Service was super rushed. The lady drilled my nail beds down too much and it was painful. I had to take them off a week later because aside from the pain, they already looked super grown out. After taking them off you can see the damage to my real nails. Seems like lovely people but it was a total waste of my money. read more

Been coming here for a few months now and normally the service isn't bad. But this past time I got a mani pedi. I told the girl I wanted my toe nails cut and she filed them. Asked twice since i felt they were getting long she just filed them again and did not acknowledgemy request. When I was getting my mani the lady seemed bothered because I didn't want gel or anything else besides a basic mani with a clear coat. She shaped them and said "no clear polish" and walked away. That was all. It all felt super rushed. I should've not tipped them. Considering looking elsewhere from now on. read more

This salon is dirty. I came for a pedicure on 4/25/2026 & decided to get the platinum pedicure with gel polish. As the treatment was going on I was looking around and everything looked dirty especially the floor. The person in the pedicure chair next to me was also getting a full set and her manicurist got the dust from her treatment all over me & my clothing because she was literally practically on top of me. Part of my treatment included a massage that left my lower legs bruised. The treatment also included lower legs being wrapped with a warm, damp towel. I was so disappointed already at this point that I declined the wax treatment that comes with the pedicure & requested to pay. 24 hours later surprised to find I now have a rash. THE TOWEL obviously was NOT CLEAN because now I have a rash on my legs, exactly where the towel came into contact with my skin- and no where else. Absolutely disgusted & I will never EVER be back. It just wasn't clean to me. The guy that did my pedicure cut my toe while cutting my cuticles. The acrylic on my big toe was super fat and thick. I had to have him take all the gel polish off and shave it down. It was still a little thick, but I decided to just deal with it. My toes were okay for my vacation. They keep up with new nail designs & styles. I go usually when they open so it's usually nice & calm & just overall relaxing. My nails have lasted, none have broken or anything which I love! I come here often but this last time I went I was very concerned with the cleanliness and services. The area is not clean at all floors, walls, chairs, tables. I also noticed they do waxes in the general area where nails are being done, making it easy for dust to contaminate the wax. I got a hard gel services which was very rushed as they kept in taking walk ins. The girl doing my nails didn't fully finish my polish in order to get in another customer that was waiting 30+ min. Honestly I came in for a pedicure... the guy was literally done in 20 mins. I've never been to a nail salon where everything felt so rushed.. I kept telling him it was rushed and I don't think he understood anything I said. The water was cold, my callus treatment he didn't really scrub, and I didn't get the foot rub...he only offered me 1 nail color palette. I didn't have much of an option to pick from. I am so glad I did NOT get my nails done here. The place had dirty, uncomfortable chairs. I think I saw this on another comment and totally dismissed it because I thought it couldn't be soooo bad. Yup it was. My discernment told me to leave, I'd probably catch something here and then the topping came. The woman showed me the list of pedicure options and at the top it displayed a promo for the week. It clearly stated from Jan 22- Jan 31. No year was displayed. She came back and said oh that was for 2022. Like wtf.. ok now you guys are shiesty. I was so over it. Ya don't come here. Yuck! The space is quite small/compact. My friend and I were able to do a walk-in and were able to be quickly seated beside each other. We got the same type of pedicure; however, we got different treatments.. I didn't receive one of my favorite parts of a pedicure which was the hot towel and my skin got nicked a few times. The paint of my pedicure was nice and lasted over a month. I would come again but I'll be sure to mention all aspects of my service that lacked previously. read more

Since Mirai does not offer acrylic nails, I agreed to try their Gel-X service. My natural nails were cut down in preparation for the application. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a nearly four-hour ordeal. The Gel-X application alone took approximately three hours, followed by another hour for a basic pedicure. For the amount of time spent and the price charged ($130 before tip), I expected a much better result. The nails are uneven, overly thick, and have an unnatural appearance. Several nails curve dramatically downward, creating a claw-like look rather than the clean, natural shape Gel-X is known for. Looking underneath the nails, there are noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the application. I left feeling disappointed instead of happy with the finished product. The most frustrating part is that I paid a premium price and invested half my day, only to come home considering removing the nails myself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when a service costs this much and takes this long, the quality should reflect it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Gel-X service at Mirai. I genuinely wish them well, but I will not be returning.

I came as a walk-in and was seated immediately. I had an inspiration photo- my wonderful technician was able to replicate it on my short nails. They came out so much better than expected.
