I received lip filler from here nearly a year ago. After about 6 months I ended up with migration ( a ton of migration ) in both my upper and lower lip. Went to a different med spa and was told I was given a filler that (while safe for lips) really is used/ designed for fine lines and they were very confused why it was used as a lip filler when they woke me about all the better options. I think my lips were very overfilled here. I went back to them when the migration had started but wasn't at its worst. I went for a lip flip. Nothing was mentioned about the migration to me. A few months later the migration was really bad. I ended up seeking help from another med spa/ provider. I ended up spending nearly $1000 dollars to dissolve the migration. (Multiple vials of dissolver had to be used and was very painful to dissolve) I see they have lots of good reviews and maybe this was a one off. However this was my experience here. read more

Wanted to treat my mom, so I searched up different Korean medspa near me and stumbled across here. I took her in for a free consultation and the consultant, Marie, was able to educate my mom and me, while she guided my mom step by step to her treatment plan. During the consultation, I also decided to get a consultation for myself about hyperpigmentation on my face. From what I heard from friends, a lot of times, medspas are really pushy about over-selling their services, so I went in the consultation really alerted. To my surprise, Marie was really reasonable about the treatment plan, and the pricing, so my mom ended up going with the treatment plan for Ultherapy and Oligio, and I went for the dual toning package. My mom said that during her treatment for Ultherapy with the nurse, Alice, she only felt slight discomfort during the treatment, but for Oligio, she didn't feel much besides some heat. Within just 2 weeks, I was able to notice a lifted and tightened result on my mom's face, and she has been getting so many compliments from her friends. Been looking for a Korean style medical spa to do my routine skin booster and Botox treatment. After going around doing multiple consultations, I ended up deciding to go with the Rejuran Skin Booster at Alcler Medspa because the pricing was much cheaper than what I used to get, and the staff seem super welcoming which made be feel at ease. I started off with a free consultation, and Marie, the consultant, analyzed my skin and discussed my concerns and goals with me. She explained to me about the big variety of their skin booster types, and each of their functions. I love how transparent Marie was, and she did not made me feel like I need to do so much at once, rather, she wanted me to go one step at a time, unlike many other consultations I've experienced. In the end, I decided to go with the Rejuran Skin Booster that I have heard so much good result through Korean News article that I've been reading. On the first day of the treatment, I was super nervous because I am such a cry baby when it comes to pain. The nurse, Alice, started by applying the numbing cream on my face, then I fell asleep haha because their room and bed was so comfortable. I saved up for my wedding and drove over an hour down there just to have Oligio. It's NOT a cheap treatment - over a thousand dollars. For one thing, to my surprise I wasn't even treated by the practitioner I did my consult with when I arrived. As you know, with aesthetics, choosing your practitioner is even more important than which spa you go to. For another, they promised I'd start to see results in one month + continued improvement. It's been more than 2 months not only do I see no improvement, my skin actually looks worse in the treated areas. I contacted them for a resolution. Even a partial credit/refund would make me feel better about this. They refused. They keep asking me to come in again - Why?? The owner Mari is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in what facials would target my problem areas related to pigmentation and aging. She is so sweet and I could tell she wanted me to feel better about my skin. The nurse has a decade of experience (I asked) and was skillfully able to treat my skin issues. This is my first time getting services done at a korean med-spa. I drove almost 2 hours. Let me tell you that - it - is - worth - the - drive. Here's the breakdown: Booking: Vivian (receptionist) is so so personable and helpful! I'm approaching my late 30s. I called in not knowing what I wanted but definitely knowing that it's time to get on a skincare management plan. Vivian answered my questions and gave me additional information for things that I didn't know that I wanted to know, LOL! She also DM'd me links so I could do some research on my own time. Consultation: This is a free 30-ish minute consult, but if you have questions, it's flexible and can run longer. If you're like me, I need to know the ins and outs of a procedure/service. That includes the reason behind why it is specifically being recommended for me and what it entails. Some could say that I'm neurotic, but I like to use the word thorough. This consultation begins in a private room where you're seated with Marie. She analyzes your skin and provides her recommendations. There's also a computer screen facing you so you can better visualize the services they offer with in-depth information on how it affects the skin. She backed it up with showcasing previous clients' results (of course these pictures were client-preauthorized). Marie does not in the least bit try to upsell you. At one point, I asked to move forward with a certain service and she recommended against it. Not entirely convinced, I pressed on and appreciated that she double downed with the explanation of why it would not be aligned with the goals that I'm looking to achieve. Service: I have sun spots, dull tired skin, and the beginnings of skin sagging/loss of firmness. I opted to start my journey with Rejuran. I learned from the consult that this is an injectable skin booster (FDA-approved wild salmon DNA) to help jump start your skin's own ability to produce collagen to repair skin damage from UV and skin elasticity. My goal is to have a natural look and not shy away from aging but to age gracefully. I was brought back to another private room to lie down and was tucked in under what seemed to be heated weighted blankets. INSTANT RELAXATION HIT. I was transported back to my childhood bedtime routine when my parents would tuck me in and wish me sweet dreams. I stayed in this dimly lit room with peaceful music humming in the background for about an hour while my face absorbed the numbing cream. After that, it was go time! It has now been 2 1/2 months since I had the first procedure and no one would ever know that my neck used to be covered with skin tags. Just finished my collagen toning laser package last week, and honestly, I am so glad that decided to finally go for the treatment. I've been wanting to get rid of my dark spots and hyperpigmentations for quite a while now. From online searches, a friend's revommendation, and going through multiple consultations I ended up deciding to go with Alcler Medspa and their laser treatment. I spoke to Marie at first about the treatment procedure, and got analysis done with her. To my suprise, I've learned that some of my dark spots may be formed from horomone changes like pregnancy and menopause!! Felt super informed and educated about my skin, so I ended up getting a Collagen Toning package, which Marie told me this treatment can help evening skin tone, though this will not 100% get rid of my dark spots and hyperpigmentation compleyly, but will definitely brighten it. The other function of this laser is to increase my collagen production, to help with overall skin texture and skin tightening. Never would I have thought that I can have two concerns indicated with just one treatment. Throughout my treatment sessions with Nurse Alice, she always make sure to follow up with me on my treatment progress, making sure I am doing okay during the treatment, and that I am following all the aftercare procesure properly! At the end of my session last week, Marie also showed me my progress photo of before and after! No word could describe my excitment to seeing my result!
