Just finished my consult with Anh and did baby Botox with Charlotte! Both ladies were so sweet and very informative! Anh did the skin analysis and came up with a very thorough plan and addressed all of my skin concerns with realistic before/after pictures of other clients. She was so knowledgeable about every procedure and how the Korean medspa is light years ahead of Western cosmetics! Loved her! Charlotte was super gentle and targeted exactly the areas I wanted for my Botox and patient with all of my questions as this was my first time getting Botox! I barely even felt it and can't wait to see the full results! read more

Second time getting my facial, and Lex is absolutely amazing! I love how she takes her time, explains every step of the facial, and makes sure I understand exactly what she's doing and why. She's so gentle, attentive, and thorough, and you can really tell that she cares about her clients. My skin feels so refreshed, clean, hydrated, and glowing afterward! This facial in MeSo with Lex is honestly my favorite! I'm feeling relaxed, pampered, and like my skin got the love and care it needed. ‍ I highly recommend Lex! read more

I had a very positive first experience at Meso Spa in Anaheim Hills today. Anh was able to fit me into the schedule the same day, which I truly appreciated. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and listened carefully as I shared my negative experiences with previous medical spas. I especially appreciated that she did not pressure me or try to push additional services. Instead, she explained what would be ideal versus what was truly necessary and helped me make a decision I felt comfortable with. I will update my review as I receive the treatments, but so far, I am very pleased with my experience. read more

I booked a microneedling appointment as a new patient and arrived expecting to receive treatment that day. Instead, the appointment turned out to be a consultation, which I appreciated. The staff reviewed different treatment packages with me, and after discussing my options, I chose a three-treatment package and let them know I wanted to move forward. At that point, I was informed that they would not be able to perform the microneedling treatment because there was no nurse available due to a call-out. While I completely understand that staffing issues happen, the office knew about the nurse's absence before my appointment. A phone call beforehand would have saved me the trip and allowed me to make other plans. The main reason I scheduled the appointment on that specific day was because it fit my schedule, so it was very disappointing to learn only after arriving that treatment would not be possible. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise, but I expected better communication and respect for my time. read more

Consultation day, so excited to start this journey at MedSpa! I've been looking for a medspa that I could trust. Can't wait to see results soon! Thanks Ann for taking good care of me. :) read more

I've come to the Newport Beach location before, but I came to the Anaheim Hills location today. I spoke to Anh on the phone yesterday and today she helped me discuss everything about my skin. She is so kind and welcoming, and very helpful about everything! They offer services that are popular in Korea, and not many med spas offer this technology. I signed up for the membership which has many benefits and discounts. Today I am receiving a welcome box! The inside is very pretty and neat like the other locations. All of the employees are very amazing. I have yet to receive my treatment yet but i'm looking forward to the results. read more

Just wanted to say that Esther and her team at Meso really took care of me after coming back from my recent experience. I genuinely appreciate how they made sure to explain the mishap and made things right. I highly highly highly recommend coming here. They're a newer clinic so they do have some hiccups but totally worth the service that they provide here. I like coming here because their IV prices are great. They have a lot of specials-even for returning clients. I also like getting their facials as well. The estheticians and nurses truly know what they're doing and it shows from my glowing skin! The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming. They have a huge parking lot in the plaza that they're located at. Definitely come here for your treatments! read more

Pros: -plenty of parking -clean facility -easy to make an appointment -they offer coffee/tea/water Cons: -During the first 2 weeks it opened I had made an appointment for an IV. They told me they were setting it up but then 15 min later said they were out of a filter? So it couldn't be done that day and offered me a mask with LED light -When I was in the room for the LED I could hear employees talking about patients, so that rubbed me the wrong way -Finally when I did reschedule for the IV I booked a 10am appointment and got there around 9:50. I was told the nurse doesn't come in till 10. So basically by the time she got in and mixed the medication and got me set up it was almost 10:25 and I was done by 10:50. I've gotten plenty of IV's and I think I'm just used to a different kind of service. I think the employees here are still training and as of now it's not worth the drive or money to come back. read more

I had a great experience at MediSo MedSpa with Anh! I came in for a skin analysis and she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest about what my skin actually needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. Based on the analysis, I ended up booking an Aqua Facial and a microneedling appointment, and I feel really confident moving forward with her recommendations. I have been going to MeSO for about 6 months for BB, facial and Botox and my skin looks amazing it's wonderful to have such a beautiful medspa close by. All the gals are friendly and fabulous. Hana is an expert, so gentle and kind. I have turned on my mom and a few friends to this hidden gem, they love it too! Thank you read more

