Extremely disappointing customer service. My friend drove a long distance for her appointments, only to have OC Skin Spa cancel on her twice. The second time, she arrived and was told they were running 45 minutes behind. If a business is that far behind, the courteous and professional thing to do is call the client before they make the drive--not wait until they arrive to tell them. At the very least, they should have offered her a credit or something to make up for the repeated inconvenience. Clients are quickly charged when they are late or cancel, so businesses should show that same respect for their clients' time. read more

Although the person was nice and informative, she never let me know her name, her experience or how long she has been doing Botox injections. I was interested in a treatment but as I sat there waiting for the girl to come back so we could proceed, I looked around the room and overall did not look clean. I Went there to help them get more business and to try to help them get more business. They were open during the pandemic and I saw patients leaving with no mask on which was very concerning. Also, missed a few appointments and then they basically told me to kick rocks and never go back again promised a refund and it took a lot longer than what was expected. I have never been to a business who after a few missed sessions because I had to work, would just completely get rid of my business. Seems very cold hearted and inconsiderate that people do have their own things going on like having to work. The treatments didn't work it seems like they can't say weight loss but inches lost but I never saw any results. I thought patients had to be over 18 and I think I saw some high school kids in there seems like a big no no. I wouldn't go back and I would definitely not refer to anyone. Wow so you're going to go ahead and accuse me of false reports when we never signed a contract with you to forfeit the sessions and forgo all business with you. Also if you were to check where I live I'm in Orange County please don't accuse me of living in some other county when you have my address and all my records. Additionally to try and suggest legal action for a review is downright sad. I heard it from your owner that you had underage girls coming in for treatment. Also when we did have to cancel a session we did notify you after we got your 24hour cancellation process then we tried to cancel before the allotted time but when it wasn't possible we did pay the late fee but the last session that was missed you never sent any text or reminder and it was a slip on our part but apparently your company cares more about getting rid of business then doing business properly. Also your treatment is not considered essential since it would fall under non essential and you were open desire the state wide stay at home order unless you consider your company to be essential under false pretenses. Please don't try to act innocent in this whole incident. Your services did not work and for you to claim I didn't do my part is not professional. I bought the Groupon thinking this was a nice infrared sauna place which it is definitely not. They have one old sauna that doesn't get very warm placed awkwardly in the middle of the business. I had a voucher for 5 visits and have only used it once, only because every time I have called to go in they seem to be closed and never answer the phone. I tried une more time yesterday, and again they did not answer. I left a voicemail which was also never returned. Would not recommend, save your money and go elsewhere, this feels like a scam. read more

I've done a few fat reduction treatments with Thavy and am shocked with my results! I didn't know what to expect at first but gave it a shot. I started with my sides where I tend to store stubborn fat and just after one treatment felt inches smaller and the final results don't even show till after about 4-6 weeks! Thavy is great I started the ultrasound fat cavitation treatments and she has made the experience great! I'm on my 3rd session about 3 days apart and I've lost close to an inch! I did cheat in my diet which will hold you back and my water intake could've been better. But I'm happy with an inch less in a week!
