I did my forehead, crows feet, and in the middle of my eyebrows and also lifted my eyebrows up. Halfway through, it became pretty painful, and I asked if I could use Pronox. She immediately went to get everything ready without hesitation, then reassured me that the upper cheek area was the most sensitive part and that we were almost through it. Once I heard that, I decided to keep going without the Pronox. To me, that's how you know a nurse genuinely cares. She made my comfort the priority, supported whatever I needed in the moment, and was really encouraging the whole time. She said all the right things and made me feel so much more at ease, especially when it started getting intense. That kindness and reassurance made all the difference. At that point, I was informed that they would not be able to perform the microneedling treatment because there was no nurse available due to a call-out. While I completely understand that staffing issues happen, the office knew about the nurse's absence before my appointment. A phone call beforehand would have saved me the trip and allowed me to make other plans. The main reason I scheduled the appointment on that specific day was because it fit my schedule, so it was very disappointing to learn only after arriving that treatment would not be possible. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise, but I expected better communication and respect for my time.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't until I had already sat down I realized my threading artist was full blown sick. I could physically hear the snot in her nose, she was breathing through her mouth and I could feel her breathing on me the whole time, and every time she turned away she started coughing. I've never had an experience getting my eyebrows done where I got nauseas. She had a mask on, but when someone is that close to your face, it doesn't matter. I could still feel her breathing on me. Unfortunately, I ended up getting super sick just a few days later. Pretty sure that's not just a coincidence. PRIME IBROW: DON'T LET YOUR ARTISTS COME INTO WORK SICK. YOU ARE PUTTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT RISK. Eyebrow threading is very close contact and they should know better.