I've officially found my new favorite medspa! Everyone who works here has such a welcoming attitude, it truly feels like a judgement free zone. I've never once felt coerced to get more services than I needed or asked for. So far, I've had botox services done here by nurse Heena and T. Both times, the nurses were friendly and didn't rush me, taking their time to analyze my face so they could give me better customized results. Unlike other places I've gone to that pressured me to get nearly double the units. I ended up getting the SAME results here which last just as long without overpaying! Never going back to those places again. It's rare to find a medspa that combines incredible customer service, honest recommendations, and affordable pricing without compromising quality. Highly recommend! read more

Today was my first visit to Meso! I opted out of the skin scan for now since I'm still completing some treatments with another med spa, but I wanted to try their laser hair removal. Although their old package pricing had recently expired, I was still within the timeframe for them to honor it, which I really appreciated! I ended up purchasing a 10-pack for underarms and full legs. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, the front desk was friendly and informative, and everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Danica, Yasmine, Anh, Nurse Charlotte, Lex, and Chloe -- you were all amazing to me today! Looking forward to coming back for my treatments! read more

I had such a great experience at Meso Medspa in Anaheim Hills and couldn't recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, modern, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing -- it honestly feels more like a luxury wellness boutique than a clinic. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately puts you at ease. Charlotte was absolutely amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to educate you, and truly cares about her clients. I never felt rushed or "sold to." She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she really knows her craft. I received RF microneedling using the Sylfirm X, and the results have been incredible. I've already noticed a huge improvement in my skin's texture, firmness, and overall glow. My face looks smoother, tighter, and more refreshed -- exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for a med spa that combines advanced technology, beautiful ambiance, and truly caring providers, this is the place. I'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend asking for Charlotte! read more

It was my first time here and the office is clean and the staff is very welcoming. Anh was my initial consultant and she was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Yan did my ultherapy treatment for me and was so sweet as the procedure can be a bit painful. read more

Today I came in for a consultation as well as a free skin analysis consultation. I was greeted so warmly and didn't wait long at all before having my skin analyzed. Elle was helping me initially. I cleaned my face makeup off and their machine scans your face and basically gives you an in depth look at redness, lines, sun damage, etc. It's scary to see the flaws all front and center, but atleast you know what exactly you should target first. I appreciated being able to do that and see what areas I need to focus on. Then I was moved to the room so that Grace could help me with my first time ever Botox experience. The deal for 20 units is unreal, and for someone who can't afford a lot at the moment, this was too good to pass up. I did end up getting a few extra units at a higher cost, but I feel for my first experience, it was worth getting the right amount. Grace was incredibly kind, helpful, and transparent about how many units I needed for my forehead area to achieve the best results. Overall- it was pretty pain free, I'm excited to see results as they start to take effect. And it gives me a few months to save up for the next round. This place is really quality. And the staff is knowledgeable and helpful! read more

TLDR; Recommend for anyone to try if they want to learn more about their skin and wanting to improve the appearance of it. I came here for an initial consultation and did some sessions of the pigment rest toning. It starts with a light laser followed by a bit of cryo therapy and a facial mask. The laser was a bit prickly feeling, but definitely tolerable in my experience. I also did the aqua peel, which I also reco (especially if you have oily skin). My skin felt so refreshed after this. The staff has also been great in answering my questions as I'm very beginner on all these procedures. At whatever stage you are, it's great to just do a skin check up and take it from there. read more

Decided to come in for the complimentary skin consultation and check out the new medspa -- really glad I did! Parking: 5/5 -- Super easy. Small lot right in front with plenty of stalls so no circling or stress trying to find a spot Cleanliness: 5/5 -- Everything looked brand new and spotless. You can tell they take hygiene seriously even overheard the clinicians talking about extra cleaning between appointments, which made me feel extra comfortable Customer Experience: 5/5 -- They've got the skin analysis machine that gives you a full breakdown of your skin. Chloe did an awesome job explaining everything in a way that was super clear and not salesy at all. Felt like a genuine conversation about my skin rather than someone trying to upsell me on products or services Overall, the vibe was clean, calm, and welcoming. Left learning a lot more about my skin and feeling excited to come back for treatments later. Definitely recommend with their promos checking them out if you're curious or just want a skin check-up! read more
