I'm not usually the type to leave reviews but I had to for this place. I've been going to this place for about two yrs now and I really don't recommend the older lady here. She made my nails very thin when I told her to stop to the point it hurt. I tried to pull my foot away but she slapped my foot and yanked it towards her when I told her no. The owner stepped in and another girl finished my toes. I would definitely recommend asking for the owner to do your feet. She's the only one that actually cares. read more

Today I had it with them! I've been a loyal customer for several years and today I was taken advantage of. I always just pay the bill and never questions cuz I felt comfortable with this nail salon. I understand as the years went on inflation is reality. However, I started paying a little more for a full set and it was 45. Today I came in for a FILL and it was 45! I told the guy what? Why? He said cuz you had two broken nails. I said so I should've just broke all my nails and got a full set? He said yep! (The disrespect!) Please make it make sense! I feel so hurt because like I said they know me! I'd get treats from them and everything! I was so upset I cursed at them and text my original nail lady that also works there but wasn't there today of the incident. It just doesn't make sense. My nails constantly break here anyway. I got a mani and pedi by believe if not mistaken "Dri". It was my first time here and honestly was very unsatisfied with their work. The girls were very kind and nice but my nails were not my favorite. The work was pretty messy she took kinda long and I had to point out several things to be fixed but they still looked pretty bad after she supposedly fixed them. Coming from someone who doesn't come here often the few times I've been here they have made my cuticles bleed and have nicked my fingers multiple times. They did not acknowledge that they had hurt me just a small apology but that's it. They were also really harsh on my toes and again also nicked me multiple times. Love Nancy! Been coming to this salon for years. Now I even bring my teenage daughters and occasionally even my husband! I'm a bartender and constantly have my hands in water, as well as just have my hands visible constantly. I always get compliments on my nails and I can't even remember a time I had a nail break or lift. I'm usually pressed for time, and Nancy always has me out within the hour (or less). I do recommend making an appointment, however. I've gone in and when she's extremely busy and without an appointment she could be booked for the day. If you like glitter nails, she has a glitter acrylic powder in many colors. Never chips or fades! She also has a great variety of gel and regular polish to choose from. I get my pedicures done here as well and the massaging spa chairs are awesome! They are lined and cleaned after every client. I recently started getting gel pedicures and the polish looks fresh and lasts about a month! Highly recommend... and it seems Nancy and her girls have a loyal following as she has a ton of happy regulars! I know I'm one of them! read more

The best thing I did this past weekend was let Holly and Lisa convince me into upgrading to a EURO Manicure and Pedicure. I went in for a basic mani/pedi, and ended up with some sort of 5 star treatment! It was extremely relaxing and they were the absolute sweetest. Amazing service and very talented staff. Love love love this place I been coming here for about 7 months now. Since my old nail shop closed and doesn't seem like they are reopening any time soon. I started to come and Kathy took me on. She does such a good job with dip nails for the price you will pay for acrylics, dip nails last longer. And you can get your money worth. Today she went over too and fix my mail for free most places will charger you at least 8 bucks to fix a nail. She has now got a customer for life! read more

Been coming there for about 4 years and always had good service with manicures and pedicures. But this last time on Jan31 my Birthday one of the ladies there put some nail powder on my toe and left it too thick and my nail looked horrible and she polished it . I didn't really noticed it at first because they were also giving me a manicure at the same time so I really couldn't see it until it was done. I told her I didn't want it like that and all she kept say it as " I can't do anything about it " and she walked away. A man there said he would fix it and he did. It looked better and that same lady did " oh see it's better now so why are you whining?" I really wanted to say something negative back to her but I didn't I was really upset and I'm never going back there. Very disappointing! And rude no manners. They should fire that lady ! read more

Horrible customer service. The lady cut my toe to where it wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 minutes, is now bruised days later & painful & proceeded to charge me full price. They did an awful pedicure to begin with, the lady cutting me was just an added negative. I still tipped her even after because I know she felt bad & it was an accident but they did nothing about it & acted like it was not a big deal when my foots now been swollen for 3 days & bled for over an hour. I had showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails. She attempted to do my nails on how the picture looked. I paid extra for Matte nails, once I got home and showered the nail polish started bubbling up and peeling. Mind you I paid 56 bucks. I went back the next day to have her redo them. She attempted to redo them but I still didn't like them. So I asked her to just put a clear coat on my nails instead of Matte . I asked her if I can use the 5 dollars I paid for matte toward my pedi since I didn't like the Matte on my nails because I was afraid they would bubble up again. They decline and made me pay the full amount for a pedi. read more

I've been going to VY Nails since I was 6 years with my mom and I've loved them since. I've been to high end nails salons with an ocean view and none of them lasted as long as Vy's does. All the nail techs at VY are amazing! I've recently been going to Mai and she is A M A Z I N G so welcoming and friendly and gentle with my little nails! I've also recently started waxing my armpits and Mai also did my waxing, it wasn't painful and she gives a nice massage on your armpits afterwards. Probably the worst job ever had done. Along with painting my toenails, they decided to paint on my skin because they were not "long enough". I asked and paid extra for callus removal, and all my calluses are still on my toes and the bottom of my feet do not come here. It is unsanitary, and they do not do a good job. Moreover, I had a full set done. It was nothing special just paint and nails no designs. They put gel X on my hands without asking if I wanted too, I do not like gel X that's why I go to nail salons that provide acrylic. They do not ask the customer what they like and what they do not like plus, it is completely overpriced and they expect a tip for having done such a bad job. I paid $95 for a disgusting pedicure and a basic gel X manicure I could've done at home. DO NOT come here. read more

Sooo I had my nails done by Jennys Nails and hated them, after paying 40 dollars for a shit job I was pretty upset, and on top of that, it's my birthday and I wanted my nails to look pretty so I was EXTRA disappointed , hoped on yelp praying I'd find a decent place close by that was still open to fix the disaster on my fingers, and THANKFULLY I did.
