Found this place was literally next to where my kid took his standardized test. To kill time, I figured out why not getting a pedicure. Thankfully they were not too busy at that time so I was able to get the service right away. It's pretty straight forward, not much interaction because that's just me. Overall, it's a good experience. I have family & friends i've recommended to come here & I will NO longer be coming here or recommending people here because of how badly i got service on 12/5. By Tim. He's rude doesn't listen thinks he knows what he's doing but doesn't.. I came in on Wednesday the 3rd to get my nails done as I had oval nails my own keep in mind with only 2 gel x extensions, i come in after not coming here for a year or so & so i usually take recommendations.. This time they said I should do dip powder to make my nails strong as i wanted simple Short square nails with a pearly white color she said she had the color. She tells me she has the color we're doing dip powder $60 then Tim steps in to take over which from the beginning he's just doing his own thing not telling me he's doing builder gel then gets offended when i'm asking questions.. I left with a pearl chrome color i was happy but with but then the chrome fell off. not sure from washing my hands but this happened in the span of 1 day the chrome color fell off to where i can see my own nail underneath it looked yellowish.. I payed a good price so i head in today after work to see if they can fix it & they said yes, im waiting on tim to finish & he's just being rude the whole time saying i can't keep changing the color when it wasn't my fault he said he has the color then gave me something completely different even when i left the first day it wasn't like my inspo picture... Even his current customer was telling him he's done the color on her before and he was just ignoring her and straight up said no i don't.. I left super unhappy as Tim gave me a complete different color then what i wanted but this time im leaving the shop unhappy and he tried to charge me $10 before i left, The lady next to him spoke to him in a different language and he got mad and just said to go basically. Super nice people. But the place needs to be cleaned and updated. The towels were faded and stained. The tools didn't look sharp enough. The pedi chairs were very old and dirty. The massage after the pedi was great but they come out and wrap your legs with stinky warm towel. I like the idea but the stench of the towel was really bad. I had to take a shower after. Also, I guess the lady didn't hear me cuz I didn't want gel and I never ever had it done on my toes. So in the end I just went with it. I really don't even know how much for the mani and pedi because I was just given the total. Sorry I will never come back to this place again. I've been going to Jenny's nails for only a few months and have gotten 2 acrylic sets along with a gel pedicure. Gel pedicures always last a long time on me but the quality and retention of the acrylic sets really impressed me. my first set lasted me a little over 7 weeks (only 2 nails broke) and my second set has lasted me 2 whole months with no lifting or breaking of any nails!! I've been to my fair share of nail salons but nothing has compared to this one! the staff is always very friendly and always trying to ensure their clients feel welcomed. If I could give a zero starts I would. I asked for a mani and pedi for my daughter (10yrs old) and pedi for myself. The water in my pedi chair would not get hot, so they had to move me chairs, but when she moved me she never started my water. She started working on my daughter's toes. Mind you their pedi bowls don't have bubbles or nothing just stagnant water you got your feet in. Another person walks in 10 mins later & they set up her chair & water immediately ... yet I'm still waiting. So I ask can they run my water she says... "oh someone else is going to do yours", yet no one comes to run my water. Anywho, as she is doing my daughters pedi, I seen one of the tools looked soiled, so I asked if it was as clean and instead of answer me, she throws it to the side and gets a new one. Smh so it probably was dirty. As my daughter's toes are drying, she just starts filing her finger nails & I had to ask "Are you just painting them or giving her a mani as requested?" She said "A mani" so I said "okay, can you please soak her fingers in the bowl of water?!" She tried it. During all of this .. some man dressed in all black pajamas with some sunglasses on comes in walks to the back room, not one employee says anything to him.. then he walks out and throws up his hood soon as he gets back outside. SO WEIRD! Overall this was def the worst nail experience I've had & being that it was my daughter's first time & it was her birthday, I really wanted to cry. read more

The lady that answers the phone and books the appointments is very nice and friendly. The other workers seemed nice. Don't go without an appointment or you will wait for over a hour. They are extremely busy especially on Saturdays. The shop owner always has her small dog running around freely. Also peed on the floor twice. The shop is extremely disgustingly dirty and dusty; from the floor to the top of the counters. The poor orchids plants are covered in white dust and dying. The shop needs to be throughly cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. The nail techs needs to be using new nail files and sanitized tools with every time customer. My nails came nice. I got a dip done with acrylic tip by Tim (I think). I have found a new nail place that's closer and very clean with friendly nail techs. read more

I was so excited to finally find a place local that does great nails and has a great vibe. First experience was great, very smooth, each experience after that is a different story. This last experience was crazy. I called around 10am to make a 1pm nail appointment. It was clear my appointment wasn't communicated because the hostess facial expressions said it all. I was walked to a chair in the corner next to an already annoyed customer (1st clue), no towel, barely had the plastic bag on the bowl and NO water to even soak my feet. I sat there for close to an hour, then a nail technician walks by me says something (couldn't hear him) than someone else is telling me to move to his station. By this time, it is an hour past my appointment time and I'm being moved to a station with the technician looks angry. Not a comfortable situation to give my hands to someone that doesn't look or act like he wants to work. You can't be surprised that it's not comfortable for a customer, I had to walk out. I explain politely the situation to the host. I love supporting local businesses and anyone that knows me can validate. I don't get much time to myself, so wasting an hour of my time sitting in a chair is depressing and unacceptable. Take it for what it's worth. I really hope I just got them on a bad day. Again, I had a great experience with 2 people at that shop but it's not worth the frustration. Any ideas where I should try next? read more
