Danny does the Best nails, he always does my daughter's nails she sees something she like on line and he can make it look just like the nails she seen.

Worse quality nails ever Nancy did gel ex on myself n daughters nails didn't even last 4 days if I wanted press on nails I would have gone to cvs. If you don't want quality nails/service this is your place very disappointed.

I got a mani and pedi by believe if not mistaken "Dri". It was my first time here and honestly was very unsatisfied with their work. The girls were very kind and nice but my nails were not my favorite. The work was pretty messy she took kinda long and I had to point out several things to be fixed but they still looked pretty bad after she supposedly fixed them. I hate leaving bad reviews but I honestly won't be coming back here. I was pretty embarrassed to walk around with these nails.

I've had some bad experiences at other nail salons, but Katie at Vy Nails changed that for me. She is amazing! She's really careful and super nice, making every visit great. She takes her time and never in a rush. The salon is very clean, which makes the whole experience relaxing. I have no complaints - just good things to say about this place. read more

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews but I had to for this place. I've been going to this place for about two yrs now and I really don't recommend the older lady here. She made my nails very thin when I told her to stop to the point it hurt. I tried to pull my foot away but she slapped my foot and yanked it towards her when I told her no. The owner stepped in and another girl finished my toes. I would definitely recommend asking for the owner to do your feet. She's the only one that actually cares. read more

I typically like to come here with my daughter and I usually get really good service but today although I paid for the most expensive pedi I did not get the hot stone massage, the lady doing my pedi was rushed, and although I made it clear she hurt me a couple of times she continued to rush and it was not a relaxing experience at all. read more

Ok, walked in got a guy & he literally kept trying to upsell me(4x's to be exact), seemed disappointed I only wanted regular pedicure. He literally put a lotion on leg & food & was DONE w any kind of massage wow! Never have I come across this b4! He's probably reason for low stars! 10 min if even, he's done! read more

Coming from someone who doesn't come here often the few times I've been here they have made my cuticles bleed and have nicked my fingers multiple times. They did not acknowledge that they had hurt me just a small apology but that's it. They were also really harsh on my toes and again also nicked me multiple times. Personally I would not come again. read more

Today I had it with them! I've been a loyal customer for several years and today I was taken advantage of. I always just pay the bill and never questions cuz I felt comfortable with this nail salon. I understand as the years went on inflation is reality. However, I started paying a little more for a full set and it was 45. Today I came in for a FILL and it was 45! I told the guy what? Why? He said cuz you had two broken nails. I said so I should've just broke all my nails and got a full set? He said yep! (The disrespect!) Please make it make sense! I feel so hurt because like I said they know me! I'd get treats from them and everything! I was so upset I cursed at them and text my original nail lady that also works there but wasn't there today of the incident. It just doesn't make sense. My nails constantly break here anyway. Thanks for over charging me for the LAST time. I hope anyone that goes there asks their prices cuz they are SHEISTY! read more

Love Nancy! Been coming to this salon for years. Now I even bring my teenage daughters and occasionally even my husband! I'm a bartender and constantly have my hands in water, as well as just have my hands visible constantly. I always get compliments on my nails and I can't even remember a time I had a nail break or lift. I'm usually pressed for time, and Nancy always has me out within the hour (or less). I do recommend making an appointment, however. I've gone in and when she's extremely busy and without an appointment she could be booked for the day. If you like glitter nails, she has a glitter acrylic powder in many colors. Never chips or fades! She also has a great variety of gel and regular polish to choose from. I get my pedicures done here as well and the massaging spa chairs are awesome! They are lined and cleaned after every client. I recently started getting gel pedicures and the polish looks fresh and lasts about a month! Highly recommend... and it seems Nancy and her girls have a loyal following as she has a ton of happy regulars! I know I'm one of them! read more

Love love love this place I been coming here for about 7 months now. Since my old nail shop closed and doesn't seem like they are reopening any time soon. I started to come and Kathy took me on. She does such a good job with dip nails for the price you will pay for acrylics, dip nails last longer. And you can get your money worth. Today she went over too and fix my mail for free most places will charger you at least 8 bucks to fix a nail. She has now got a customer for life! read more

Been coming there for about 4 years and always had good service with manicures and pedicures. But this last time on Jan31 my Birthday one of the ladies there put some nail powder on my toe and left it too thick and my nail looked horrible and she polished it . I didn't really noticed it at first because they were also giving me a manicure at the same time so I really couldn't see it until it was done. I told her I didn't want it like that and all she kept say it as " I can't do anything about it " and she walked away. A man there said he would fix it and he did. It looked better and that same lady did " oh see it's better now so why are you whining?" I really wanted to say something negative back to her but I didn't I was really upset and I'm never going back there. Very disappointing! And rude no manners. They should fire that lady ! read more

