that really meant a lot and set the tone for the whole visit. My facial was with Sarah Comas, and she was fantastic. She spent time doing a thorough consultation, asked great questions, and walked me through a proper skincare routine that actually made sense for my skin. She was friendly, educational, and checked in throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one patiently and clearly. I genuinely learned a lot during the appointment. The facial itself was relaxing but also felt purposeful not just a "feel good" treatment. Overall, SkinSpirit is clean, professional, and welcoming, and Sarah and the entire staff made the experience outstanding. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. The general manager, Val, was especially unpleasant to deal with and did not handle my concerns in a professional manner.
