Hi all I would like to share my experience about Dr. Shadi's Med Spa. It's beautiful, welcoming and always clean. When you arrive you can get a coffee, tea, water, or soda/ soda water. I've had a few treatments with Dr. Shadi and I absolutely love what she has accomplished with my face and skin. Well, to continue with my regimen, I also joined the facial club. I receive two facials a month and my skin has never been better. Cynthia is a doll and wonderful at her job. She knows exactly which facial I need. Walking into Dr. Shadi's office was wonderful from the start. The ambiance was very welcoming. Her staff were super sweet and Dr. Shadi was equally the same. I felt comfortable talking to Dr. Shadi right away. She asked me what my concerns were and had all the answers to my questions. She was truly wanting to help me feel and look better. It was like a breath of fresh air finally receiving the help I so desperately needed. I started taking terzepatide in June and two months later I have lost almost 25 pounds. It is more than just an injection. It is very important to balance healthy eating habits and exercise with the injections. I love that each weekly dose is given in house and by Dr. Shadi. I feel at ease knowing that a professional is doing my injections and if I have any concerns they can be addressed right away. I was always apprehensive about my Botox treatments with other providers because of the initial unnatural frozen look and would always hate the results until they wore off after a few weeks. Dr. Shadi has been AMAZING!! She didn't just help me with my weight loss, she's been helping with my depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Doing an analysis of my prescription medications that I been taking for a long time, and blood panel she was able to advise me on taking other natural supplements that have been working very well, and, I was able to (with my primary Dr approval) both reduce dosage on some medication while totally eliminating another. Had the Oxygen Facial done as a surprise from my daughter. What amazing experience! I felt pampered with the facial(pumpkin mask) and red-light therapy for anti-aging. Cynthia tended to needs and massaged my arms and hands too. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Lightest touch! Dr. Shadi did Botox, laser, and micro needling and I felt nothing. She knows exactly where to place the Botox so that you don't bruise or feel it. I have been to many Medspas in The LA, OC, and Riverside county areas and I have spent more money than I'd care to admit! Dr. Shadi and her Medspa are by far the best experience that I have ever had. I am currently undergoing Neo laser treatment and biogel for the dark circles under my eyes. I can already see a difference. Dr Shadi is wonderful. So far I have had Botox and an ez gel/prp treatment. Results are amazing. My lines around my mouth are seriously diminished and my face looks plumper, which gives an all around more youthful appearance. This was my first procedure I've ever done. And I'm so happy that I went to see DR. SHADI. I will share my experience with you so that you know what to expect. I'm a holistic wellness coach and I don't like synthetic fillers. DR. SHADI drew some blood and did her little process with it and turned my plasma into a bio gel, then she was able to inject it under my eyes. My eyes are very hollow and it bothered me for years. I would only wear glasses or sunglasses to cover up eyes. I'm so glad that I made the decision to see DR. SHADI I felt very comfortable and safe. She explained all the protocols all the procedures on what to expect. She was also explaining what she was doing as she went, which made me feel much more comfortable because communication between doctors and patients are so important. Using my own plasma, my body won't reject it or I will not get allergic reaction. As far as pain goes, they numbed me so well that I didn't even flinch when the Needles went under my eyes. I am a big baby I don't like to volunteer for pain and I don't like needles. And this is why I decided to do this so late in life to avoid synthetic fillers. DR. SHADI also explained to me that synthetic fillers this close to the eye could cause blindness. Two hours (11am) before my scheduled appointment (1pm), Dr Shari's office cancels my appointment, that was confirmed just yesterday. Dr Shadi clearly doesn't value her clients time as she suddenly has to cancel. Her office offered for me to come in within 30 minutes (11:30am), again not recognizing I allotted time around the appointment she scheduled. So it wasn't that she had an emergency as she is clearly in her office, she just had something else come up she chose to attend to. Consider this when making time in your schedule. read more
