I went to Alcler exactly a year ago in November 2024 for Ultherapy as I was told by the consultant…read moreand nurse that it would not burn any fat on my very thin face and give a "lifting" effect, if the settings are set correctly. I trusted them so I proceeded. Fast forward a full year, I can confidently say it absolutely DID burn the very little fat I had on my lower face and left deep vertical lines (like indented grooves I can feel) on my cheeks. My dermatologist confirmed this too. Knowing I couldn't easily get to Brea as I live far I didn't reach out to them immediately after the procedure as I wanted to be fair and wait at least 3-6 months, at which point the fat loss and vertical lines became more significant. I sent Alcler photos of my fat loss and deep vertical lines on November 1, 2025. Everyone's experience with Ultherapy will be different, I understand that but when I reached out to the consultant, she at first was nice but then turned condescending toward me and even sat there with a patronizing grin while I explained to her it was not easy for me to go back to their clinic to then possibly be told they can't help me. And to be fair, I was upset so she reacted in this way, but this is an unprofessional reaction nonetheless. You can't reverse the fat loss from Ultherapy! I only called them to inform them that the Ultherapy burned my fat and caused deep vertical lines to form on my cheeks (shown in the photos I submitted). I also requested a refund and they said no, that I needed to come in so they can "see what they can do" but at that point, I didn't want anymore procedures done there. I asked to speak to the owner after this peculiar experience with the consultant and that went even worse. He asked me to come in so they can take more photos and see "what they can do," once again. I didn't want anything else done there based on my terrible experience and I wasn't going to drive an hour and a half to be told they can't help me. So then he hung up on me while I was still talking. He sounded older so it may be a generational thing, but what kind of customer service is that? This review is primarily to share my experience with Ultherapy, everyone is different so results will of course be different, and mine did not turn out well at all. I really regret doing it now, but I trusted them at the time. I strongly believe the settings were set too high and my dermatologist believes the same. And this review is also to share the negative experience I had with the consultant and especially the owner, I've never been treated this way for a service like this. Never. This procedure is not cheap either ($1,800 at the time) so this is only my loss, not theirs. Having said all this, at least the front desk staff was professional.

I saw results, and a week later, i messaged them and they decide to retract that offer and told me terra is now only offering $600 for 1 month + 1 wk free. Ok. But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers? As a client i felt it was shady and unnecessary, and a stark contrast to what their customer service used to be. I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

It wasn't even two passes, but the way the other lady did it "was" because she "overpassed" with her technique. Uhm? Not for me, so for my las time I booked with Jackie. This third time, I know I had been that annoying customer who probably they're not trying to please. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My experience with Dr. Zahedy's office has been extremely frustrating,…read moreunprofessional, and honestly unacceptable for a medical practice. First, the communication with this office is TERRIBLE. For months I have been trying to contact them regarding transferring my medical records and it is nearly impossible to reach anyone. Their voicemail box was CONSTANTLY FULL so patients couldn't even leave a message. Then they suddenly CHANGED their office phone number without any warning or notice to patients. Now the new number doesn't even HAVE a voicemail option at all. You just call and call with no answer and no way to leave a message. This is completely unacceptable for a medical office, especially when patients are pregnant and need timely care. I saw Dr. Zahedy twice during my first trimester. During my first appointment she brought a student into the exam room WITHOUT asking for my consent beforehand and did not give me the option to be seen privately. Patients should ALWAYS be given the choice if they are comfortable having students present. On top of that, while discussing my pregnancy she made comments about my weight (which I understand can sometimes be relevant) but she also made comments about my private area that was completely unprofessional and unnecessary that even my husband was embarrassed! As I was checking out the front staff kept making comments about how young I was and that "babies are having babies now days".... I'm young but I'm 21 and my husband is 26! My SECOND appointment was even worse. I was NOT told about a $40 office fee until I had already arrived for the appointment and was checking in. Then I waited nearly THREE HOURS before being seen while people who arrived AFTER me were called in and finished their appointments BEFORE I was even taken back. While patients were sitting in the waiting room, the front desk staff were openly talking negatively about the doctor and other staff in Spanish. That is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients to witness. The urine sample area was also poorly handled. The tray where patients leave their urine samples was FULL of cups and clearly not being emptied regularly. I had to place my urine cup next to multiple other cups. That felt unsanitary, disorganized, and honestly concerning from a medical standpoint and I've never witness this before. When I was finally taken back to the exam room, I was left sitting there for about 20 minutes before a student walked in and asked me where the doctor was, I told them "I hadn't seen her yet" The student had to go FIND the doctor and bring her to the room. Once again I was never given the option to decline having a student present during the exam. During the exam another doctor came to the doorway and stood there HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN while I was sitting on the exam table WITH MY PANTS OFF. While the door was open they asked if I wanted to have a Pap smear done. I have never had one before and was already uncomfortable. Instead of explaining it professionally, Dr. Zahedy said "If you don't do it now you'll have to take your pants off again next time." I declined and asked to skip it, but the entire conversation happened while another doctor was standing in the doorway with the door OPEN while I was exposed. That situation was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Now I am trying to transfer my medical records so I can continue prenatal care somewhere else. The office has already faxed my records to the WRONG hospital TWICE. I have been calling all day trying to fix the problem and NO ONE answers the phone. Because of this office's incompetence, I have now gone almost TWO MONTHS without being seen by a doctor and I am now halfway through my pregnancy without prenatal care. I've noticed the doctor replying to reviews by referencing patients' lab results publicly, which is extremely concerning when it comes to patient privacy. Pregnant patients deserve PROFESSIONALISM, COMMUNICATION, PRIVACY, and BASIC RESPECT. Unfortunately, my experience with this office showed the complete opposite. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for an OB/GYN go somewhere else!
