I was sitting in my hotel room and searching for a place for a facial and Dream Skin popped up. I rolled the dice and opted to their facial services. I booked via their website. This was extremely easy and convenient. Somehow my appointment was going to overlap with another guests but Linda called me right away to notify me of the scheduling issue. We were able to push my appointment back an hour and accommodate the Collagen Hydrogel Magician Treatment (2 hours). Upon walking into the space, Linda greeted me immediately. She was finishing up the client prior to me. There are multiple rooms and she had my room prepped and ready for me. This is one of these experiences in which you should not judge the process, but the results. The results ARE AMAZING! I went in with very dry and red skin. I walked out with baby skin that was just about near perfection. The treatment came with a lot of massaging which I was pleasantly surprised with. If you want results this is the place. I already plan to book another session next week and try the full body massage. read more

I wanted to get a nice facial and decided to go with this place. Online booking was easy which included your selection of staff member. I chose Linda. 6/20/26 I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time at 1pm and saw another client waiting in the second chair in the lobby area. No one at the front desk. After 5 minutes or so, a lady came out to inform us to give them a few minutes while they set up. I missed the later front end of the the dialogue but pretty much I was going with Kara and the other lady was going with Linda. I clarified I has chosen Linda. Without saying she double booked, she assured me Kara was very good at the magician facial. Linda was actually the lady who informed me of this. This visit did not start out very well since I have PTSD when it comes to establishments that double book. Well, I am already here so I thought I'd give it a try. Kara was nice and skilled at what she does. She was thorough and provided me with a fantastic facial. This is definitely the first time in a long time, that my face got this much dancing fingers attention. I am pretty sure I twilighted into a little snooze somewhere in my 2+ hour facial. My face felt very smooth and plump after my treatment. She even applied sunscreen before I headed out which I am thankful for. Things that could be improved: 1) Please be courteous and avoid double booking clients. I specifically asked for Linda due to all the raving reviews. I was lucky that Kara was also very good but it did not start on a positive note. 2) Explaining what is going to happen before it happens. She did not dismiss it entirely but there were a lot of quiet, gapey moments where my mind would wonder what is going on. There is nothing worse than having your eyes covered with a tiny wet cloth while all sorts of sounds of devices are occurring in your surroundings. After I paid, Linda also provided me with a discount card for my future visit which was also nice. Even though I was moved by the package deals, I am not entirely sure I am a routine facial type of gal. Despite of the small hiccups in my experience today, I would still recommend this place for a facial. Kara has magic hands. I greatly enjoyed my fancy facial by her. read more

This hidden gem! A new beauty spa in Brea, CA, offers a clean and welcoming environment. I spoke with Linda over the phone and they respond in minutes! Linda is detailed, kind, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I received a dermabrasion treatment for dry skin and a scalp treatment for thinning hair, both of which were expertly done. They also have different rooms for each treatment. I will not recommend this place. Accompanied my daughter for their hydrating facial and she left with painful extractions on her forehead. So painful that she had to text me while still in the room. Yes, she had congested skin when she went but she knew something was wrong but damage has been done. We had several facials in my/ we life that I know when acne or pimple should be popped or not. Extractions were painful and incorrectly done that left scarring and discoloration. That was in October 2025 and scars are still there. My daughter had to start wearing heavy foundation to cover scars til now. Confidence scarred for life. I had several email exchanges with Linda about this yet never received refund. 1 star for introductory price. Editing so can reply: Return to clinic was offered but we declined; there was no way we were going back. Contacted business via emails. We provided the last 4 of credit card used but Linda said she cannot locate our credit card from the list she gave me (which is there is no way she couldn't bec the transaction posted in our bill. So then I asked to be paid back in check (I did not ask for cash) and mail it but said no. I even offered Venmo. Followed a couple of months later and "we can only refund directly to the card that was used and we need to do this within 30 days of purchase. ". And that was it. A few weeks ago, I called to make an appointment for both me and my husband for a microdermabrasion facial and scalp spa treatment. I mentioned that this spa day was a surprise for my husband's birthday. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Linda and Bianca singing happy birthday to my husband. They then gifted him a sweet treat. It was unbelievably kind and thoughtful. This was our first time trying a facial and scalp spa treatment and we loved it! I suffer from itchy scalp and dandruff. The scalp spa felt so soothing and I really enjoyed the steam. It was so cool seeing the before and after video footage of the treatment.
