I went to Alcler exactly a year ago in November 2024 for Ultherapy as I was told by the consultant and nurse that it would not burn any fat on my very thin face and give a "lifting" effect, if the settings are set correctly. I trusted them so I proceeded. Fast forward a full year, I can confidently say it absolutely DID burn the very little fat I had on my lower face and left deep vertical lines (like indented grooves I can feel) on my cheeks. My dermatologist confirmed this too. Knowing I couldn't easily get to Brea as I live far I didn't reach out to them immediately after the procedure as I wanted to be fair and wait at least 3-6 months, at which point the fat loss and vertical lines became more significant. I sent Alcler photos of my fat loss and deep vertical lines on November 1, 2025. Everyone's experience with Ultherapy will be different, I understand that but when I reached out to the consultant, she at first was nice but then turned condescending toward me and even sat there with a patronizing grin while I explained to her it was not easy for me to go back to their clinic to then possibly be told they can't help me. And to be fair, I was upset so she reacted in this way, but this is an unprofessional reaction nonetheless. You can't reverse the fat loss from Ultherapy! I only called them to inform them that the Ultherapy burned my fat and caused deep vertical lines to form on my cheeks (shown in the photos I submitted). I also requested a refund and they said no, that I needed to come in so they can "see what they can do" but at that point, I didn't want anymore procedures done there. I asked to speak to the owner after this peculiar experience with the consultant and that went even worse. He asked me to come in so they can take more photos and see "what they can do," once again. I didn't want anything else done there based on my terrible experience and I wasn't going to drive an hour and a half to be told they can't help me. So then he hung up on me while I was still talking. He sounded older so it may be a generational thing, but what kind of customer service is that? This review is primarily to share my experience with Ultherapy, everyone is different so results will of course be different, and mine did not turn out well at all. I really regret doing it now, but I trusted them at the time. I strongly believe the settings were set too high and my dermatologist believes the same. And this review is also to share the negative experience I had with the consultant and especially the owner, I've never been treated this way for a service like this. Never. This procedure is not cheap either ($1,800 at the time) so this is only my loss, not theirs. Having said all this, at least the front desk staff was professional. read more

Though it's the same package, each esthetician has their own varying process and technique so I would highly suggest trying out a few. I'm personally a big fan of Tiffany and have had my last 2 facials with her (she is only available Thursdays and Fridays at Alcler). My face feels rejuvenated, fresh and clean after the service and I like that she recommends what to do after a facial. Came here after seeing a content creator I follow post about it on TikTok and I'm so glad I did. As a Korean-American woman in her 40s, I have never really taken care of my skin the way I should have very early on. I know, I know!! I always took it for granted that my porcelain glow of my teens/20s/30s would stay forever. Haha - I was so wrong. Age, lifestyle, pregnancy, sun exposure changed my skin gradually but rapidly once I hit my mid to late 30s. I was getting tired of using so much concealer to hide my hyper-pigmentation, melasma, age spots, that I finally booked a consultation with Alcler. I subsequently booked and paid for five Collagen Toning (Dual Laser) sessions. The treatment is not painful if you've experienced laser and/or tattooing before. But pain is subjective and everyone has a different threshold; for me, it was essentially painless. The aftercare here is AMAZING like everyone has said. My last session was about a month ago and during the post-follow up consult, I was advised that I would benefit from another five sessions. This isn't to say that I didn't see any improvement - I did! The before/after photos we looked at together definitely showed improvement. However, the melasma wasn't completely gone. But because I went in well informed and well researched, I knew it wasn't going to disappear after five sessions. Am I happy with the results? Yes. Would I come back for more sessions? Absolutely. But it IS costly depending on what your budget for self-care is! The staff are all so sweet and kind, too. I highly recommend Alcler for those looking for a great Korean Medspa. So glad I found Alcler Medspa. It's a 40min drive, but 100% worth it. I did the 10 session Dual Laser Toning package, and the results have been amazing. This was my first time getting Ulthera Prime, and I was honestly expecting a lot more pain based on what others had said. For me, the discomfort was pretty manageable -- I'd say my pain tolerance is average, but my face seemed to respond well to the treatment. Everyone's experience will vary, of course, but I think the hour of numbing cream beforehand made a big difference. After Ulthera, I also added an Inmode treatment to boost the tightening and lifting effects. I did experience some mild bruising from the suction (which is pretty common), but it cleared up in about four days. The full results from both