On treatment day, I was honestly pretty nervous since I have a low pain tolerance. Nurse Charlotte made such a difference. Halfway through, it became pretty painful, and I asked if I could use Pronox. She immediately went to get everything ready without hesitation, then reassured me that the upper cheek area was the most sensitive part and that we were almost through it.
