Came back home from out of state and my aunt referred me to Alcler Medspa for lymphatic massage because I've been holding some stress on my shoulders and I needed some deep cleaning on my face. The esthetician, Narin, was able to help me ease my discomfort on shoulders, and she also told me that my face has a lot of blackheads, so I need to double cleanse my face each washes at home as a routine. Thought that was helpful that she gave me advices to better my skin in the long run. During the facial, I caught myself falling asleep, and I may or may not have snorted too lol, but that's the indicator to how good the facial is, so I ended up getting an additional facial with her before leaving CA, because it was such a great experience. I also saw that they were doing Botox sale for Labor Day while I was there, so I finally made the decision to get my Botox done after hearing so much great feedback about the product from my aunties. However, the idea of needles getting poked around on the face does terrify me, but Alice, the nurse was able help me relax and inject according to my pace. Also, the Botox plan was customized per my muscle structure, the consultant Marie noticed that I have thicker mono eyelid, and I tend to use my forehead muscle to open my eyes, so they suggested a specific method and amount to inject for my case, so I can still open my eyes after without any issue. It has been two weeks, and I'm actually really impressed with my result, and glad I got it done! Doesn't feel like my face is frozen. Super happy about my visits to Alcler, I'm not only satisfied with my result, but also felt cared for personally. I was able to be educated about my skin and maintenance going onward. It felt like as if they were my family telling me off about what to do better rather than just a cold business that's trying to take money away from me. I have had 6 sessions of lymphatic drainage massage + RF. I was concerned about my upper body fat (mostly arms) with my wedding date approaching, and that is when I found out about Alcler Medspa through Yelp and Google. The massages are amazing, and I got one yesterday (post-wedding), and it did wonders. Sunny (masseuse) knows my body so well, and hits the spots every single time. She is so sweet. The director and front staff are also very nice and accommodating. Alcler Medspa is easy to book/modify appointments through texts as well. I am also considering laser hair removal as well. I'm so happy that I found my go to place for skin care/facials. I'm already on the 12th session! I see a big difference on my skin. I started to notice improvements after 3-4 sessions, like even skin tone and less breakouts. The esthetician is so good at massaging, I always fall asleep during my sessions (even during extractions!). I always get nervous about extractions because I had a really bad experience at another place I used to go to but she's very gentle and she always checks on you to see if you're doing okay. I had skincare from Nalee- she knew what to do with my face, covered in white heads and acne. She noticed my sabotaged neck from long hours on computer, and gave a decent massage. And I had facial Botox from Jasmine- her procedure style is comforting and painless. I started going to Alcler since April 2024. What brought me to Alcler was an unusual case of hormonal acne. I usually have great skin but I was hit hard with super large painful red cystic acne that left me with red marks that would last for months and months. I have pale skin that is prone to redness and rosacea, so the acne marks were way too red and noticeable. I hated wearing makeup to coverup since that would cause even more breakouts. I wanted to find a solution that would help fade the red marks at a faster pace than if I just left them alone. As I've aged, I noticed that my normal healing speed has slowed to a crawl and even tiny cuts or injuries would take 15x longer than usual to heal. I also had dry irritated skin from trying to treat my hormonal acne at home. I finished up a series of treatments that were recommended, which were the Secret Microneedling with RF (radio frequency) and skin boosters/injections. The treatments were spaced out from April through August but my skin has improved 90%! :) It is now improved to the point that I can go without any type of coverup foundation or concealer, and go about my day to day life with just my regular sunscreen. I was scared that the Secret microneedling would cause me to lose facial fat but the consultant reassured me that it would not, and said this is very commonly done in Korea (my home country). I was also worried about the pain levels. To help with the pain, because yes, both are painful, they numbed my face for an extra long time which helped a ton. If you are like me and have a very low pain tolerance, please let them know when making your reservation so they can schedule extra numbing time for you! It works! I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Alice, who was so caring and gentle with me. She was the one who did all my procedures and made me feel as though she cared for me personally and was excited about my results. I also want to give another shoutout to Marie who has been a great cheerleader throughout the whole process. I did also want to let others know that the facilities were extremely clean, modern, and upscale. The staff are efficient and caring. The only negative is price but for me, my skin is something I am willing to invest in. read more

Recently visited Alcler Medspa, and I was so happy about my result! This year has been such a bad roller coaster ride for me, causing my skin condition to decline due to all the stress, I did not feel confident about my face because I just looked so tired all the time. I had the chance to go up to LA area from SD visiting friends, and came across Alcler Medspa while trying to find a place to treat myself to a nice pampered care. I heard from a friend about Alcler Medspa and I am SO happy I came! I have acne scarring from when I was younger and it's given me pitting and bigger pores that always bothered me. I've tried micro needling procedures at other medspas but I didn't see much of a difference. First off, I have never ever had any treatments other than standard facials about 15 years ago. Never had the desire or need until now, in my mid 40s, I am seeing major signs of my age. I found ALCLER thru an Insta influencer I follow and saw many other reviews fr/ other community members. I like that it is Korean owned and run (yes I am Korean so maybe that makes me biased but tbh K beauty is on top of the game)all