treatments typically start to show around the 2 to 3-month mark and usually last about a year, which makes it feel worth it for me. I believe that also varies from person to person. Also, I have to mention -- the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout, and were super attentive. The clinic itself was spotless and felt very professional, which added to the overall positive experience. The night before my flight, I was dealing with the largest cyst acne that has ever surfaced on my face. And I was depressed for a solution. I had Alcler bookmarked for a while and happened to see they offered an acne shot. I had no clue what is was, but from the research I did, it was suppose to help me with that mountain on my face. The next morning I called and spoke to Rachel, the sweetest human being alive! She listened to my concerns and shared her personal experience with me and just made me feel so comfortable. I am so thankful for her for not only educating me on acne shots, but also getting me in before my flight. The shot helped me tremendously and it left me wondering why didn't I know about it sooner?! After my first visit, I came back for the acne facial and fotona laser treatment. Hannah was my aesthetician and she was very thorough, checking every inch of my face making sure she extracts what she needs to and explained to me step by step what she was doing next. I felt really relaxed the whole time and never felt like she was rushing to get me out. Alice did my fotona laser treatment. She checked in on me throughout the process and ensured me everything was going to be okay since it was my first laser treatment. I didn't know what to expect so the first part of the laser treatment took me by surprised. It isn't for the weak but beauty is pain! The rest of the treatment was very tolerable. I spent hours looking through yelp to find a reputable korean med spa and stumbled upon Alcler. They had a great deal going on this month as well, for a $75 classic facial (55 mins). The booking process is easy. I emailed them through their site and got a quick reply. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in that week. They do require a $25 deposit that goes towards your final amount. The medspa is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. I got greeted by the friendly receptionist and paid for my facial. The spa is super beautiful and clean inside. After checking in, I was brought back to one of the treatment rooms. They gave me a gown to change into and esthetician got right to work. It was one of the most relaxing moments ever. She began by cleansing and exfoliating my face while the face steamer was on. In between, she did a shoulder, neck and face massage. Then, she proceeded with the extraction. It was painful but she showed me all the gunk she got out of my face after. Gross but satisfying. Afterwards, it was a cooling mask to close my pore and soothe my face. And finally, toner/serum/sunscreen. The esthetician was super meticulous and took her time with each step. She only talked to tell me what she was doing so I was able to relax in the quietness while she worked. I am brand new to the Medspa world and this was my first facial and acne treatment experience ever. I have to admit that I a convert! I have always struggled with acne and dry skin and it feels like I've tried every product under the sun. Nothing makes my skin look or feel as good as this facial made me feel! For starters, the interior is BEAUTIFUL! Being a first timer, I was pretty nervous and the atmosphere made me feel safe. The receptionist is a riot, she was so encouraging and full of energy! The esthetician that worked on my face was very calm and is definitely very experienced. The facial lasted for nearly an hour and a half! At no point did I feel rushed or like I was out of the loop of what was being done to my skin. I asked for the 24k gold therapy facial and part of it involves aqua therapy machine that uses water to suck out all the dead skin and black heads! I liked the feeling of it. It also included a face, neck, and back massage. My skin was in major distress before the session and I left feeling less inflamed. I loved the facial so much I went back the next day (per their recommendation) for acne injection and acne laser to kill the bacteria underneath the skin and to reduce inflammation. So when I was talking to one of my friends, she told me about Alcler and when I looked up some of the treatments they offered, I decided to give it a try! Alcler is a play on words "all clear" and they're a med spa. I wanted to try botox for the very first time, and I also wanted to get a facial treatment to address some acne and dryness. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. They do have a nurse practitioner on staff as well. The estitician that worked on me really paid attention to my problem areas and gave me some advice for how to care for my skin. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The Botox was done after, and they had me make different faces to see which areas needed treatment. The needle wasn't so bad, just a slight pinch in a few spots. It can take 5-10 days to fully kick in, so I look forward to seeing the results! I really loved my experience and will definitely book treatments here again in the future. read more

Highly recommend Alcler Medspa! Their team members are kind and accommodating. I made an appointment for laser hair removal and they took their time to consult with me and provide information for post treatment.
