Not having to make an appointment is priceless! I was able to just walk in and within a few minutes they were ready for me! I wanted a mani pedi and chose the Deluxe pedicure. OMG not only was the presentation gorgeous but my feet and legs look and feel adorable! ( I have hobbit feet ) the manicure was fantastic! The vibe was the best I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I will definitely be back! IHOP is across the street
I always regret going anywhere else. Lindsey's the best!! Thanks as usual Service: Nail repair & Gel polish
Came here with a girl friend to get our nails done for graduation. We had interesting experiences haha. We both wanted a design, but it didn't work out to what we wanted. PARKING: Free, located in a plaza. GEL MANICURE ($23): Lindsey did my nails and although my nails looked great at the end of the day...I didn't like how she didn't seal the polish at the ends of the nails. I always feel like it lasts longer if you do so. My nails have chipped a tiny bit, but overall are still in great condition after 3 weeks. I originally wanted pink nails and my ring finger to have a pink and white marble design. I was nervous because their marble samples on display were awful except one. I was really staying hopeful, but the marble looked awful...it looked like random lines. When I asked Lindsey to just do everything pink instead, she tried to paint the pink over the white nail...which made that nail stand out. She was definitely lazy to remove the white gel and only do so after I had asked. Based on my experience, I would still come back here for a basic gel manicure, but not for any intricate designed nails.
Great nail salon in chino! Anne and Henry are good for pedicures they both clean very well and take their time when scrubbing. I believe the pedicure starts at $18 then $28 for the next one, callus removal is an extra $5. I got the signature pedicure, it was nice but I don't need the extra exfoliation or hot stones. Henry did an excellent paint job, even re did my big toe when it got messed up from putting my slippers on! It wasn't busy when I came in on a Saturday around 4:45 pm but I'd still call for an appointment just in case. *Slippers are $1, so make sure to bring yours!
Just had my 3rd visit and I'm upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5! Quality of work far exceeds the price I pay each time so it's definitely worth the value. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman who's worked on my last two gel manicures but he's awesome! Definitely meticulous with his work, which is great for me as a customer. I'm including pictures of a white gel manicure I got from him. You can see that he put polish all the way to my cuticle, yet it still looks so clean and sharp. It was a bold move and it worked! He probably noticed how much my nails grew from when he last worked on my hands 3 weeks ago and wanted to give this particular manicure a longer-lasting effect, which I appreciate. Great prices and good value. Ask for the gentleman if you can :)
The ladies at Ivory Nail Spa are amazing at what they do! There's so much attention to detail! The price is already so affordable so it's even more impressive how long my manicures last! The top picture is from my manicure FIVE WEEKS AGO! Not a single chip, crack, or bubble in sight! The bottom photo is what I had done today! I think I found my new go-to nail spot and I'm coming all the way from Orange County! 10/10 recommending you to visit them!! Make sure you make an appointment!
They forgot about me :/ came in with friends and I was sitting there waiting and the front girl (no help and very unprofessional only does her job great when the guy that puts blue water in the plants is there) never addressed me after I told her I wanted a manicure!!! My friend had a bad pedicure the lady doesn't even know how to paint the big toe! Aaaaannnddd it's sooooo disrespectful to talk in your language when someone comments about something!!! You suck get over it!!! So upset!! Didn't get a manicure didn't like the service at all!!! No coming to you again Three people=$84 every two weeks LOST LOST LOST byeee
The lady who did my nails was so welcoming, could really hold a conversation. She fixed a broken nail I had and gave me the cutest gel manicure
I decided to come here based on what some of the reviews said about gel manicures lasting. I do a lot of work at home and at work with my hands so my nails take a beating. My first time here was a good experience i showed up as walk in and was helped after 5 mins of arriving. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure ($39). The technicians took their time and the results showed it. They have a wide variety of colors and i didn't feel additional services were being pushed. I was asked about callus remover once and i kindly decline and that was it. This place is located a few minutes from my house, their prices is fair. I will be back
amazing staff and service! i love coming here for gel manis and pedis. they are very through with their work. i always get gel manis with different designs every time and i love them. the picture i included is from my mani about a month ago! still looking nice and my nails are strong! there's no breakage at all! especially when i'm always doing the dishes or cleaning!
Walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. The salon was quiet and not busy. I was able to be worked on right away. I had a gel manicure done by Henry and a pedicure done by Sandy. Both were gentle and quiet, but did a good job. I noticed they began to rush a bit when other walk-ins came in, but still managed to do a good job. The only con is with the pedicure.. I wish she would've scrubbed my feet more. She went over them so quickly I didn't even notice her do one foot. My feet are not too dry but could've used a bit more scrubbing to make them feel smooth. Also the polish wasn't quite neat. Overall this was a good experience. In and out within 1 hr.

