I am so bummed to write this review because I was really hoping to like this place. It's very aesthetically please inside and close to home. This salon was recommended by a colleague and friend so I wanted to give it a try. I went in for dip mani and gel pedi. My first red flag was the removal of my previous dip/gel. They heavily rely on tools to file down your previous nail job. I am used to having my gel soaked off and prefer this as it is better for my nail health. Using the tool unnecessarily can thin the nail bed. I should have stopped the appointment right then and there but wanted to give them a chance. Next was cuticle removal. Again - no soak! Just pushing them back and clipping. It's been 5 days since my visit and my cuticles look horrible. Then there was the dip application. No builder coat applied and then the sealing of it was not done properly. The top coat is already peeling off and there are hairline cracks in my nail. I don't even know why I paid $108 for a dip mani and gel pedi for an absolutely mediocre job. The pedicure was extremely minimal. The entire service was SO FAST. And the entire time they kept trying to convince me to try builder gel. My friend who recommended this place does get the builder gel, so my guess is going to be that's what they specialize in. They have a 7 day guarantee but I'm afraid to go back to get it fixed because I feel they will just file the nails down again and make them even thinner and I'd rather cut my losses at this point. I just feel I wasted so much money on something not at all worth it. I will stick to my regular salon where they take care of your nail health and the application lasts flawlessly for 3+ weeks! Just updated to one star because a few hours after I posted this, a few MORE nails have started to peel along with cracks forming. Disappointed and frustrated!

When you walk in, the place is immaculately clean and has such a cool vibe. All the chairs and equipment are modern and top notch. I got my nails done be Siwen and my pedicure by Mikko. Both were so detail oriented and totally focused on what they were doing. I just cannot say enough great things about the amazing job they did! I feel like a Princess and my nails look amazing. I can't wait to be back there in a couple of weeks! I would recommend making an appointment, because they get a steady flow of walk-ins. Definitely a hidden gem and the nicest nail salon I've been to.
Love it called and got in as a walking for 3 pedicures and we got to deluxe they were very kind and did a great job!

Normally it takes around 2 hours to get my nails done, but they finished everything in about an hour here, and they still came out beautiful and very clean. The salon also feels clean and fresh, and all the staff were super friendly and nice. Definitely a great experience and I'll be coming back!

Chloe was explaining to me that I can grow my own nails. I have heard this before but she explained it well and also was conscious of my budget. This nail salon offers a "membership " which I decided to go ahead and get for $15. It's for various discounts on future visits. I'll be back for sure!

The seating is new and comfortable. Every technician I've met is friendly, detailed, and efficient. Today I had Chloe, and she was very nice and gave great recommendations. They have a wide range of color options. Some premiums (additional charge) like cat eye colors are my favorites at the moment. The shine is unbeatable! Wait times are good, I've only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and 0 the other times. Pricing is reasonable, and they accept many forms of payment. I invested in the annual membership for some cost savings on each trip. I highly recommend checking this spot out!
I used to love coming to this location and was even a member at one point, but today's visit was beyond disappointing. The quality of service has clearly declined, and I will not be returning. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. During the manicure, the technician was speaking loudly the entire time, which was extremely overstimulating. He appeared rushed, distracted, and frequently looked around instead of focusing on my nails. When the service was finished, I noticed the gel was bumpy and uneven. Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends.

1st time visiting CC Moon Nails Spa. I happened to be driving by looking for another nail shop since I was rejected by 2 other nail shop due to them being busy. Ms.Siwen took care of me right away. I was so lucky I didn't have to wait at all. She was super quick and did an outstanding job in getting my fills done. I am a happy customer, I love my nails and very happy with the work she did. got a new set of gel x for an upcoming vacation. ($70) Within 3 days the first nail popped off, had to get it put back on somewhere else due to vacation schedule and now within 11 DAYS of application 3 more nails have popped off. I'm not doing any difficult tasks either! One popped off while I was putting on my pants, one fell off when I was sitting on the beach, etc.
I'm late but I had a not so great experience with chole , my nails looked terrible , I was going to a wedding and had no time for be fixed . I originally asked for an off white color , but didn't seemed like she knew how to do it so I settled for a pink . I wish instead of trying to fill my previous gel x she would've just said I needed a new set .! My nails were lumpy , bubbly and uneven and not the shape requested , and she cut me 3 times with my cuticle CC did ask me to return to fix my nails because of time I had to go , I kinda wanted to chop my losses but I went back and she did make it right , still wasn't the best because she just filled down and replied my color but better then what o left with . I'm late but I had a not so great experience with chole , my nails looked terrible , I was going to a wedding and had no time for be fixed . My first time today at CC Moon Nails and I must say I was very impressed by Sherry and her work. I got a milky white short square acrylic set with charms. The quality is perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. She is now my "go to" nail tech and I will be coming back soon. The salon is very spacious and clean, there is also a wide variety of nail color selections and various presentable nail charms by my seating which was impressive as well and everyone was so sweet. I'm such a basic simple nail girl and was very satisfied with their service. Came here for the first time Easter Sunday and had a great experience. Got a gel mani by Ally and a gel French tip pedi but cannot remember her name. Both ladies did a great job and were very kind. They took their time and double checked with me if I liked the shape, length, color, French tip, etc. Will definitely be coming back. I love how my nails and toes turned out. Service has been great coming here. They are friendly. They offer many different service we mainly go for pedicures. They charge a great prices. Definitely will recommend them. The vibe is great. May is the absolute best and sweetest! I always feel hesitant in showing what design I want because it might be too "extra" but the escitement she had for doing them because they were cute. She slaaaayed my nails, and came out better than the picture I showed her! The time she took and in hand drawing everything, even my zodiac constellation. My favorite set I've ever gotten. All the workers there are all so sweet also. I think ive finally found my perfect nail salon. read more

Back again on June 18th for another cat eye set, but this time I went with French tips and they turned out beautiful ! Sherry was my nail tech today, and she was super meticulous and detail oriented. She really nailed the French tip design. The French tips are $10 extra and the cat eye effect is $15 extra. My total came out to $83 today excluding tip. read more
