I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. Her staff is nothing short of amazing, from being greeted by sweet Theresa, who is super helpful & informative to the awesome nurse assistants. And I absolutely love that this clinic is all female workers which made me feel comfortable and at ease. My baby is 2.5 months and I'm seriously considering getting pregnant again soon just so I have a reason to visit the office. Oh and Dr. Zehedy also offers spa services onto of the best prenatal care.
