I used to love coming to this location and was even a member at one point, but today's visit was beyond disappointing. The quality of service has clearly declined, and I will not be returning. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. During the manicure, the technician was speaking loudly the entire time, which was extremely overstimulating. He appeared rushed, distracted, and frequently looked around instead of focusing on my nails. When the service was finished, I noticed the gel was bumpy and uneven. Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends. read more

The seating is new and comfortable. Every technician I've met is friendly, detailed, and efficient. Today I had Chloe, and she was very nice and gave great recommendations. They have a wide range of color options. Some premiums (additional charge) like cat eye colors are my favorites at the moment. The shine is unbeatable! Wait times are good, I've only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and 0 the other times. Pricing is reasonable, and they accept many forms of payment. My first time today at CC Moon Nails and I must say I was very impressed by Sherry and her work. I got a milky white short square acrylic set with charms. The quality is perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. She is now my "go to" nail tech and I will be coming back soon. I give this place a negative 5 starts! I came here on a whim. I was in need of under arm waxing; as my esthetician was out of the country, I needed a waxing before the weekend. First off, the bed she had me lay on was already used from a previous customer. I told her and she told me it was fine. When she began waxing, I noticed she was double dipping the stick in the wax. I called her out on It and she tried to tell me she didn't do that. She threw the stick away and got a new one and AGAIN, she double dipped that stick. That is down right contamination and can cause bacteria to a client. My hair is growing out and it's really coarse, irritated and slightly red. I'm so disappointed. The salon I go to has never left me like this. In fact, not only does she make my under arms feel baby soft, but when they grow in, I never feel the hairs. It's super thin and so light, they're hardly visible. This was definitely not my usual experience. read more

Now the nails do not look the same and just look like blobs. Aside of that nail polish was left all over my foot... I had called in a week before to book an appointment for a trip I had planned for the weekend and they said they were able to pencil me in at 5:30PM. Once I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, they checked me in but I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to tend to JUST a regular pedicure. Yes, the staff is very kind but they didn't tend to me until almost half an hour after my appointment. I feel like they need to get their services and bookings in order. I regret not knowing her sooner, I really love it! The most satisfying manicure I've had this winter--brightens the skin, gentle, and with a touch of Christmas cheer! The nail salon owner is a detail freak. After applying the extensions, she repeatedly buffed them to ensure a seamless transition between the extensions and my natural nails. From the side, it's impossible to tell if it's an extension or my natural nail--so comfortable! For pedicures, I had to go for cat-eye --so sparkly! It even moves with the light when I walk! The pedicure process was so enjoyable and relaxing. I could do my hands and feet at the same time, so time flew by! I chose purple cat-eye for my toes. It's a new gel polish. I originally wanted to apply nail polish , but the nail technician thoughtfully reminded me that it would be uncomfortable to wear with socks and not very practical for everyday life, so she opted for glitter polish instead. I also brought my own gel nail polish, yet I was still charged $15 for gel polish. Tried gel-x for the first and last time. Tech did not apply the index finger correctly, and then tried to pull it off after it was partially cured; that was very painful. After the tip was removed he went to remove the glue to start over but used the e-file and burned my nail bed. Got almond shape but the tips were inconsistent shape due to the way it was filed (some more pointier than others). Finished the set with cat eye polish the design was inconsistent because tech had no idea how to use the magnet. read more

This is my third time coming into CC Moon Nails. They are busy on the weekends and slower mid week. They are a fairly new establishment that opened up January 2025. The owner CC is knowledgeable in the business with over 18 years in the industry. She brings experience from New York over to the WestCoast. So there's really nothing she can't do. You can provide your inspo pictures or let her have artistic freedom. With that being said, this place focuses on quality over quantity. If you're in a hurry speak up and tell your nail tech. Especially if you want CCs expertise. She is a dedicated owner and gets up to charge customers after their services. She also answers the phone each time it rings. So if you are the type that is bothered each time the attention is taken off you, you may want to book another nail tech. Today i spent 3 hour there. 15 mins wait time, 1:45 for my Gel X fill and design, and another hour for my pedicure (i believe it was the deluxe). My gel pedicure today was done by Mikko and she was nice and gentle. She was careful with cutting my ingrown toe nails. She also gives a great foot massage. I take my self care very seriously as a mother and teacher to littles. This nail salon is relaxing with the waterfall and gentle music playing. The beige and white tones provide a serene vibe. They have a variety of services from nails, waxing, lashes, and massage. Their price range varies, from affordable to pricey$$$. I love that my mom who is easy to please can get a regular pedicure while I can pay for the lavish services at the same time. Compared to other places in the area they are a hidden gem. I love the atmosphere-it's very clean , chic, and relaxing feel. I feel the price ranges are very well balanced , reasonable and worth every bit . I typically do a gel manicure and at least a gel deluxe pedicure (or higher up pedicure) . The quality of the nail polish that is used at this salon is SO GOOD! My nails go at least a month with the gel and look so good. Today i came in and showed a color on my nails and immediately she was able to match it to the exact color. Had a very relaxing and quality pedicure experience here! I took my mom here in a while because they had availability and we were in the area, and I'm so glad we went here! The employees are very kind, personable, and customer service was great. Everything felt very clean, and from what I saw they are well versed in hygiene practices. The pedicure itself was great. We both got the Delux pedicure, and the lavender scented products they used smelled heavenly, especially when they used orange slices to rub in the calf mask! I also ended up adding on an extra 10 minute massage because my nail tech was amazing! I've never had that good of a massage at a nail salon, it felt like the lady doing it is also a massage therapist! She was also extremely gentle, but thorough, with my cuticle clean-up, when many nail techs often leave my nail beds irritated.