The best thing I did this past weekend was let Holly and Lisa convince me into upgrading to a EURO Manicure and Pedicure. I went in for a basic mani/pedi, and ended up with some sort of 5 star treatment! It was extremely relaxing and they were the absolute sweetest. Amazing service and very talented staff. Thank you ladies so very much, I will see you every two weeks :) read more

Danny does my nails and he always makes what I want work! He is quick and efficient and friendly! His wife Cathy does my toes and she's such a sweetheart and the best! Horrible customer service. The lady cut my toe to where it wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 minutes, is now bruised days later & painful & proceeded to charge me full price. They did an awful pedicure to begin with, the lady cutting me was just an added negative. I still tipped her even after because I know she felt bad & it was an accident but they did nothing about it & acted like it was not a big deal when my foots now been swollen for 3 days & bled for over an hour. I will be taking actions because this is ridiculous, they should not be open. read more

I had showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails. She attempted to do my nails on how the picture looked. I paid extra for Matte nails, once I got home and showered the nail polish started bubbling up and peeling. Mind you I paid 56 bucks. I went back the next day to have her redo them. She attempted to redo them but I still didn't like them. So I asked her to just put a clear coat on my nails instead of Matte . I asked her if I can use the 5 dollars I paid for matte toward my pedi since I didn't like the Matte on my nails because I was afraid they would bubble up again. They decline and made me pay the full amount for a pedi. read more

I love Nancy so much. She's fast, on time and does an amazing time every time I see her. My nails look gorgeous and last a long time, without any issues. She's simply the best. The lady that gave me a pedicure cut me 2 x and she was so aggressive with my feet . Omg , worse service ever . I don't even know why I even gave her a tip .. I guess I felt bad bec she's older lady but this is def the last time I'm going back to this place . Never again !! I hope I don't get an infection . It's my first time and probably the last. The work was okay and I get prices are going up, but $50 for a fill!? No broken nails, nothing fancy just a 2 week old fill. He used minimal product, on my "long nails" the most he did was file them. Would recommend if you want fast services, they had no wait time. read more

I've been going to VY Nails since I was 6 years with my mom and I've loved them since. I've been to high end nails salons with an ocean view and none of them lasted as long as Vy's does. All the nail techs at VY are amazing! I've recently been going to Mai and she is A M A Z I N G so welcoming and friendly and gentle with my little nails! I've also recently started waxing my armpits and Mai also did my waxing, it wasn't painful and she gives a nice massage on your armpits afterwards. Probably the worst job ever had done. Along with painting my toenails, they decided to paint on my skin because they were not "long enough". I asked and paid extra for callus removal, and all my calluses are still on my toes and the bottom of my feet do not come here. It is unsanitary, and they do not do a good job. Moreover, I had a full set done. It was nothing special just paint and nails no designs. They put gel X on my hands without asking if I wanted too, I do not like gel X that's why I go to nail salons that provide acrylic. They do not ask the customer what they like and what they do not like plus, it is completely overpriced and they expect a tip for having done such a bad job. I paid $95 for a disgusting pedicure and a basic gel X manicure I could've done at home. DO NOT come here. read more

Sooo I had my nails done by Jennys Nails and hated them, after paying 40 dollars for a shit job I was pretty upset, and on top of that, it's my birthday and I wanted my nails to look pretty so I was EXTRA disappointed , hoped on yelp praying I'd find a decent place close by that was still open to fix the disaster on my fingers, and THANKFULLY I did. NANCY ID THE BEST!!!! I was referred to her over 10 years ago by a friend and I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails... when I started going to Nancy I lived30 miles away and worked a full time job, I still had no problem making the drive because she is that good and 100% worth it!!! In the last 10 years I have referred lots of friends to her and they love her work as much as I do. Nancy's work speaks for itself, let her know what you like and she will do it for you. I'm writing a review because I feel the service I received from KIM on 6/6/18 was extremely poor on behalf of her customer service She was totally brutal whenever she'd file my nails and ran the file drill on my skin multiple times after I even said it hurt Her attitude was extremely poor and careless! It seemed like she was expecting a tip although she didn't deserve it because she looked pissed and mumbled something to her coworker after wards It seems like they forget we're not obligated to tip them if they have a shitty attitude. read more

I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for a dip manicure and pedicure. After a 10 minute wait, I was seated, then waited another 30 minutes before someone actually came and started my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

The quality of service has clearly declined, and I will not be returning. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. During the manicure, the technician was speaking loudly the entire time, which was extremely overstimulating. He appeared rushed, distracted, and frequently looked around instead of focusing on my nails. When the service was finished, I noticed the gel was bumpy and uneven. Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends.

