Loved the service the guy who did my nails was friendly and did a good job on my full set, he was very detailed made sure I liked the length and shape. I don't know about some girls but I'm pretty basic with my full sets I like the simple square medium length shape and a solid color, I don't like rhinestones and stuff like that so I can't rate how well they do on those fancy type nails but If your like me and like the classics square acrylics you should give this place a try I only paid $45 (not including tip) definitely great price compared to other places. Good quality for the price. Got a basic mani pedi for $35 before tip. The mani had a base coat, 2 coats of polish, and top coat. The pedi had base coat, 1 coat of polish, and top coat. The pedicure also included the pumice stone and a lotion massage (not very deep but smoothing) but no sugar scrub or paraffin wax (might have had it as an add on but not default). She was so quick though with the multiple layers and still quite neat. Everything wrapped up in like one hour. read more

I'm a picky person when it comes to my nails and I finally decided to try Chino Nails after being recommended by a few different friends. They surpassed my expectations and did such a good job on my nails. I called ahead of time to ask for prices and surprisingly their price for a dip on natural nail is cheaper than the last spot I went to. Larry did my dip and was so so nice and very detailed. He even gave me a manicure before applying the dip, which a lot of other places don't even bother to do. They didn't have a wait surprisingly, but I'm sure I found my new go-to spot. I work in the office near by and decided to give this place a try after noticing it. I made an an appointment on a Friday afternoon, A little weary that it would be packed and to my surprise it was empty. I'm not gonna lie it made me a little skeptical but I thought I'm already here why not?! Larry who I believe is the owner made nice conversation and did a fantastic job on my nails and his wife did great with my toes! Not to mention I was out within an hour maybe a little less! Also,usually my nails are lifting by the second week, a whole month later they had not lifted! Yes it was way over due for a fill! But I am just glad that they were not lifting by the second week! First time here today, and I will definitely be back! the salon is very clean and spacious. everything was neat and organized with a great color selection. my nail technician was super friendly and talkative. I've been here once before, and it wasn't too bad- typical nail salon. Today's experience was horrible. Went in for a gel manicure. The lady doing my nails got upset that she had to take the current gel polish off (which she had no idea how to do). She burnt my nails trying to use the dremmel, and then made me soak my hands in Acetone for 20 minutes. Finally she got it all scraped off; my nails were a mess. Then I was told I needed to pick a regular nail polish because she didn't know how to do gel. I have nail polish all over my fingers, nails look horrible. I will NEVER come back here. read more

I was recommended by a friend to go here and I was expecting my acrylic nails to look nice and cute especially since one was broken. I usually go to a place in puente hills but this one was close so I wanted to give it a go. I walk in and there is only one another person there. I wait and eventually Larry starts on my nails. Either he was in a rush or something because 1) he cut my pinky with the mechanical tool. 2) the nail he fixed is horrible because he didn't match the coffin shape to my other nails. 3) a little string of the bush is now in my nail and is clearly visible because I chose a nude color.
