[[HIGHLIGHT]]i love this salon. i've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. the staff are kind, friendly, and welcoming. mina is the absolute best and always exceeds expectations. and even when she's out on vacation, there are other nail technicians that also do just as great. mimi is also one of the best for pedicures. she's very attentive and takes care of my concerns. i highly recommend this salon. he, the salon owner and manager is someone that can make anyone feel like an old friend. he's very kind and funny[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I was trying out other places to have my nails done and this place has good rating. Upon entering, inside was nice. So I have some good expectations. After getting pedicure service, I came out not happy at all. I got pedicure only which is the 2nd on the list the deluxe service that includes scrub and lotion. The lady that helped me was an older lady. She was very difficult to hear when she was trying to tell me something. Im not sure if she's new to this type of work so I was patient to her. During the end when she colored my toes she keeps messing up and when she uses the UV light she keeps hitting it with her knees making color mess up. I dont like to complain in person so I didn't say anything. Here's more of the down side why i was disappointed. When I went to pay the guy told me it was $47 and my mind was like? I thought $37? Maybe they have a new price? I gave the lady $5 tip in card and he told me that there's a fee if you use card or tap to pay so total was $56. I was honestly shocked but I proceeded to pay because i needed to go somewhere else important. It was totally pricey than other places that does a better job than this. I dont think I would want to come back again.

Last minute walk-in and I'll be back for future appts! I totally forgot to get her name but I was seated in #6 and the nail tech was so attentive to what I would like and need when it came to gel x vs acrylics. It was so peaceful and clean all around, service was fast and I loved the extreme attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Mina does my nails and she is literally the best at any design. Any design I ask her to do she does it. Ruby also just did my pedicure and she did an amazing job as well. I tried giving this salon another chance, but unfortunately this will be my last visit. My gel pedicure bubbled, and when I asked if it could be fixed, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. They redid it, but it bubbled again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What was even more disappointing was feeling like my concern wasn't taken seriously. When I asked for the correction, it seemed like there was laughter and an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable for simply requesting that a service I paid for be done correctly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid $107 for a solid gel color pedicure and a Gel-X full set with gel color. While the Gel-X nails themselves didn't come out bad, that's not enough to make up for the experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a paying customer, I shouldn't feel embarrassed or unwelcome for pointing out an issue and asking for it to be fixed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good customer service matters just as much as the final result. Unfortunately, the way my concerns were handled left a bad impression, and because of that, I won't be returning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to go to another salon and get my pedicure fixed so spent double at that point so yeah save your buck and go somewhere else read more

I just started going back to this salon and every time it has been a delight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I even got my mom into going to the salon again, and she's a tough cookie to get out to the salons.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Love the classic neutral tones and decor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady was polite and nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, super cute nails done don't get me wrong, but took over 3 hours to do a full set, and French design and shape was inconsistent, asked for stilettos and got a pointy-er almond shape. Overcharged by the guy in the suit for what I got as well as how long it took when I was sat immediately. Feels like she also filed my natural nail too much when shaping with tips on (on the sidewalls). Also, didn't take all of my previous acrylic off so I still have acrylic under my new acrylic set read more

I got my nails done yesterday with my mother and they were super accommodating. We arrived at the salon and they took us in right away which was awesome. They were so kind during my appointment and my manicure artist did such a wonderful job completing my request for a design based of a photo I showed (despite my nails being short he was able to make a pretty floral). I also received a pedicure and she was so sweet during the appointment. The Salon overall was peaceful and enjoyable. Note: My mother even brought her own nail polish and was able to use it for her pedicure. read more

Fourth time trying this place because I was on the fence. But after last [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got icky vibes from the man in the suit walking around watching the women work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was no music on, they have a full menu of drinks that were not offered. I witness him being busy with another customer. He has also tried to over charge me twice. Plus they have this magical $2 fee to use your card - which is ridiculous. Just overall wasn't a pleasant experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My normal nail place was booked. I went int one day during the week as a walk in. An older lady located near the back worked on me. She was gentle and her work seemed great. I did regular hard gel on my own nails. I walked out feeling great but not kidding when i say that the first chip happened 2 days later. And 2 days after that other nails started lifting. After 7 days I have 4 nails left. The rest i was able to peel off as a whole piece. read more

This is how I left my nail appt. 3 cuts to my cuticles. The blood from one of the cuts got painted into my nail color... there was nail polish outside of my nail onto my skin and the nail tech didn't even bother to clean it off. No lotion after I had to dust off my hands after because there was white dust all over them. It wasn't even busy. I can't believe it. Hands down the worst manicure I've ever had. I don't usually write negative reviews but this is just unacceptable. read more

Hands down! They did an amazing job. Emma did a great gel manicure and Daniel did an amazing job with my pedicure. Cleaned up all my cuticles. I will definitely come back. The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable especially for getting gel X. The nail salon is super cute and modern. It was very nice inside, staff was friendly and my pedicure looks nice. Unfortunately, the pedicurist found hang nails from 1997 and pulled those suckers out which I don't believe needed to be. 4 days later, my two big toes are still sore from it. read more

I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for a dip manicure and pedicure. After a 10 minute wait, I was seated, then waited another 30 minutes before someone actually came and started my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.
