This salon is dirty. I came for a pedicure on 4/25/2026 & decided to get the platinum pedicure with gel polish. As the treatment was going on I was looking around and everything looked dirty especially the floor. The person in the pedicure chair next to me was also getting a full set and her manicurist got the dust from her treatment all over me & my clothing because she was literally practically on top of me. Part of my treatment included a massage that left my lower legs bruised. The treatment also included lower legs being wrapped with a warm, damp towel. I was so disappointed already at this point that I declined the wax treatment that comes with the pedicure & requested to pay. 24 hours later surprised to find I now have a rash. THE TOWEL obviously was NOT CLEAN because now I have a rash on my legs, exactly where the towel came into contact with my skin- and no where else. Absolutely disgusted & I will never EVER be back. I am so glad I did NOT get my nails done here. The place had dirty, uncomfortable chairs. I think I saw this on another comment and totally dismissed it because I thought it couldn't be soooo bad. Yup it was. My discernment told me to leave, I'd probably catch something here and then the topping came. The woman showed me the list of pedicure options and at the top it displayed a promo for the week. It clearly stated from Jan 22- Jan 31. No year was displayed. The space is quite small/compact. My friend and I were able to do a walk-in and were able to be quickly seated beside each other. We got the same type of pedicure; however, we got different treatments.. I didn't receive one of my favorite parts of a pedicure which was the hot towel and my skin got nicked a few times. I was previously going to a nail shop around the same area, but they were always 15 to 30 minutes behind when I had an appointment. My fills were done by Vivian and she did a wonderful job. She gave me a great shape actually better than the place that I was going to. I wasn't going to get a pedicure, but then decided to do it. They are friendly. Had a pedicure done today, it was the silver pedicure so I paid $38 and it was not worth it. First the lady doing the pedicure was not putting any effort into the pedicure she did not clean the nails right or the cuticles. I had a callus remover she barely put any effort into taking off the callus. Apart from that the chairs were really dirty. Do not recommend this place, will definitely not be returning. read more

My first visit here. I haven't got my nails done in over a year since I had my son, so I was very excited to come in. Staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean. Making an appointment was super easy. I found this establishment from Instagram and scheduled through DM's. Whoever is running, their Instagram is very knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions I had. I paid $43 for my toes which included a callus remover and gel. I wish my pedicure wasn't rushed for the price I paid. The nail technician was very friendly though. It was comforting to see that they do not reuse nail filer's. As soon as she was done with certain instruments, she threw them away. I got medium acrylic nails. I paid $73. The colors they selected was an exact match. I showed them an inspiration picture and they did a great job at replicating the picture. One of the leafs was bigger than the other leaf on the other hand. Just like eyebrows, they're sisters, not twins, but with my OCD I couldn't walk out with that leaf being so big. I was worried to speak up. After I paid, I asked if they can fix the leaf. I hate being the one to complain because I know they are busy but if I would've walked out like that, I know I probably wouldn't have been back. I am so happy I spoke up and they were so kind about fixing the leaf for me. I most definitely recommend I will be back ! read more

I got a gel x fill with gel builder (didn't know that was possible) with a classic french tip design and a pedicure. I was happy with the outcome and consistency of the quality work. I've love their service but I was a bit disappointed how my nails turned out this last time. I got the gel x mani and some of the nails are not adhered fully to my natural nail. If I could give 0 stars, I would...I went here for a pedicure and typically I ask the techs to round off the corners of my toes slightly as I'm easily subject to ingrown if they're pointed on the corners and I don't think she understood what I was asking and proceeded to vigorously dig into the sides of my toes looking for a nonexistent ingrown toe nails and after multiple times of politely asking for her to stop because she was hurting me and pulling my foot away to signal her to stop she did not! She proceeded to pull my toe back and continue where I eventually had to tell the techs next to her to tell her to stop, I then was in pain for about a week due to this woman's actions. read more

I made an appointment hoping that I would be seen in a timely manner. Once I was seated, the water was lukewarm after requesting for it to be warmer. The chair did not massage. From what I noticed none of the chairs worked. I looked forward to the massage chairs, so I was disappointed. The nail color selection is covered in plastic & dust , so it is hard to choose a color. The foot massage was less than a minute and awful. Also, there was dry skin left on my heals. Which usually the technician will bring to my attention and scrub or at least suggest a callus removal. I had a very disappointing experience at Nail Loft Salon in Montclair. I showed up as a walk-in at 11:06 am and was told to wait for 40 minutes. No big deal, I understand they were busy with holiday rush, so I asked if I could come back later instead, and they said that would be fine. I returned at 12:00 pm, exactly 40 minutes later, but then I sat there for another 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. At this point, it was clear they were not going to accommodate me, yet they had me wait for over an hour in total. I get that salons can get busy, but it would have been much more considerate if they had just told me upfront they couldn't fit me in instead of wasting my time.
