The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything is explained in great detail. This place is a gem. I was looking for a new medspa nearby for minimal Botox and stumbled upon Fountain Aesthetics. Making an appointment was so easy as I was able to inquire and book at the same time via Yelp and for the same day! Kristin was very helpful online and in person when it came to answering all my questions and checking me in. Gabby was so sweet, gentle and knowledgeable which is I think is super important when it comes to something so vulnerable for me. She took her time to educate while providing suggestions based on what I wanted without trying to "upsell" me. Im not sure how they mix their products but the Botox settled in within 4 days, half the time it usually does when I get injected anywhere else. I also enjoyed and appreciated the follow-up appointment to see the results. Lastly, this place is GORGEOUS. It appears to be new and is in a great plaza conveniently located right next to Brea Mall. Parking isn't bad during non-peak hours, but I'm not sure what it's like otherwise. It's definitely better than the other places Ive been to which relieves a lot of stress for me. Unknowingly visited Fountain during their soft opening week and I can confidently say I will be coming back! I'm an October bride so I'm working OT to get my skin right & bright. Being a Botox/injectable newbie, I've done my research as far as local medspas that are reputable, offer payment plans, have incentives for clients, and are just welcoming. I had a great back and forth dialogue with Kristen before I came, to ensure I was able to afford what I'd like to have done and be happy with the results. I came in this past Monday with a $65 off my first Botox experience (via Allē) , and Fountain Aesthetics offered a $100 off $300 or more of services. I couldn't pass that up. Christina met with me and we had a great conversation about my expectations, money guidelines, and dreams of what I'd like to do if money were no object. I decided on conservative amounts of Botox around my crows feet, upper lip area, and she also injected around the outside of the smile lines to help soften them- since filler is incredibly pricey! I know I'm way before the 2 week mark for results, but I can already tell how much more smooth the areas are that she treated. I'm very pleased and excited to see what it is at a full 2 weeks out! All the ladies were so kind and helpful. And I love that they partner with Allē to help you earn rewards for future visits.
