If customers book based on one advertised price, then arrive and are presented with a much higher price, naturally some people are going to walk away -- and the business still keeps that booking fee. It makes me seriously question how many customers are losing $49 simply because they refuse the higher price once they arrive. Be transparent from the beginning. Advertise the real price, let customers make an informed decision, and don't make people waste their time and money. I requested my refund because after this experience, I don't trust this business enough to have them perform any procedure on me.

I decided to start with their basic facial treatment, which is actually quite comprehensive and gives you several options to choose from, including a brightening facial, microdermabrasion facial, tightening facial, or hydrodermabrasion facial. I went with the brightening facial, and it included a SONO cleanse, face and décolleté massage, LED therapy, and a Vitamin C mask. Everything was so therapeutic and relaxing. According to their website, the aestheticians here each have 10+ years of professional experience, and it definitely showed. My aesthetician was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly knew what she was doing. They also offer special packages where you can purchase five or ten sessions at a discounted rate, which is a great option if you want to keep up with regular treatments. The facial is incredibly detailed and thorough, and the massage is amazing. It's gentle but strong enough to really work out all the tension in my shoulders, back, and neck. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy. The difference in my skin after every appointment is unreal. My skin feels so smooth, and the glow is insane--I'm pretty sure it would still shine even with the lights off! Taking care of your skin really does make a difference, and I'm definitely going to keep coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

I really like Shinhee! I used to only go to dermatology…read moreclinics when I visited Korea, but I realized that many treatments--like Juvelook, Sculptra, or laser toning--aren't a one-time thing. They usually require multiple sessions, and since I don't go to Korea often, the long gaps between treatments made it hard to maintain results, especially as I've gotten older. Anyway I tried a few clinics, I found on Instagram, but they were expensive and not always satisfying. Then a friend recommended Prima to me, and I'm so glad I found it! Usually, the consultation and the procedure are done by different people, but Shinhee does both herself, which I love. She takes the time to calmly and carefully customize each treatment to my needs. For skin, one type of treatment alone often isn't enough, but she really knows how to combine and tailor them for the best results. She's also incredibly kind and professional. She has even worked in Korea, so she's very familiar with the latest trends and equipment. Honestly, I feel like I got even better results here than I did in Korea--especially because she starts by using a machine to analyze my skin, which really helps to pinpoint exactly what it needs. The prices are reasonable, and she's extremely thorough and attentive. I'm truly happy I found this place!

I tried out the one time facial and bought the 10 session package right after because I was amazed by the detailed care that Yoojin gave. I have had three sessions total and each time, she gives pressure massages over the shoulder, back, and face for about 40 minutes, does extraction if needed, analyzes the face/skin and does facial care accordingly. I have done the Vitamin two times because of breakouts due to high levels of stress. And ends with a 15 minute facial masque. * My mom was visiting me from far away for couple days, so I set up an appointment to pamper her a little... and must say it was the best decision ever!
