This was my first time getting microneedling (Sylfirm X with Rejuran), and I had such a great experience. I met with Anh for a consultation the week before, and she was warm, informative, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable moving forward. On treatment day, I was honestly pretty nervous since I have a low pain tolerance. Nurse Charlotte made such a difference. Halfway through, it became pretty painful, and I asked if I could use Pronox. She immediately went to get everything ready without hesitation, then reassured me that the upper cheek area was the most sensitive part and that we were almost through it. Once I heard that, I decided to keep going without the Pronox. To me, that's how you know a nurse genuinely cares. She made my comfort the priority, supported whatever I needed in the moment, and was really encouraging the whole time. She said all the right things and made me feel so much more at ease, especially when it started getting intense. That kindness and reassurance made all the difference. Afterward, Anh checked in on me, and Chloe walked me through the post-care products and recovery instructions. The whole team made the experience feel welcoming and supportive. Today was my first visit to Meso! I opted out of the skin scan for now since I'm still completing some treatments with another med spa, but I wanted to try their laser hair removal. Although their old package pricing had recently expired, I was still within the timeframe for them to honor it, which I really appreciated! I ended up purchasing a 10-pack for underarms and full legs. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Pros: -plenty of parking -clean facility -easy to make an appointment -they offer coffee/tea/water Cons: -During the first 2 weeks it opened I had made an appointment for an IV. They told me they were setting it up but then 15 min later said they were out of a filter? So it couldn't be done that day and offered me a mask with LED light -When I was in the room for the LED I could hear employees talking about patients, so that rubbed me the wrong way -Finally when I did reschedule for the IV I booked a 10am appointment and got there around 9:50. I was told the nurse doesn't come in till 10. So basically by the time she got in and mixed the medication and got me set up it was almost 10:25 and I was done by 10:50. I've gotten plenty of IV's and I think I'm just used to a different kind of service. I think the employees here are still training and as of now it's not worth the drive or money to come back. read more

Today I came in for a consultation as well as a free skin analysis consultation. I was greeted so warmly and didn't wait long at all before having my skin analyzed. Elle was helping me initially. I cleaned my face makeup off and their machine scans your face and basically gives you an in depth look at redness, lines, sun damage, etc. It's scary to see the flaws all front and center, but atleast you know what exactly you should target first. I appreciated being able to do that and see what areas I need to focus on. Then I was moved to the room so that Grace could help me with my first time ever Botox experience. The deal for 20 units is unreal, and for someone who can't afford a lot at the moment, this was too good to pass up. I did end up getting a few extra units at a higher cost, but I feel for my first experience, it was worth getting the right amount. Grace was incredibly kind, helpful, and transparent about how many units I needed for my forehead area to achieve the best results. Overall- it was pretty pain free, I'm excited to see results as they start to take effect. And it gives me a few months to save up for the next round. This place is really quality. I came here for an initial consultation and did some sessions of the pigment rest toning. It starts with a light laser followed by a bit of cryo therapy and a facial mask. The laser was a bit prickly feeling, but definitely tolerable in my experience. I also did the aqua peel, which I also reco (especially if you have oily skin). My skin felt so refreshed after this. The staff has also been great in answering my questions as I'm very beginner on all these procedures.