Celine is my go-to girl! She has been doing my dip nails for quite some time now, and iI would follow her anywhere because she is THAT good! She is talented, consistent, and always takes such pride in her work. I leave every appointment loving my nails and feeling relaxed. I'm so happy to continue seeing Celine at Ivory Nails Salon under the new management. The salon is beautiful, welcoming, and such a great place to get pampered. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and does beautiful work, ask for Celine! You won't be disappointed. read more

I've been coming to Ivory Nails for several years now. My appointments have always been with Lindsay and Anne. Both have always done great quality nails. My nails have always lasted for about 4-5 weeks without any lifting or peeling ever, only the grow out. This nail salon has always been by appointment only since I've been a client here. 2 weeks ago it changed under new management. Today, 7/2/26, is my first visit since the new management took over. They've updated and cleaned up the salon, and are now taking walk-ins. They're currently running a 10% off promotion. My service today was nice, excellent massage during my pedicure, and my nail tech was very friendly and welcoming. Gel manicure and regular pedicure. Hopefully, my manicure and pedicure last as long as they did prior to the new management. I'll give an update later on. New nail tech was Tina, and Nhat did my pedicure. read more

It was my first time at this spa, I read many reviews and decided to ask for an appointment with Tom. He was so sweet, and he handled my nails carefully. Most of the time I have a female name tech but they are always in a rush and they are rough and always end up hurting me. Anyhow, I told Tom exactly how I wanted my nails and I'm extremely happy with the result! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the ladies at this location had bad customer service (most of them). And also because I called to make an appointment for full set and a pedicure for my BF. But when we got there they made him wait saying we didn't tell her when we were making the appointment which we did and he had to wait till one of the ladies was available. read more

So happy I found this place!! I made an appointment and both employees (one of which I think was the owner) were incredibly friendly. Both listened to my requests (not cutting my cuticles, understanding I'm super ticklish on my feet) and listened when I voiced my concerns about getting my nails done again because of a previous bad experience at another local nail salon. When I asked for designs on my toes she showed me what she was going to do before doing it to make sure I liked it. Both took their time, I left feeling relaxed and very happy with how my nails came out. Will return again! read more

I am absolutely in love with this place!!! Lindsay and Ann were amazing! Super sweet and attentive. I came in for a full set and pedicure and the total was $64. Lindsay did my nails and she was super detailed. She made sure each nail was filed perfectly and the nail polish also. She asked me a few times throughout my service if I liked the shape and length of my nails. I am definitely coming back! I highly recommend an appointment with Lindsay if you're getting acrylics. read more

Bad customer service Literally says walk ins are welcomed and I'm a regular customer since years ago. I arrive and as soon as I sat I was kicked out and told appointments only If it is only appointments why does it says WALK INS WELCOMED WTF??!!!! Don't ever come here read more

This place has great workers and they have so many options of different colors for nails. This place is busy so I would recommend calling and making a appointment. (Even after you may wait) They do a great job don't get me a wrong, I was coming here for a while but stopped because I would always make a appointment and they would take me 30 min after or I would have to wait a while. Reasoning For a appointment is to be taken at that time. I am fine waiting a couple minutes but more than 15 is just rude especially for always brining my mother in law all the time and we would have to wait is annoying especially when you are a regular. After my last appointment (which I waited to be taken even after I always call in to make a appointment) unfortunately I have taken my business elsewhere for my pedicures and manicures. read more

I absolutely love Ivory nails. The girls are always very nice and sweet. They take their time when doing my manicure and pedicure. They are also very clean, the supplies they use are always new ones and they open them in front of you. I get a gel manicure and this is the first place I've been to where I can go 2 weeks without them chipping!!! My nails have grown so much since I started coming here. read more

Tom is the bomb! I came for a fill because of the high yelp reviews and promontory to home. No wait when I got there, everyone was very friendly. My nails came out great! I really appreciated how meticulous he was with each nail. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Worst nail experience I've had. I decided to try acrylic so I was unsure of the process. My nails were not trimmed. After gluing my nails, I noticed the man doing my nails started getting distracted. He then got up and began doing someone else's nails and made me wait until he finished. My cuticles were filed raw to the point of bleeding. My nails are uneven and crooked. I was then moved to the pedicure seat. As its my first time with acrylics and they were fairly long, I struggled getting my sandal off. The man got frustrated and proceeded to rip my sandal off. I didn't notice until I got up to leave that he had completely broken it. They were brand new & that was the first time they had been worn, so they were not in poor condition. read more
