I met with Anh for a consultation the week before, and she was warm, informative, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable moving forward. On treatment day, I was honestly pretty nervous since I have a low pain tolerance. Nurse Charlotte made such a difference. Halfway through, it became pretty painful, and I asked if I could use Pronox. She immediately went to get everything ready without hesitation, then reassured me that the upper cheek area was the most sensitive part and that we were almost through it. Once I heard that, I decided to keep going without the Pronox. To me, that's how you know a nurse genuinely cares. She made my comfort the priority, supported whatever I needed in the moment, and was really encouraging the whole time. She said all the right things and made me feel so much more at ease, especially when it started getting intense. That kindness and reassurance made all the difference. Afterward, Anh checked in on me, and Chloe walked me through the post-care products and recovery instructions. The whole team made the experience feel welcoming and supportive. It really felt like girls looking out for girls, and I'm so glad I chose this clinic.

The facility is always very clean and relaxing, the products feel high quality, and the facial massage is amazing -- one of my favorite parts. Service has consistently been great every visit, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I keep coming back to.

I reached Mirako Spa in Brea for my facial appointment exactly 3 mins late. A lady who told me that…read moremy appointment was at 2:30pm. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.

The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. True story: I found OC ESTHETIQUE looking on yelp. My skin was flaring up and all of my friends recommendations hadn't proved to be effective. Feeling desperate, I turned to the internet. I saw OC ESTHETIQUE by Hanan and I was blown away by the reviews I read. Before I went, I sent her a picture of what I was dealing with, and just said, "please fix me." After my first appointment with her- which included what you imagine a facial to be, incredible enzyme peels, extractions, oxygen, and light therapy My face was glowing and felt great.. like magic had occurred. I made a commitment to keep coming back every three weeks for 5 months. I have since bought a package of Creams needed . This is a long overdue review. Start off with I love this place and let me tell you why…read more 1.When the ease of just walking in and maybe waiting five minutes for a busy schedule like mine 2. They do an amazing job my brows look like I spent so much more time on them than I do. The shape is beautiful every single time I leave. 3. Price point it is very very very affordable. I sometimes think that they're charging me too little for the service. 4. Such a nice staff I have yet to have a bad experience. I once had a bad waxing experience so threading is so much better and they're so sweet. I have found that threading keeps my eyes from getting puffy. I found that when I waxed, I felt that my pores looked bigger around my forehead around my eyebrow line threading has kept my eyebrows looking young and not saggy. So yes, All the stars

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't until I had already sat down I realized my threading artist was full blown sick. I could physically hear the snot in her nose, she was breathing through her mouth and I could feel her breathing on me the whole time, and every time she turned away she started coughing. I've never had an experience getting my eyebrows done where I got nauseas. She had a mask on, but when someone is that close to your face, it doesn't matter. I could still feel her breathing on me. Unfortunately, I ended up getting super sick just a few days later. Pretty sure that's not just a coincidence. PRIME IBROW: DON'T LET YOUR ARTISTS COME INTO WORK SICK. YOU ARE PUTTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT RISK. Eyebrow threading is very close contact and they should know better. Extremely disappointed in this place as I've been coming here regularly but I will definitely never come back after this.
