I know this place has excellent reviews but these people have seriously damaged my skin. It's been 2 months and the treated area is STILL red and I'm afraid this may be permanent. I've had electrolysis from many people and never had this happen. Can't recommend. Update: after about 4 months the redness FINALLY went away. I've still had better results with none of these side effects. read more

Wow! Fast results. I have been to Brenda 3 times so far and about 70% of my unwanted hair is gone. The area I am getting treated was very coarse and a problem for years. Brenda is amazing! I've had 3 appointments so far and the last one I increased to 2 hours and I was so please with how comfortable I was the entire time! The first time the redness lasted a few days on my upper lip as expected, but this last time there was redness for only a couple hours and it wasn't even very noticeable and now it's SO SMOOTH! Brenda works magic! I used to do threading and would have to go in every 2 weeks to keep my brows and upper lip from looking atrocious. Pat is excellent at what she does. She has flexible availability so she can accommodate her clients. Her prices are great. I have been going to her for almost a year and have gotten various areas treated. I find it relaxing while she removes unwanted hair. Brenda is very good at what she does. I needed to get rid of some coarse hairs on the tip of my nose that I had been tweezing for years. She had a Groupon deal and I figured it was a good time to get rid of them. My appointment lasted only 15mins, and she gave me credit toward my next visit (it usually takes a few visits).
