This is the acne on my forehead after I finished all the sessions. It's an improvement since December, but not exactly what I expected.

I wish that I could give more positive feedback, but I need to be honest about my expectations vs my reality. Back in December, I started breaking out because of stress and my skin became more oily. Beauty & Beast posted on Instagram about a model call and I responded because I was interested in getting a facial at a discounted price. After that appointment, the owner recommended a Hydrafacial package for me (this included 3 sessions and a custom spray). She also showed me before and after photos of a girl who had similar acne as me. In the after photo, her acne was almost nonexistent. She told me that I would have similar results as long as I used the spray every day and if I went here once a month for those three sessions. I decided to go for it. Aside from getting facials at Beauty & Beast, I followed the owner's instructions for skincare at home. After cleansing my face at night, I sprayed the formula evenly. I would wait about 20 minutes for it to absorb fully and then apply a little bit of moisturizer, which is what she suggested. I also told her which products I was using and she gave me some helpful information so I followed her advice. Don't get me wrong. I do believe the Hydrafacials and the custom spray helped because my skin was more inflamed and oily back in December. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but I thought I would have clearer skin by now. I've been doing other things like washing my pillowcases every week, drinking water to stay hydrated, staying away from alcohol, not wearing makeup, using pimple patches, etc. The owner and the other people who work here are very sweet, but I wish they would've been completely honest with me about fixing my acne issue. I learned the hard way that results vary with individuals, even with the same routine. Just because the package worked for the girl in the before and after pictures doesn't mean it works for everyone. I should've seen a dermatologist from the beginning to help me figure out what kind of acne I have. Hydrafacials seem to give a light surface exfoliation, but they're not a "one size fits all" solution to acne problems.

Angela, Ivy was rude and argumentative with my sister and kept bringing up money. My sister clearly told her several times she did not want money, she wanted to make sure no one else was injured. It was bad enough to have my hair and skin damaged, but then for her to argue was so disrespectful. My sister had to ask for her name several times before she would even give her name. Unprofessional and unnecessary behavior.

Wow! The best $59 I've spent in a while. I tried the Head Spa and got the best shoulder, arm, hands and back massage! The experience started with a warm greeting at the front desk. English was a little broken, but kindness is a universal language. They took a close up photo of my scalp and showed me where I had thinning hair. Next they walked me to a semi private room with two beds and a curtain between the beds. I was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and plushness of the bedding and robe. The head spa started with a spritz of hair tonic and a semi-dry scalp massage. Followed by a shampoo massage, then a conditioner massage. Next the put this steam dome over my head and shoulders and I got to breathe in an invigorating minty steam. While I was under that dome, the tech began massaging my arms, neck, shoulders and hands. I was very pleasantly surprised how much upper body massage came with the head massage. It finished with a blow dry using a Dyson blow drying and Moroccan Oil serum for added moisture. Oh and I almost forgot, they gave a quick red light and RF plasma treatment for the scalp. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and will come again. They also gifted me with these cute little candles for my visit.

I regret visiting this salon! I had a walk in appointment and my scalp was in considerably good condition prior. The head spa service included excessive, repeated scrubbing with fingernails, which is unlike any scalp treatment I've had before. It was not gentle. Even the detangling and washing of my ends was rough. My scalp was red, swollen, and painful after the service. The photos of my scalp are AFTER photos, not before. The stylist told me my scalp was red because I scratch my scalp (which is not true), basically blaming me for the pain I was in. My scalp currently has painful scabs around the crown. I have never experienced this reaction from other head spas, and I wish I never wasted my money on this place. I would not trust this salon with my scalp's health.

I walked in a hair spa for a scalp treatment and it was such a relaxing experience! From the moment I walked in, the studio felt clean, welcoming, and calming. The stylist took the time to understand my hair concerns and explained each step of the treatment. The scalp massage was so soothing--I almost fell asleep--and the products left my hair feeling soft, hydrated.

Nice and luxurious! I drove past this place and paid attention to the services they offer. Today was their soft opening, and I tried a scalp treatment. Ivy, a licensed professional, helped examine my scalp and analyze my hair loss issues. It was a very comfortable experience! I signed up for their discounted membership service and will definitely return. I hope my scalp itching and hair loss problems can be resolved. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

Nice staff and clean environment. Had the Hydra facial today and my skin was clean and glowing. The nurse was very professional. Upgraded to the Hvdra facial which included a face and shoulder massage. I loved it. Will come again.

What a unique experience. I can easily spend 4+ hours here…read more I arrived on a Tuesday at 6:30pm and it wasn't that crowded. Upon arriving at the front desk, they give you a spa outfit, some towels, and a wristband. The wristband unlocks your shoe locker and your separate clothing locker. The hot tub area is fully nude whereas the common areas are clothed. I went to grab some dinner and had the croaker fish. The service was fast and easy. The food is a little pricey but their meals came with a lot of bonchon so it made up for the cost! After dinner, I checked out the charcoal room, ice room and salt room. All the rooms were clean and had plenty of space for relaxing! Finally, I had a body scrub appointment at 8pm. I booked the scrub with Jenny and it was an experience! For those who never had a korean body scrub before, you have to soak in the hot tub for 20-30 mins. Then your masseuse will call your name and bring you in the side room. Then you lie on your back on the table and get the ultimate scrub down! I felt so much lighter after the scrub. My skin tone was even and felt baby soft. Then she also give you a cucumber facial and wash your hair for you! My hair was super silky and smooth. They have dyson hair dryers in the women locker rooms which made it easy for me to get ready. Then, when I was ready to checkout, I brought the clothes and wristband to the front desk and I was out of there!

I noticed a lot of a younger crowd here (early 20s) - good for them prioritizing their wellness - I guess price point works for them too. And sadly maybe a lot of then, they do not know what is good versus atrocious. But, this is a place where one could leave with some serious skin and/or health issue, it is that bad. i was with MDs here. never again. i had 4 services here and each one was SO terrible (too chatty, bad services. it was painful all around). i found the slippers, towels, robes, showers - even the lockers/seating/walls/toilets/sinks/flooring - NOTHING was clean, just smelly/nasty - much less the amenities and pooled water/all seating. do not waste your money like i did. just YUCK. also why did they have like: zero q-tips, any product, disposable combs - like very basic items any spa always has. like even equinox has this stuff. Also their AC is always broken (we rescheduled twice due to their broken AC - they called us. guess what, we showed up - STILL NO AC it was stifling) so they bring in these loud industrial huge fans. nothing seems/smells clean (say 'green products'...). sadly, so many of the employees sound SO sick with heavy wet coughs/colds. they seem to hate their lives. and there is zero food. lucky to get water if it is not empty. too bad because it could be a nice place if they cleaned, cared, had good services. basic upkeep, and did not let in a gazzilion guests at a time. So much better to pay more at another spa and not contract some serious health issue here. i still tipped well because the employees seem so miserable and overworked/clueless, yet polite. but i want to warn others - do not repeat my mistake by going here (even if someone sends you for free, get a refund, or try a different location).

K Spa is in a corner shopping area with a big parking lot. It was surprisingly busy on Saturday but I was able to find parking. The staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered the locker area I was greeted by one of the staff that asked me if it was my first time. She showed me where all the different areas were. The facilities were pretty clean. It was a busy day but it did not feel overcrowded. Everyone was really respectful and it was not too loud. I like that they provide some common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairspray, and qtips. I brought my own shower supplies and they had convenient baskets where I could place my products while I showered. They constantly brought out fresh towels as well. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area. The kiosk has limited options. For more food you can go to the restaurant itself with your spa clothes. The restaurant is very small so gets busy quickly. The food is delicious though.
