On your first visit, you'll fill out a brief form about your skin, talk about why you're there and what you're wanting for your skin. What I didn't expect was for her to spend an HOUR on extractions (I think maybe even an hour and a half) during my first visit and then proceeding with the rest of the facial once everything was out! I came with acne, mostly around my jawline and on and around my nose but now my face is so smooth! My friends have even noticed and an acne scar on my cheek has even lessened in appearance. I would highly recommend her as she truly cares. After my first few facials, I had 5-min. check-in appts the week after just so she could see how my skin was doing.
