I'm leaving a five-star review for the Fantastic service I got even though it turns out the laser hair treatment wasn't what I was looking for. When I consulted with Melissa - and she understood what my goals were, even though I was all set to pay $150 for my treatment - she recommended that I reevaluate my goals. And then come back if I still want to do it. There's a few things involved in doing laser hair removal - mainly protecting oneself aggressively from sun exposure. So if you don't want to commit to using sunscreen and avoiding the Sun , laser hair removal will have some risks. I took my mom here to get eyebrow microblading removal and Cynthia was wonderful. My mom's eyebrows had turned into a reddish brown color, originally brownish black in color, and it really bothered her and was difficult to cover with makeup. There is a nice little waiting area and the front desk staff are friendly and professional. They have a cute little coffee/tea and snack area, as well. Cynthia was warm and professional and really took the time to explain to us that a few sessions would be needed to lift the majority of the color; that the first session would target all the different tones, and with the second session she would be able to isolate and target the red pigments. Mom numbed for 30 mins - it definitely wasn't enough, we'll numb for an hour next time. She said the laser was painful but managed to power through. The tattoo seemed to disappear almost immediately during the laser removal but immediately returned. Her eyebrows were red and a bit swollen immediately afterwards (nothing too crazy) but she was fine after five days. The clinic does provide very good post care instructions. I honestly didn't see a huge difference after this first session, although perhaps some of the black/brown pigment is gone, but we're going in today for her second session and I will update afterwards! read more

They charged me $150 for a girl to put creams in my face...no machines, no extraction, nothing... I did facials in different places and paid this amount, but they had machines, they do massages and it takers more than an hour... I am feeling robbed, they have the worst customer service! I had a large tattoo removed over my right torso area that was a unfortunately poorly designed and executed and Neoderma with their tattoo removal equipment have been working on it on and off over 5+ sessions to get it 99% erased. Melissa and her team were clean, thorough and great communicators on the expectations of the removal process so I felt assured of the process. They've been professional and always gave me lots of ice packs and enough supplies to heal properly. I was on time, but the Asian woman doing the procedure in front of others said I was late. , I had information stating otherwise. She was really rude to me. I didn't want to start a scene. She was doing my procedure in front of other people. I guess students or something . Then when I went to pay they had added an option for me to tip them $50. I felt really uncomfortable and obligated with people staring at me too added the tip. Unfortunately, I did add the tip. I came here for the first time last week for my first session of laser tattoo removal for 2 small tattoos and my microblading on my eyebrows. And I couldn't be happier with my experience!!! I saw Sheri the PA for my treatment and she was AMAZING. She is super sweet and she walked me through every little part of the process in depth. She made sure to answer any other questions I had and she was very accommodating during the treatment itself. They gave me numbing cream for the treatment which made it very bearable. The treatment itself was very fast. I'm already seeing progress with all of my tattoos. My microblading in particular has responded super well and has faded significantly already! Let receptionist know I wanted "Botox & I may want filler, he stated he would add that in the schedule. Filler was the most important for me. All I had done was Botox which took 5 minutes. Then, left alone waiting for nurse "to get filler". Had to call office at 5:14pm to see what's going on, nurse came in to explain long wait & scheduling (nurse would see me in 30 more mins) Did not make sense to me, I paid and left.
