And inside is gorgeous from the comfy lounge waiting area to the treatment rooms. Taylor is my go-to skin guru. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She was happy to review all of the skin care products I was using and tell me honestly what she liked/didn't like. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago for a free consultation. I scheduled my appointment with the nurse practitioner, Christina, to be sure I would receive educated and correct advice about any procedure I might consider. Christina was awesome! She listened to my questions and concerns and was very thorough in explaining the answers and gave options. And they have various types of treatments that are non-surgical; which is great. But, I didn't choose to proceed with any work because it's not a major deal for me and the prices are extremely expensive! And I would NEVER have anyone surgically cut my face. But California has become such a cosmetic/plastic surgery state that many people will pay ALOT of money to have work done that they really don't need. I gave it 3 stars because all of these types of places are just about the money due to the "supply and demand" to stay younger looking. I refer to California as the "vain" state. read more

I have been going to Orange Twist in Brea for about a year now and I love it! I had been wanting to try out Hydrafacials for a while and thought I would try out Orange Twist. I gave them a call and spoke to Taylor. She was super friendly and helpful and was extremely patient answering all my questions. She signed me up for their monthly membership which basically goes into a bank for you to use on services, so kinda like a savings account for skincare. lol. I absolutely love this because I'm not the best with saving money and it prevents me from racking up my credit cards. The added plus is you get a discount for having the membership. And even more if you bundle. You can use it toward products too. When I spoke to Taylor, they happened to have a deal going for Hydrafacials, they were buy two get one free. I ended up choosing the Hydrafacial Platinum, which includes lymphatic drainage and it was more than worth it. I also like to add on the neck and chest, which is pretty reasonably priced. When I called to schedule one for last month, i was so excited to hear I could schedule with Taylor now. Not only was she all the things I mentioned above, but she is just very sweet and super personable, not to mention very knowledgeable too. She was very thorough and would check in with me. She did an absolutely amazing job. My skin came out so soft and hydrated. Yesterday I tried the Lux - Glo2 Facial for the first time and includes your neck and chest. It was awesome, you can customize it based on your skin needs. I chose Illuminate for brightening. Taylor did an amazing job again. I already scheduled another Hydrafacial with her for next month and added dermaplaning and eye perk. Can't wait. If I could afford it, I would get a facial from Taylor every week. Overall I would highly recommend OrangeTwist, it's very clean, the staff is very welcoming and they will make recommendations on products and services, but will never try to pressure you to purchase or push you into anything. They are very transparent about everything, including expectations and pricing. RAELEEN IS OUTSTANDING! I wish I could give her a million stars! I started my CoolSculpting journey back in September 2020. Since covid hit and gyms weren't open, I tried so hard to stick to a workout routine and diet. Finally just hit me that I could not get rid of that stubborn lower body fat (the pouch) with whatever I did. With the crazy amount of research I did between getting liposuction vs. coolsculpting, obviously coolsculpting was the better and healthier option for me. Then I had to look for a location for Coolsculpting. Many places seemed too over priced or a little sketchy in my opinion. Then OrangeTwist popped up! The Irvine location was the closest location to me at the time, so I sent a request for a consultation. Let me tell you... I was NERVOUS. I received an email back from Raeleen and right off the bat she was already beyond helpful with all of my questions, concerns and I could tell she was already a sweet person! I was beyond excited to get this ball rolling and to even meet her! Since I was super self conscious of my body, I was crazy nervous to even show my tummy. Raeleen made me feel so comfortable about myself with the consultation! She mapped out the areas I wanted to go away and what was the best solution. Then the magical day comes for my first session! She wakes me through the entire process. There were snacks, drinks and even Netflix! That was a major plus in my books. Raeleen made me honestly feel like a Queen ahah she was super attentive to making sure I felt comfortable and if I needed anything during the process. After we were done, I'll be honest your stomach feels numb in such a funny way. Some time goes by and I could see some slight results but nothing too crazy, not gonna lie I was a little bummed but you have to trust the process! As time went by I then I had my checkup. The before and after pictures from just a few months apart were wild! I was shocked and SO happy! Then Raeleen went to the Brea location. Which I had no problem with, I absolutely love her so much that If she were to go to a location on the east coast I would literally fly out to her. Late January we ended up doing my 2nd session. I'll be honest, this time I felt a little more discomfort but it's totally worth it because my results are definitely there! It's now April and for the first time in my life I am so excited to go to the beach and to finally wear the clothes I want. If you decide to do coolsculpting, so do it!
