You know how you message businesses through yelp for what you want to have done? Well I needed to book a same day last minute appointment and Opal Glow was the first to respond.Within 15 minutes I had an appointment and it did not disappoint. Although I was the last customer of the day,I didn't feel like they rushed me.If anything I was willing to do just a simple mani pedi so they could go home on time but they literally asked me what I wanted to have done (cat eye) and they were more than willing to deliver. At one point,I felt like a queen.I had all 3 ladies working on me and it was just what I needed after a long day at work and just in time to get ready for my birthday. Their prices are also very reasonable for the services they provide. Being in esthetics myself,I have a high standard and they just made me feel like we had known each other for a long time with how well they took care of me. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends!
I had an absolutely amazing experience today! I am a first time mom and I have not had my nails done the entire time that my child has been born. Getting my nails done today was a pleasure with Maya. She made me feel welcome. She was quick. She did a beautiful job on my nails and it just felt like a self-care session. I would absolutely return an definitely recommend her and this place of business to anyone!

I came into this nail salon last week because I read the reviews, and it was local.. I did it through yelp, and they made an appointment for me for 4 pm.. I came about 3:50, and when I walked in, there were only two women working.. they were occupied, but they were attentive to help me. They called the owner because she was the one who was to do my builder gel fill, and the owner left to pick up her kids at a college. They ended having me sit in a spa chair to occupy me until the owner got there. My appointment was for a pedicure and a builder gel fill... they were having issues because 1. The owner was extremely late. 2. No one knew how to do builder gel except her. I ended up getting my pedicure at 4:30. The owner got there, but she had to do the other lady who was sitting next to me. I didn't finish my pedicure and fill until almost 6:45 pm. After it was finished, I looked at my nails, and they look AWFUL. The shape for both my hands are off. The builder gel was applied incorrectly. This is the worst builder gel set I have ever had in my life. Not only that, the lady next to me went to pay, and they charged her incorrectly. She got exactly what I got and the owner wanted to charge her $160. On top of that, the ceiling was leaking on BOTH of us. I was extremely unhappy and debated on making this review because they are a new business, but they were EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am very unsatisfied with this service. The staff was very apologetic because the owner came in late and I had to wait, but that does not disregard the service that was given. Also, I am Vietnamese, and they assumed I didn't speak Vietnamese.. but I understood every single word they spoke to each other. I really hope that they take into consideration that they shouldn't be speaking in Vietnamese. It is rude to the customers, and the things that they said were very unprofessional.

Reasonably priced and they even have specials. It's very clean and modern. They were able to take me as a walk in and were very attentive! They have a stamp card as well and you can earn 50% off after certain number of services! I will be coming back!

So happy i found this new nail salon nearby. Super clean salon and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable for the job. Definitely my go to nail salon now.

Just left this salon and had a wonderful experience with Tiffani and Tony. I went in for a mani pedi and it was so relaxing, clean, and a great environment. After having twins and moving to Chino I have been on the search for a salon out here. I had pain from nail issues on my big toe and Tony was able to provide amazing relief and service. Hi, I wanted to share my experience from my appointment today at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't seated until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. During the appointment, I felt that the person doing my nails seemed irritated whenever I pointed out things that needed to be corrected. I was only speaking up because I wanted the service to be done properly. At one point, my left hand was noticeably longer than my right, which I had to bring to her attention. Even at one point she accidentally drilled my skin. When we started the design, the base polish used was not the one I had requested. Then, when doing the black French design, the lines were noticeably uneven and inconsistent none of them looked the same. I left feeling really disappointed because I've been coming here frequently since July and been recommending/bringing family here. Also I have always tried to be understanding and patient. I want to continue coming here, but being treated this way and receiving a service that didn't meet the quality I've come to expect was very upsetting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe customers should be able to point out things they'd like corrected without feeling like they are inconveniencing or upsetting the person providing the service. Came in as a walk-in for gel mani/pedi. The pedicure was fantastic and I couldn't recommend it enough. However, don't schedule a manicure and don't come as a walk-in. The woman doing my nails was very nice but extremely distracted the entire time. I called ahead to come in as a walk-in and was advised to come in 25 minutes, which I did. While I was being worked on, another two or three regular customers came without appointments. My tech got so distracted, she entirely messed up my nail shapes. I had long natural oval nails that I wanted cleaned up to a cleaner oval but to keep them long. She instead cut them all short, then made them square. When I again requested oval, she tried to make some pointy and some flat. The nails are asymmetrical, all different lengths, and some sidewalls go deep into the nail bed. The cuticles are a mess. I wish I didn't come in bc I finally got my nails look good but the tech ruined it. Polish is a little streaky and lumpy and some gel adhered to my skin. I came in bc I read all these amazing reviews on yelp but if they're this careless on a Monday in the middle of the day, I definitely would never risk an evening or weekend. read more