staff speak perfect English. The facility is clean, modern and beautiful with top of the line products. I mainly wanted to address my pigmentation/sun spots. I've been fortunate to have genetically nice skin w/ no major issues other than dryness. At my consultation it was pointed out that my skin could use some TLC other than just lasering my sun spots, so I went w/ the dual laser toning as recommended and I am about halfway thru the treatments. So far I have seen an obvious improvement to my skins health overall. Def more glowy, plumper etc. As for the sun spots, they are lightening, maybe not at the rate I was hoping but I still have 4 more treatments to go... aside fr/ the treatment results, it is the staff that will keep me a loyal client. Saw that they had a great review, so I decided to make a call because I needed a tattoo remove. Vivian was super nice and helpful to answer so many of my questions when I called. I ended up getting a consultation with Marie for my tattoo removal. Marie was super thorough and transparent, she guided me through the process to the removal. The price was really good compared to other places, so I ended up going with Alcler. The process was a little painful, but Nurse Alice made sure to check up on me and go according to my pain tolerance. After two sessions, I've noticed that 80% of my tattoo has faded. Super happy that I went with Alcler with the tattoo removal. I've noticed that they also got facials, so I did a session of Vitman C facial with Sylvia, and Omg I came out super shiny. I have been struggling with acne for the longest time and have been searching for a place to get treatments for acne in SoCal. My mom found Alcler Medspa to get her injection done, so she suggested me to go get my acne facials with them since they also specialize in Asian skin and have a pretty reasonable pricing because they also incorporate medical products within acne facials.  From my experience in Korea, I know that Korean-style acne facial includes extraction (aka professional pimple-popping), which I hated the most due to the pain, so I was really nervous about my treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff, and they were so welcoming. Then, I was introduced to the esthetician for my facial. She had me changed out of my clothing and tucked me into the comfortable bedding. The facial started with cleaning and steaming my face to open up my pores, then it was the extraction that I was dreading the most. Although I did feel slight pain around my nose and upper lip areas, to my surprise, I actually caught myself falling in and out of sleep a few times during the extraction process. The esthetician then gave me light therapy to reduce my acne inflammation and a cooling face mask that made my skin feel so soothing, then everything was a blur after because I fell asleep lol. The esthetician then woke me and educated me through some everyday tips to maintain my skin. After a few days, I was able to watch my extracted area heal and look like no acne had ever been there. I used to pick on my acne, which left me with some nasty scars, but now with the regular acne facial, I was able to avoid having future scarring. This facial style is similar to the one I had done in Korea, so I was really happy that I could find a Korean facial near me. I have purchased a few more sessions and have been going to Alcler regularly for my acne facial. Highly recommend everyone with acne to get their treatments done here. read more

I found my new MedSpa!! I came across this location when my sister had asked me to join her for a consultation. Walking in we were welcomed by the receptionist. The Spa is absolutely gorgeous, and all the staff is extremely welcoming. As I was seeing my sister get treated, I decided to have a consultation myself. I love that they are honest with their recommendations and they don't push you on services you don't need. This was my first time getting botox and they made sure I was comfortable. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions before receiving the injections. Went in for their lymphatic body massage. It was a full hour full body. It was quite intense and felt so much better afterwards. First time experiencing a massage professional at work. I have never gotten any type of facial anywhere and was extremely scared walking in. But after my first consultation(free) so much anxiety lifted off of me. They considered everything from A - Z(my age, skin pigmentation, acne history, medication, etc. )when suggesting what my skin needed. I originally walked in looking for co2 lasering but they suggested microneedling because of my younger age. I went through with it and saw results almost immediately. After each session, my scars seemed to fade more and more, after my last session the scars the scars had gotten so minimal it was almost unnoticeable. The texture of my skin improved 100% and feels completely smoothed out. Healing for me(dark brown complexion)took around 5 days to completely heal. To finish off the staff here is amazing, every single one of them were so kind and comforting, I was embarrassed of my scars but not one time did they make me feel out of place. We shared storied, laughs, and an overall great experience. I passed by this new Medspa right next to my glasses shop, and I saw that they were having lip filler promotion. I went in and did a free consultation to get information. The consultant was so patient with me any my infinite questions since I've never done anything to my face before. I ended up going with lip filler and the chin filler suggested per my concerns. Alice, the injector, was so sweet and patient with me as well. Knowing that I am scared of needles, she would make sure I was feeling okay all throughout the procedure. During the middle of the procedure, I requested a break, the girl in the front, Vivian, brought me some water, which made me felt so cared fro. I want to start off by saying how amazed I am by Alcler Medspa. I treated myself to something nice for my birthday. From the warm greeting by the front desk as I walked in, to my consultation, trying to figure out the best treatment for my skin type based on my goals, to the aesthetician who numbed me, and Alice with the MAGICAL hands who did my treatments. I did the PRF treatment, where they drew my blood and separated the plasma and collagen and micro-needled it back into my skin. The numbing cream made the treatment painless!!! Alice was so gentle, so calm, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It's day one, my skin is starting to heal, and it already looks so good.