She was amazing and also very thorough. I got a French gel manicure and it was beautiful when she was done. Even on my short nails. The price was $35 which was super reasonable. I will continue to go to this Salon in the future.

Oh my gosh! I started coming here since last year and I was in shock when I came in yesterday! I am giving them 4 stars because the previous owner never even told me that they were switching owners! Although I was happy with the ladies who did my nails before, I must admit that I like the new ladies that work there now too. They are much younger (maybe around their 30s) and they definitely dress up nicely. And because of this, I figured they probably do their nails really nice and so I gave them a try. And Oh my gosh! I absolutely love what they did! I got a 3D pedicure and it came out exactly how their mannequin hand samples! And like the previous commenter who said they remolded the whole place... YES, they made the place look 1009383 times better than it did before. The owner before didn't want to put money into the shop to remodel it and I am not sure why she changed owners, but the new owners were able to remodel the whole place and they even have brand new spa chairs which the previous owner didn't have! The prices there are sooo low and great at such a great quality work that the ladies there do. I asked them if I was able to take some photos of their shop so that I can help them with their new business and so I can post it on yelp. I literally made an account on yelp just so I can rate this place because I was in total shock when I entered because this place has not been remodeled for the last 20 years! I've been coming here since about 2011. They know me by name. I've brought them tons of service from family and friends. Today, I went to get mine, and my sisters toes done. I was iffy about a full set because I only like Nancy doing them. And she was busy. Let me tell you, I HATE. when placed tip themselves without asking. It is very inconsiderate and rude because to me, that's them thinking they aced their service which they didn't. My sister was paying and the weird lady with the bowl hair cut snatched 2 dollars out of my sisters purse and said " this my tip" and kept it. We were like ummm ok. So me other sister and I didn't tip the ones that did ours. So we left to get a full set else where, and the second place we went to was a 2 hour wait so we just went back to VY. not all of us were gonna get a full set, just one of my sisters. The lady that's extremely short and can't do acrylics I wish I had her name. I don't though, she started yelling at my sister and her boyfriend saying " I ALREADY ASK U WHEN U WAS HERE U SAID NO NANCY BUSY" U KEEP CALLING HUH THAT WAS U WHY DIDNT YOU SAY SOMETHING WHEN U WERE HERE" my sister was like ummmm okay all I asked is if Nancy had time but ok! And left. And that was our last time Going to that shithole. Very very rude, and always hot. We also seen Nancy telling that worker off after we left. She lost a near decade customer. Today Kim at Vy Nails treated me with the worst disrespect. I asked her a question. I had an appointment and 2 walk-ins were taken ahead of me. So I asked why! Kim yelled at me with so much anger. It was t even that serious. I looked around and everyone was being taken care of but I was made to wait. Then what was even more disrespectful, she began to yell, shake her head and point her finger at me (as she spoke in her language). I was totally embarrassed!!!!! I explained this to the lady doing my nails and she called Jim over to explain. Kim just repeated the same behavior as above (yelling, shaking her head and pointing her finger). THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!! Today (the next day) my pedicure polish is dull! The products they use are old. I wasted $62.00. I even tipped her out of kindness! Wasted 2 hours!!! I've been coming here for 7 years and when I came in for a medi last week and the whole place was completely remolded. It is now under new management and the place looks beautiful with brand new spa chairs. The new ladies there are very nice and friendly and they are able to do wax and 3D nails, which the previous ladies didn't do before! They also have eyelash extensions, which is a plus for me because my eyelashes aren't very long! I was a little nervous at first because it was a new girl doing my nails, but after about 30 minutes, I was impressed! She did a pink and white for me, which is what I originally get and she did a very nice job! I will definitely be coming back again :]. p.s. they do FREE GEL! read more

I have been going to Nancy for a very long time. She does the best pink and white nails. I have referred many friends and family members and they all love her! The picture of the nails below are not even Nancy's work! She doesn't shape her nails like that. People need to stop giving bad reviews because someone is telling them to post lies, get a life! Great salon. My mother in law and I went in I received a pedicure and she got a fill and pedicure.
