I got a pedicure for $26, which I think is an amazing price for the quality of service I received. The woman who did my pedicure took her time and paid attention to every detail, which I really appreciated. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Never felt rushed which I appreciated. When I checked out, they gave me a punch card, which was a nice surprise and definitely gives me another reason to come back. Came in as a walk-in for gel mani/pedi. The pedicure was fantastic and I couldn't recommend it enough. However, don't schedule a manicure and don't come as a walk-in. The woman doing my nails was very nice but extremely distracted the entire time. I called ahead to come in as a walk-in and was advised to come in 25 minutes, which I did. While I was being worked on, another two or three regular customers came without appointments. My tech got so distracted, she entirely messed up my nail shapes. I had long natural oval nails that I wanted cleaned up to a cleaner oval but to keep them long. She instead cut them all short, then made them square. When I again requested oval, she tried to make some pointy and some flat. The nails are asymmetrical, all different lengths, and some sidewalls go deep into the nail bed. The cuticles are a mess. I wish I didn't come in bc I finally got my nails look good but the tech ruined it. Polish is a little streaky and lumpy and some gel adhered to my skin. I came in bc I read all these amazing reviews on yelp but if they're this careless on a Monday in the middle of the day, I definitely would never risk an evening or weekend. read more

I loved they had a system down and worked together to get everyone efficiently seen even though they were short staffed on a Saturday. My pedicure was the basic one cause I didn't need a callus removal but I liked how they clean under your nails which is rare at some nail salons. I had a gentleman doing my French tip toes and he did them perfectly how I like. Simple, thin white tip with a light pink base. My manicure went so soothly and came out so cute . I came into this nail salon last week because I read the reviews, and it was local.. I did it through yelp, and they made an appointment for me for 4 pm.. I came about 3:50, and when I walked in, there were only two women working.. they were occupied, but they were attentive to help me. They called the owner because she was the one who was to do my builder gel fill, and the owner left to pick up her kids at a college. They ended having me sit in a spa chair to occupy me until the owner got there. My appointment was for a pedicure and a builder gel fill... they were having issues because 1. The owner was extremely late. 2. No one knew how to do builder gel except her. I ended up getting my pedicure at 4:30. The owner got there, but she had to do the other lady who was sitting next to me. I didn't finish my pedicure and fill until almost 6:45 pm. After it was finished, I looked at my nails, and they look AWFUL. The shape for both my hands are off. The builder gel was applied incorrectly. This is the worst builder gel set I have ever had in my life. Not only that, the lady next to me went to pay, and they charged her incorrectly. She got exactly what I got and the owner wanted to charge her $160. On top of that, the ceiling was leaking on BOTH of us. I was extremely unhappy and debated on making this review because they are a new business, but they were EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am very unsatisfied with this service. The staff was very apologetic because the owner came in late and I had to wait, but that does not disregard the service that was given. Also, I am Vietnamese, and they assumed I didn't speak Vietnamese.. but I understood every single word they spoke to each other. I really hope that they take into consideration that they shouldn't be speaking in Vietnamese. It is rude to the customers, and the things that they said were very unprofessional. read more
